• Özhan (2/5): Hayal kırıklığı - Yüksek puandan dolayı tercih ettim fakat tam bir hayal kırıklığı idi. Otelden çok aynı evde bir odaya tıkılmış gibi hissettik. Saat 12den sonra yandaki odalara sabahlara kadar giren çıkanın gürültüsünü ve resepsiyon görevlisinin seslerini duymak zorunda kaldık. Oda bakımsız herşey çok eski ve odada hava alma imkanı yok. yataklardan birini tuvaletin dibine koymuşlar. Bütün koku burnunuzun dibinde. Tv çalışmıyor vs vs. 6 binlira verdim ama oda 600 lira bile etmeyecek durumda.

Bon petit déj,mais le thé turc n'est pas de qualité c'est du lipton tout prêt :/ En centre ville. Vue sympas!! La propreté de la chambre= Poussière. Des fourmis dans la chambre. Le matériel dangereux et non réparer avant l'arrivé des clients. Une énorme fenêtre est tombé sur ma tête!! Heureusement que je n'est rien eu,car ça aurait pû être très dangereux. Imaginez vous,vos enfants,ou animal de compagnie,votre famille aurait pû y rester. J'aurais dû porter plainte d'ailleurs,mais je n'y retournerais plus c'est sûr!! En centre ville= Bruyant Matériels est chambre+salle de bain à revoir pour rafraîchir certaines choses,peinture,moisissures...

• Serap (6/5): - I was not pleased because the room that I picked was not what I got. Me and my husband ended up getting a room slightly bigger, but still not the one that they had pictured. Also, the toilet was pretty high from the floor, and the TV was set on one channel and that was the kids channel. The mirrors in the rooms need to higher in height. Considering I was only there for one night we just accepted the condition, but they need to upgrade and update.

• Sally (9/5): Probably not suitable for non-smokers... - We loved the room and the hotel location, it was ideal for exploring Sinop on foot. 24 hours of paid parking really close to the hotel was only 250TL (£2.50). Breakfast was good. Unfortunately there was a smell of cigarettes everywhere and even somehow getting into our room. For non-smokers this wasn't pleasant. Possibly draught-proofing the doors would help, although it was also coming into the bathroom through the vent/fan.

• Andrew (6/5): Make sure you only pay once for your stay!! - Location was very good and the rooms on the 5th floor were a good size Being charged twice by the hotel. Although I showed them that payment had been taken from my bank they insisted they hadn’t received the money. Then two days later I noticed that both payments had gone through my bank account. After several messages to the hotel they finally accepted they had been an error and it took several days to get the money back, what was just as bad was that booking.com refused to accept my version of events and would not help, very poor all round

• Veller (6/5): I had higher expectations - The guy at the reception was alway very kind. The room was clean and the bathroom large enough. The lobby shows the memories of a luxurious past, the position is just 50 meters from the sea, even if you can't see it from the rooms, and it is close to the core area of the city. The hotel condition is fair but absolutely not aligned to its price, I guess because of the high season, but I'd usually pay MAYBE half of what I paid, to sleep in a place like this in Turkey. I paid far more than what I paid for a better room, in Sultanamet in Isanbul, 200m from the Gran Bazar. The room was a standard one, because we just had to sleep one night, but it was very small and facing an extremely noisy road. This review doesn't apply to higher categories rooms that we hadn't the opportunity to see. The breakfast is just ok.
• David (9/5): Sea view from comfortable room. - This was in a great location and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Seaside view from the bedroom and good breakfast buffet. There was an awful smell of drains after one night and the WiFi did not connect in our room. However we were transferred to the room next door which was much nicer and had neither problem. The staff were very accommodating.

Too small room. Awful smell from WC. Air conditioner was not working correctly. everything other than the location and staff behaviour was awful.
