A special thank you to our butler, Dev, who was extremely kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. He carefully handled our luggage, made sure our breakfast and dinner arrangements were always smooth, and was always available whenever we needed assistance. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the beautifully presented local sweets he brought us during our stay, and the sweet surprise he prepared for us before our departure. Those gestures made the experience feel very personal and memorable. The restaurant staff also took great care of us and made every meal enjoyable. Overall, we loved our stay and would happily come back again.

• Suzan (7/5): Prachtig hotel maar service kan beter - Het is een prachtig hotel om te zien en het heeft lekker eten. Bij aankomst was onze kamer niet gereed, ondanks dat het na de incheck tijd was en de tijd van aankomst bekend was. We hadden een suite met privé zwembad en ontvingen een upgrade naar een grotere suite. Echter was de indeling onhandig, was er een deur naar een ander gedeelte (connecting door/room) waar veel geluid uit kwam waardoor het niet privé voelde. Ook waren er een boven gedeeltes die uitkijken op onze kamer, tuin en zwembad. Waardoor het niet zo privé is als gehoopt. Verder werden tafels in het restaurant niet goed afgeruimd waardoor er water in reeds gebruikte glazen (waar nog iets in zat) werden gevuld, kregen we soms geen kaart en moesten we lang wachten. We hadden de was laten doen en dat kwam stinkend en verband terug. De kosten voor het wassen werden teruggeboekt, maar helaas is de kleding vergriept. Er is voldoende personeel, maar het zou beter kunnen worden ingezet. Niet de service en standaard die we van het Leela gewend zijn.

Our minibar was spoilt , although we did not have a problem with that but the constant coming and going of the mechanic was very disturbing and spoiled our stay. The privacy was just not there. They should have replaced the minibar but instead in trying to fix it they just messed up the precious hours that we needed on the room to enjoy.

Flies everywhere - flies sat on our food when we were having breakfast outdoors. Too many flies. There was some event at their lawns and there was chaos at the property. Our dinner at the rooftop restaurant was ruined because of non stop loudspeaker noise from the front porch for event attendees’ transportation announcements. We had called before booking to ensure there was no event / wedding scheduled and we were lied to. There was a massive private event with almost a thousand guests. We would have never booked a stay had they been honest about an event of this scale. Housekeeping staff came into the room without knocking while we were inside. It took the staff 15 minutes just to bring the menu at the rooftop restaurant. No staff was present at the check in desk for table allocation. The valet parked our car outside the property on a dusty road.

• Kensaku (6/5): 良くも悪くも非常にインドらしい経験が出来ました。 - シタールやタブラなどの生演奏や生花によるフラワーシャワーなどのイベントが盛りだくさんでインドらしさを感じるっことが出来ました。食事（朝食、夕食）は通常のインド食（北インドおよび南インド系）でしたが、おいしかったです。夕食をビュッフェではなくメニューで注文しましたが、前菜や食後の飲み物など、メニュー外でいろいろとサービスしていただきました。内装については、ベッドおよび枕の感触・肌ざわり等が非常に良かったです。よく眠れました。 ホテル自体の良し悪しではありませんが、車の手配に苦労しました。基本的にUberでタクシーを呼んだのですが、個別契約に変更するように強制されます。フロントボーイにヘルプを依頼しましたが、フロントボーイからも「Uberの値段は安すぎる」とタクシーを擁護するコメントがありました。タクシーとフロントボーイは顔見知りのようなので、もしかすると、カルテルが成立しているのかもしれません。UberやOlaの値段の３倍ぐらいを提示されましたが、フライトの時間もあり、仕方なく個別契約に切り替えました。インドではよくあることだと思いますが、かなりストレスを感じるので覚悟された方が良いと思います。
• Rohan (9/5): Over it was a wonderful stay.. Apart from the points me mentioned above. - The property it self is fabulous. The cleaning and the house keeping staff are simple the best.. I think they receive the highest praise for making the stay memorable. The driver who took us around Ramesh was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He took us around in Jaipur and made sure to take care of all our needs such as shopping and sight seeing. We would like to have Ramesh as our driver whenever we are back in Jaipur Leelas. The food was not one of the best… The traditional dishes were to westernised which took away the authenticity. Also to Mention the food at Jamavar was not at all up to the standard, the serving staff was very dis-organised and confused.. Seemed like they constantly were in a hurry.. The food failed to justify the restaurant.

