Halvdant städat. Låna handduk för 4 €: på ett hostel:) Det kanske är ok för att vara i Barcelona men inte i jämförelse med hostel på många andra platser.
• Nicolette (7/5): Perfect location in Barcelona - The location is perfect in the city centre, next to the Ramblas, the Barcelona Cathedral and surrounded by many pubs, restaurants and all kind of shops. The staff are gentle. A bit of upgrade in the room since it lacks some basic things such as tv, a side table and a mini fridge. Attention: there are some extra costs such as the eu 3.50 each for leaving luggage early check in or late check out, a 10eu deposit fee for the room.

• Julien (1/5): One of my worst stay ever unfortunately.. - Almost nothing but the geographic location.. They forgot to clean the room when we arrived in the evening so we had to wait extra and the room wasn’t really clean after that. I paid for a two bed room but only one bed was usable since they didn’t have the sheets and the blanket available for the other bed. The place is super noisy. Everything is at an additional cost, and the prices are really high but the services are not even good

• Ahmed Al-Sayad (1/5): NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL WORSE HOTEL EVER - Nothing at all, Worse Hotel ever in my 30 years travelling The rooms are unbelievably small, dirty, and completely unacceptable. When we complained, instead of fixing the issue, the staff tried to negotiate with us to pay extra money just to get a slightly better room. Nothing is done out of basic customer service—everything comes at an added cost. The location is also extremely unsafe, especially at night. My wife was robbed early in the morning while we were heading to the airport. Someone approached her pretending to beg, then suddenly snatched her belongings and ran away. This was a shocking and frightening experience that completely ruined our stay. The room facilities are terrible. Even basic things like hot water in the bathroom sink were missing. Hygiene and maintenance standards are clearly not a priority here. To make matters worse, the room setup itself is unsafe and poorly designed. There is a bunk bed, but the ladder is positioned in a way that makes it almost impossible to use properly, as if it’s intentionally placed to prevent access. Customer service is equally disappointing. I spent over two hours trying to resolve an issue with the room. The staff kept saying the supervisor was unavailable, but when I finally managed to reach her myself, the conversation led nowhere. It was a complete waste of time and energy during what was supposed to be a relaxing stay.

• De La Cruz (5/5): - Está bien para quien solo busca caminar y conocer la estudia pero no para largas debido al costó y que el costó no incluye nada más que una cama. Es muy costó y no incluye desayuno aunque entendí que me reserva lo incluía en el hotel me comentaron que no, no incluye toallas, todo se paga aparte, todo tiene un costó adicional, es abusivo porque la estadía es muy costosa para el tipo de Hostal que es.

• yulissa (8/5): - El personal de recepción muy amable, empático y resolvió muy rápido mis dudas y el tema de los inconvenientes. La ubicación muy buena y la limpieza del lugar ok. Bueno es tema de política del lugar en si como me explicaron, pero te cobran por temas de turismo y por tema de garantía. Y además solo te contemplan como parte del servicio de "hospedaje" la sabana, por lo que se tiene que hacer un pago adicional de una manta y si necesitas de una toalla también te lo cobran y aparte que el guardado de equipaje tiene un costo. Creo que por cobro de una noche debería considerarse todo eso en el costo. No esta muy bien distribuido los lockers en el dormitorio ya que uno tapaba parte de la puerta del baño.

• Montenegro (1/5): Un sitio desagradable para nunca volver ni recomendar. - Pido a las autoridades y a booking, revise este sitio. Huele a humedad, huela a alcantarilla, el unico bano para 10 personas esta en condiciones que no son para personas. Es el unico sitio donde toca pagar por una toalla, Toca pagar por una sabana, las camas estan llenas de polvo, fuera de lo que pagamos en booking nos tocaba pagar 10 euros por noche para que nos dejaran entrar, no hay jabon ni te dan, te cobran 10 euros por una tarjeta para guardar las cosas seperoque se nos regrese. Es insoportable el olor a alcantarilla, salimos enfermos de ese sitio. Es de lo peor que me ha tocado. Este sitio es antihigienico anti humano. Salimos enfermos del olor a alcantarilla y humedad. No te dan una toalla te cobran por todo, no tienes una cobija para arroparte aun hace frio, la calefaccion no funciona corectamente, solo hay un bano para 10 personas. El bano esta lleno de hongos. Es un asco de sitio. Ojala las autoridades revisen estos sitios que se ofrecen como hospedaje y son una cosas peor que para animales.

• Vazquez (10/5): Ubicacion, entorno y personal de 10 - Lo que mas me gustó fue el trato del personal tanto de Carlitos como de Israel, ambos fueron super agradables con nosotras (eramos 9) como estaba alli celebrando el cumpleaños se tomaron la molestia de poner un cartel y globos en nuestra habitación el dia de llegada, la verdad que fue un gesto super bonito. GRACIAS POR LA EXPERIENCIA!!

• Nicole (9/5): - Ich hatte mit meinen Kids ein 4er Zimmer privat inkl. Bettwäsche/Handtücher. Es war funktional und sauber. Lautstärke kommt leider auf andere Gäste an, wie in jedem Hotel - wir hatten Glück und konnten lange ruhig schlafen, mit Fenster zum Hinterhof. Rezeption 24/7 - Personal ist super freundlich und hilft. Hotel ist in einer Seitenstraße von La Rambla mit vielen Cafés, Restaurants, Shops, sowie fußläufig von Markthalle, Hafen und Start der Sightseeing-Busrouten am Placa Catalunya... Es gibt auch Waschmaschinen (Gemeinschaftsraum), aber haben wir nicht gebraucht. Garderobe zum Aufhängen für Jacken gab es, aber sonst keine weitere Ablage oder Stuhl für Sachen. Wir hatten aber auch nur paar Tage und lebten "aus dem Koffer"

• Escribano Gomez (1/5): No volvería nunca mas, ni lo recomendaría - Lo que más me gusto fue la ubicación, hay que admitir que esta en una zona céntrica (Cerca del metro). Tambien esta cerca de las ramblas y de zona de tiendas. Todo en general estaba mal, empezando por el checking que había que hacerlo online, y al principio me pese que podría ser algún tipo de estafa. Como no hice el checking online estuve casi una hora, y si no poco se llevo, podrían a ver agilizado el trámite. El personal era depende el que te encontraras, estaba por pocas personas que de verdad te ayudaban, y la mayoría que eran prepotentes o se cogían demasiadas confianzas contigo. Tema organización entiendo, que pueden ir a una cama y olvidársele poner la almohada, pero me precio fatal que todo lo demás se alquilara, cuando ya pagabas lo suficiente sobre otros extras. tema organización tiene que desear mas, como por ejemplo, el cuidar los detalles, porque parece que van de una chapuza a otra.

• Paradise56816014499 (4/5): The easyjet of hostels - 5€ surcharge if you want a blanket on your bed… - The area the hostel is in is great! Overall it’s clean and secure. But it’s one of those places that charges extra for every little thing! Towels sure, luggage storage is a bit stingy, but BLANKETS!! In what world is a blanket not part of booking a bed?! The lockers next to the bed are very practical, as is the individual light and plug but also very noisy so anyone checking out early will wake you up. And the bathroom (1 toilet and shower en-suite to share between 8 people) really isn’t enough, if there are other toilets on the floors the rooms are on I wasn’t told. Whoever your marketing person is is very good though!
