Open plumbing works in hall ? Door knob fell off and electrical fan very noisy and needs replacing. Just a small amount of TLC needed.

Bardzo wygodne łóżka, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, na powitanie otrzymaliśmy butelkę wina, ręczniki i kosmetyki w łazience. Gospodarz rewelacyjny, już przed przyjazdem otrzymaliśmy wszystkie wytyczne na filmiku jak dostać się do obiektu oraz sporą garść informacji historycznych i "polecajek" restauracji czy barów. Po wymeldowaniu mieliśmy możliwość pozostawienia bagażu do samego wieczora. Wokół mnóstwo barów restauracji oraz sklepów. Bazylika Duomo ok 5 minut spacerem od obiektu.

He went way above and beyond in sharing information and making us feel welcome. Location is AMAZING! It was our first night in Italy after traveling overseas so it was nice to have an easy location and the set up was perfect for us. We'd stay again for sure.

• Hirotoshi (10/5): Awesome spot to stay in Milan—I totally recommend it! - We stayed here as a family of four—myself, my wife, and our two daughters (one in college and one in high school). The location was fantastic, just a few minutes’ walk to the Duomo and La Scala, which was super convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. Our host, Angelo, was amazing—he recommended great spots for breakfast and dinner and even booked a taxi for us. He helped with everything we needed. There’s also a supermarket nearby, so we could easily grab anything we wanted. Overall, a really pleasant stay! Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Milan. Some parts of the room were a bit old and not perfectly clean, but still totally acceptable.

Mi-au pus la dispoziție foarte multe informații și recomandări (restaurante, magazine, parcare …) . Răspunde foarte prompt la toate mesajele trimise . Am avut cafea foarte bună din partea gazdei. Pe strada cu locuită sunt foarte multe locuri unde poți servi mic dejun, cină sau să bei ceva seara . Ne vom întoarce la acesta cazare dacă mai vizitam Milano. Faptul ca nu an are centrala proprie sau încălzire. Prima seara a fost răcoare în camere .Încălzirea se face doar cu aerul condiționat.

Although we did not meet Angelo, he made us feel very welcome, offering us flexibility with our check-in/check-out, the option to leave bags in a safe place, and lots of excellent local recommendations. He was always super quick to respond to any questions we had too. I'd recommend this apartment wholeheartedly to other travellers looking for a comfortable base in Milan. Nothing!

• Susan T (10/5): Wonderful stay! - The location was great. The host, Angelo, was one of the most responsive hosts I've ever encountered. The apartment was in a wonderful, historic building, but everything was updated. We easily were able to get into the apartment using the code provided (and Angelo kindly sent us videos showing how to get into the apartment, and how to use the appliances and adjust the a/c if needed) and we've never had better water pressure! There is a well-stocked grocery store right down the street and it's about a 8 minute walk to the Duomo. Highly recommend this apartment - definitely stay here if you have the chance. Nothing.

Across the street from the university, many restaurants, bars and sandwich shops close by. So many to choose from. Very thoughtful host who provides lots of information. The apartment has everything you need even a toaster and a lift 👏🏻. You must try a Margy burger and a sandwich from Panozzi e Panelli Bottega Meneghina which are amazing .

A great deal of Cafes, Restaurants, and parking located around the central location. Milano is a major city so using the bus would be optimal but driving across Europe made Milan navigation challenging for accomplishing great central location. Not a dislike but be aware of challenge of getting into downtown parking.

If you want to stay somewhere that feels authentically Italian in the historic area of Milan, with a fabulous host, then this apartment is for you. Nothing is too much trouble for the host, from airport transfers, if you wish, to great restaurant and places to visit recommendations. I cannot recommend this apartment enough. Nothing!

There are several cafes and restaurants in the area, some of them very good. Location can’t be beat. While the location is great, the cafes across the street are a bit noisy. Not a problem if windows are closed.

He really went above and beyond helping us organise transfers to and from the place even giving us a few very details guides about things to do and places to eat - even with discounts! The house was very close to Duomo, within walking distances, lots of restaurants and place to shop as well. Bathroom was a little bit more on the older side but it serves its purpose during the stay.