• 801abhishekd (10/5): Leela Palace Jaipur Review - Leela Palace Jaipur was an incredible experience not only because of the beautiful exterior architecture, or incredible interior palace design - the hospitality was superb and brought a warmth that made the stay not only grand but comfortable. The food options are plentiful, unique and excellent. I regret that even after 3 days and 3 nights there was so much left to experience at Leela Palace Jaipur but I won’t forget the beautiful pool with a view of the Aravalli Hills. My family was also able to coordinate a surprise celebration for a career milestone along with the staff of the hotel - I won’t forget being surprised with a chocolate cake in the center front of the pool at night with a beautiful view. It was coordinated so elegantly and it was such an amazing surprise which kickstarted off an amazing stay. One point where the stay could improve was providing towels as ordered for rooms - as a family of 3, we had ordered 3 towels daily but only received 2 on a repeated basis, and had to order extra towels. Although minor and after asking room service we received towels as requested, this would have been something that would have made our stay perfect. I would love to return to Leela Palace Jaipur as it was an incredible stay and I would recommend it to anyone staying here. Special shoutout to Gautam Saimohan who was an amazing staff member who went out of his way to show me and my parents around the venue. His ability to connect was superb, above and beyond, and is a reflection of the standard that Leela Palace sets for its employees.

The property was impeccably clean and truly captured the regal atmosphere of living in a palace. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive; they even went the extra mile to pack breakfast and fresh fruit for our journey. A special mention goes to our butlers, Janvi and Dev. They were exceptionally responsive and proactive in anticipating our needs. From keeping us informed about palace activities to catering to our specific food preferences and our daughter’s needs, they were outstanding. The thoughtful farewell gift they gave our daughter was a beautiful touch. The restaurant team also impressed us by preparing off-menu comfort food after a long day of exploring. The only area for improvement is the speed of service at the Aravali restaurant during lunch and dinner, which felt a bit slow. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Every corner of the hotel is thoughtfully designed and visually striking. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the service. We travel frequently and often stay at high-end properties such as Rosewood, Mandarin Oriental, and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts—and the service here ranks among the very best we’ve experienced anywhere in the world. Every single team member we encountered made a genuine effort to connect with us and ensure we had a memorable stay. It never felt transactional—only warm, personal, and thoughtful. A special thank you to Ankit, who oversees food & beverage for two of the restaurants. My wife has Celiac disease, and Ankit went above and beyond to ensure she felt completely safe and well taken care of. That level of attentiveness and care made a huge difference for us and allowed us to truly relax and enjoy the dining experiences. Speaking of dining, Jamavar was a standout. The fully candlelit dinner experience was absolutely magical—easily one of the most memorable meals of our trip. The ambiance alone is worth it, and the food more than lives up to the setting. The arrival experience is also incredibly unique and sets the tone right away. Each time we entered the hotel, we were welcomed with live folk music, and on some occasions, even showered with rose petals. It’s a beautiful, celebratory touch that makes you feel like you’ve truly arrived somewhere special. Overall, The Leela Palace Jaipur delivers on every level—stunning design, world-class service, exceptional dining, and thoughtful details throughout. It’s a property we would return to without hesitation and one we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly special stay in Jaipur.

• raquel (10/5): Great stay at the Leela! Worth the splurge! - This is one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. The courtyard and grounds are spectacular, with very nice gardens. Our room was very large and comfortable. We were unable to obtain a reservation for the same night at their well-known Indian restaurant but had a good meal at the Peacock lounge. We unfortunately arrived too late for the puppet show and ceramics class but enjoyed the dance exhibition. Varied and generous breakfast spread. As in all of Indian hotels so far, one is unable to get a real cappuccino.

• Kasey (3/5): Average at best, would not return - The property is undoubtedly beautiful but there were many many issues Very slow service around the pool, sauna and steam room not working for our stay, constantly waiting for hotel staff after calling for things to be brought to the room while I was severely unwell . I became unwell after eating in their very expensive candle lit restaurant, the doctor had to come at 5.30am and give medicine via IV, the staff tried hard but the execution is not even close to 5 star. I had been in India over 10 Days and very careful where I ate it was disappointing to get sick here.

• Maria (6/5): - We were staying in one of the Villas, but we could not really enjoy the courtyard as it was always dirty with pigeon droppings. To make things worse, the droppings were exactly in front of the door to the room, so the room was dirty as well. Called several times to have it cleaned. The hotel needs to do something about this. Facilities look outdated and a bit run downed (dirty walls). Stayed because of the photos, but it is time for an update.
