• Roland (9/5): Au calme avec belle terrasse vue mer - Un peu à l'écart d'Agia Anna en direction de Plaka, ensemble de plusieurs logements sur un grand terrain. Appartement assez grand avec belle terrasse. Pour les appartements au 1er étage, vue mer et parfait pour regarder le coucher de soleil sur Paros avec un verre d'ouzo et des olives. Personne sur place à la journée. Michalis est présent tous les matins pour l'entretien, accueillant et sympathique. Parking pour se garer.

• Mal (9/5): Best location in the area - Typical basic Greek accommodation, cleaned every day. A stone's throw from the best beach on Naxos. A lot cheaper than many accommodations nearby. Handy for Agia Anna and Maragas tavernas. The beds were a a tad uncomfortable. A couple of times we were disturbed in the night by inconsiderate guests coming back from bars in the early hours.

• Marianne (9/5): Schönes, einfaches Studio mit Meerblick und sehr guter Lage. - Schönes, einfaches Studio mit Terrasse und Meerblick. Es war sehr hell, da es drei Fenster hatte. Die Lage ist sehr gut, nahe zum Ort und zu den Stränden. Habe mich in der Woche, als ich alleine war sehr wohl gefühlt, auch abends um nach Hause zu kommen. Das Grundstück ist gross und es hat genügend Platz zum parkieren. Der Besitzer war jeden Tag in der Anlage und bei Fragen hätte man ihn anrufen können. Das Studio wurde jeden Tag geputzt, die Eimer gelehrt und das Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt. Vielen Dank für alles! Eine kleine Pfanne und normale Messer, wären schön gewesen, sonst alles gut.

• alain (1/5): decevante - nous avions demandé un appareil a café mais le proprietaire n'a rien prevu ! le wiffi ne marchait pas et le double bed demandé en janvier n'y etait pas c'etait un grand lit!!!!!!! mon mari est handicapé... bref tres deçu donc ce sejour a naxos n'etait pas tres sympa. le proprietaire on ne l'a jamais vu un passage du proprietaire c'est le minimum pour regler les problemes....

• Katalin (9/5): - The locaiton is perfect, a few minute walk to multiple beaches and restaurant, but away from crowds. The bus stop is also nearby. We stayed in this apartment last year and deciced to come back. Really good value for money! The room is quite simple, but that wasn't a problem for us. It actually looks better in person than in the pictures and is super clean. The host was also nice and friendly:) Bathroom is a bit small and water gets everywhere when you shower. But it's quite typical for greek hotels. Wifi connection was weak.

Le ménage est fait tous les jours et les serviettes et draps sont changés tous les 3 jours. Cela mériterait d’avoir juste un peu plus d’équipement. Grille pain, etc…

• Evangelos (10/5): - Location: perfect. A few hundred meters to peaceful sandy beach, without beach bars or sunbeds. Walking distance to Agia Anna and restaurants etc.  Beds  good. Nice balcony, lovely view. Clean, tranquil. Allowed for an hour later check out. Parking: large, with some shade from trees. For 85 Euro night (without breakfast) , midJuly, good choice, compared to other accommodations. No complimentary bottle of water upon arrival.

• Olivia (8/5): Honeymoon stay - My wife and I were on our honeymoon and stayed here for two nights. The staff who greeted us were very welcoming and pleasant. The only reason we are giving 4 stars is because there wasn’t an option for a single bed but I’m not sure if it was due to availability or if they didn’t have them. Overall it was excellent and I can’t stress enough how nice and accommodating the staff were. They are very polite and the they did a great job cleaning, it smelled fresh when we showed up and they agreed to let us drop our bags off early so we didn’t have to carry them around before we could check in.

