- Verified traveler (8/5): - Quick check-in and they were very lenient with our check-in time. Ability to leave our bags at the hotel on the last day between our check out time and flight was a nice amenity. The futons were not very comfortable.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The room is pretty spacious which is good. The staff at check in was good just that it's a pity they have limited English and Japanese. The room looked old and not sparkling clean so if you don't mind then this hotel is pretty good. Can easily walk to Doutonbori which is a plus point too. Also, clothes washed can hang out on the balcony but the sunlight doesn't reach much of the balcony so it took longer to dry the clothes. If you are not too fussy, it's a pretty good place.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Actual location is different from the description - (+) The room was spacious and had a full kitchen, bathroom, toilet and washing machine. (-) When we came to the location in the description, there was a property there that had the sign "Jakotel Namba" so we thought this was where we would stay. However after the checkin process, the host told us that the actual place was not there but in another place. We was suprised and felt uncomfortable. The actual place was 600m away from the check-in one, took us more than 10 min to go to there, and 800m away from Nipponbashi station. You guys may think that we are so lazy because it's not even 1km, but we walk 20-25km per day on average. After a typical day like that, 800m is huge prolem! I first booked the guesthouse just because of the location in the description (near to the station, just about 350m). If I had known about the actual location, I wouldn't have booked their room because there are many guesthouses and business hotel near the actual location with a cheaper price! The host should public the information about the actual location, or at least he should've told his guests first!

- wtf (4/5): ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆필독 꼭 읽어주세요☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ - If you do 4 people room, they let you know other apartment - From nippinbashi station, 700m. you can see cockroach and mold at laundry. keep your towel. 호스텔로 잡으면 모르겠는데 다인실로 잡으면 다른 건물을 안내해줍니다. 저렴한 숙소에서는 간간히 있던 일이고, 직원분도 얼마 안걸려요~ 오분? 이러시길래 한 이백삼백 미터 되나보다 해서 오케이 하고 따라갔는데 왠걸요 700미터? 정도 골목 안으로 안내해주시더군요. 미리 고지를 해야하는거 아니에요? 명백히 거짓말아닙니까 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 그것도 한~~참 내려가야 하는곳이라 역이랑도 엄청 멀어요 시티공원 근처니 참고하세요 오사카 여행은 많이 걸어다닐수밖에 없고 그에따라 지칠수 밖에 없어서 역 근처로 잡았는데 숙소가다가 진이 다빠지더라구요 심지어 골목 안이라 찾아가기도 힘듬. 이럴줄 알았으면 그냥 일본 호스텔 잡을걸 ^^,,,, 엄청후회했네요 그래도 직원분이 친절하세요 체크인 할때 숙소에 남자 엄지손가락만한 바퀴벌레가 바로 나왔는데 손으로 바로 잡아주셨습니다 직원분이 말씀하시길 ★오사카는 원래 바퀴벌레가 많다니 참고해주세요★ 금액이 싸니까 많이 바라지도 않았어요 아파트 빌리는거니까 중간에 청소 안해주는것도 알고 있었구요. 근데 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ주방에 있던 행주에서는 음모가 있더라구요? 그거로 청소하시나 봅니다 화장실에 있는 세탁기는 거기 왜 있는건지 곰팡이 다 슬어서는.... 냉장고 안도 만신창이이고,,, 바닥도 끈적해서 여행가서 걸레질하고 왔네요 수건도 있기는 한데 뭐 한 300번 빨았는지 이게 수건인지 사포인지 모르겠더라구요 미리 안챙겼으면 큰일날뻔... 아 숙소 자체는 나쁘지 않아요 일본아파트 구조니까 방음 바라지도 않았으니까요,,, 수고하세요

The location of the hotel is different from what was marked on the Internet when it was first booked. First of all, we pay the fee at the hotel which is marked when we booking in internet. Then we were taken to another hotel that was nearly ten minutes walk from there. The room there was the one that was actually rented to us.