It was perfectly situated close to a variety of fantastic restaurants, a grocery store, and all the major attractions. Everything we wanted to explore was just a short walk making it incredibly convenient. A special shoutout to the host, Angelo. His communication was top-notch—responsive, friendly, and always available to help with any questions. Plus, the restaurant recommendations he provided were absolutely spot on. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Very comfortable, clean quarters. Host was extremely kind and accommodating and helpful. Sometimes in the evening it could get loud bc it’s across from the University and restaurants but all in all it was a nice area to be in.

• Kostiantyn (10/5): Excellent apartment in the center of Milan with great heating, a cozy atmosphere, a coffee machine with plenty of Nespre - These are excellent apartments in Milan! We saved a lot on taxis since the location is right in the city center. The good heating was a big plus, especially since we stayed during the winter. The apartment has a special charm—it was a pleasure to stay there. We also appreciated the coffee machine with a generous supply of Nespresso capsules and plenty of water. Additionally, the host recommended many great places for breakfast and dinner. I'm very satisfied with my stay!

The Host was fantastic, offering many wonderful suggestions and advice which was great for us first timers to Italy. He was so attentive to our needs and sent us a few messages to check in and make sure we had everything we needed and even offered to book us a taxi on our departure. It also had wonderful restaurants and cafes around it , not to mention a handy grocery for necessities. Our host was super helpful and so easy to communicate with. He made wonderful recommendations and even helped organise a taxi to bring us to the train station on the day we left. He truly is an angel and would definitely recommend him. There was nothing worth mentioning.

It is exactly as pictured, clean, clean neighborhood with cafes and restaurants nearby, felt safe, homely feel of the apartment. Great for groups and families and those that prefer cooking their own meals. Angelo, our lovely host, was very helpful and provided great recommendations of what to do, where to eat, and how to get around easily while in Milan. He also let us keep our luggage at the property while we headed out for a tour. Nothing to do with the apartment but on our way out, one of the neighbors, I think, treated us suspiciously when we returned to get our luggage. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere, but it didn't detract from our overall stay.

• Ahmad (10/5): Convenient, Clean with all the Ameneties - Great location and a vibrant part of town. Near the University with plenty of good food outlets at your doorstep. It should be noted that they are open till late and there is some noise but that didn’t bother us. It is a good part of town and we felt safe at all times. Our friends used to come to our part of town rather than us going to there part of town. It was easy to find with some opportunity to park your car 50m away from the apartment to unload your luggage or you could probably get away parking in front for 5 mins illegally and get away with it. The street does not see much cars. If you hired a car, there is a parking station not too far that is $30 euros a day. Good connection to wifi for the kids. Under a 10 min walk to the Duomo and Shopping Precinct where all the action is happening in Milan. Clean apartment on the first floor with lift access. Worked well for a family of four. Although the pictures depicted 2 bedrooms (2 x singles and a double bed), it was actually 1 bedroom with a sofa bed. This didn’t bother us as it was comfortable. All amenity available from coffee, bath towels, washing machine, toiletries, iron, dishwasher, hair dryer etc. Finally, communication with the owner was superb. Very attentive, provided recommendations, was on line when we had an issue (only issue was the door which had a special technique to open). Thanks for sharing your apartment with us Angelo. Will book here again if visiting Milan in the future.
• Jacqueline (10/5): Exceptional - A lovely, comfortable apartment in a great location. Many sights, restaurants and facilities within walking distance or on the doorstep. A superb host who provided good arrival and entry details along with a great selection of places to see, things to do and restaurants/bars to visit. Our very own Milano tourist information service! We would certainly recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again.
• Ghada (9/5): Amazing location - Mr Angelo is the best host , he was not physically there but was in contact weeks before arrival , during our stay. He helped with a lot of suggestions during our stay . He also responded immediately when we needed Needs new AC in the place it would be perfect

• Louise (10/5): The perfect basecamp for exploring Milan, with a helpful & friendly host. - The apartment was the ideal basecamp for exploring Milan - situated close to the duomo and had everything you need inside! Angelo was ever so helpful and provided us with recommendations throughout, and nothing was too much trouble including leaving our bags early. It's comfortable, quiet and the aircon was a welcome break from the summer sunshine, I'd very much recommend!