• Marion (8/5): Très bien - Localisation proche des plages, et de pleins de petits resto sympa en bord de mer La douche où il était impossible de ne pas mettre de l’eau partout, le rideau de douche est trop court pour éviter que l’eau ne sorte hors de la douche. • Fabien (9/5): - Le lieu,, proche d'Aghia Anna et des plages, et d'un arrêt de bus. la tranquillité, la vue sur la mer et Paros, le ménage fait chaque jour. Grand studio, très beau balcon. La réceptivité face à un petit problème, vite réglé dès que j'ai envoyé un mail. Personne pour m'accueillir. J'avais reçu par mail le numéro de la chambre, et je n'ai jamais eu l'occasion de voir le patron... Dommage.
• Susan (8/5): - An absolutely brilliant place to stay, from the welcome and communications to services whist we enjoyed our week on Naxos. Just enough out of the way of the evening's bars and restaurants for quiet, yet near enough to wonder down to for food and drinks in a beautiful setting. Michalis and his dad visited every morning to empty the bins, clean and tidy and change the towels and bedding mid week. The apartments had everything you needed and we wanted for nothing.....very comfy beds and nice wooden chairs on the balcony, although they could benefit the use of an allen key as they were a little wobbly. Lovely well cared for plants in the gardens around the property and wonderful hosts.
• Klaus (10/5): Perfekt - Das Gesamtpaket war einfach ein Traum. Vom Parkplatz bis zur Lage geht's nicht besser. Jeder Ort ist schnell zu erreichen und einfach über die Straße um ans Meer zu kommen. Die traumhafte Aussicht und das nette Personal haben alles abgerundet. Haben sofort für nächstes Jahr noch mal gebucht. Wenn man nicht unbedingt all inklusive braucht, geht's fast nicht mehr besser. Das der Urlaub so kurz war...... ;)

• John (9/5): Fantastic location, overlooking the sea. Spotlessly clean! - Spotlessly clean - the towels were changed every day and the room was thoroughly cleaned every day. Lovely staff. Fantastic location - 200m from the beach. Fabulous sea view. The bed was a little uncomfortable.

• Marlena (8/5): Kleine aber feine Ferienwohnung - Die Lage ist einfach perfekt gewesen! Ruhige Lage zwischen Plaka und Agia Anna, ein Balkon zum Verweilen und Kaffee zu genießen. Die Gastgeber und das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Tägliche Reinigung war auch inbegriffen. Altes, aber funktionsfähiges Zubehör und Supermärkte in der Nähe ermöglichten etwas zu kochen. Nach ein paar Tagen fühlten wir uns wie zuhause. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Eine gute Preis-Leistung Verhältnis. Gute Frühstücksoptionen in Taverna Paradiso. Ameisen kommen sehr schnell, wenn man essen liegen lässt, also lieber gleich in den Kühlschrank oder eingepackt aufbewahren. Die Tägliche Reinigung könnte etwas gründlicher werden- meistens wurde kein Staub von Möbeln abgewischt, die Spiegeln hatten sichtbare Putzspuren gehabt. Sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten, wir sind allgemein zufrieden gewesen.
• ALTONA (10/5): - The owners were a very kind and friendly family, thanks them for hosting us again. The location was perfect for us, just between Agia Anna and Plaka and close to the nice beaches. There are many coffee shops, restaurants, and small markets around. The place was clean and also there was a small kitchen with equipment if you would like to prepare your own meal. The place has a parking area but if you come by bus, the bus station is also close to the place.

• peter (10/5): A really fantastic choice and an incredible location - It is the best location really as you are walking distance to the town one way, (4 mins on the right) and the best beach the other, (4 mins on the left). The balcony offers the most obscene sunsets. The apartment is a great size. It has a good feeling to it. There are cats around who greet you as you come and go. It is just a nice place to stay. You do not need a car if you stay here. You will just need a cab to and from the port. There are grocery shops and bike hire shops locally. It is all here. The apartment is set back from the road and quiet. There are enough utensils to put together a simple cooked dinner if you fancy sitting on the balcony one night. It is our personal favourite beach in Greece so far having visited four islands. Enjoy if you choose to stay here! I want to go back! We really liked it. Anything you want sorted, the host will help. A great stay!

There was so much that wasn't okay: - We booked a room with twin beds (as advertised for all apartments on booking!) but received a small double bed. We requested a room change but as anything else was fully booked the owner told us to just switch within our group as we booked 3 rooms. But all.of us booked twin beds! When we told him that he just ignored it. - the mattresses are far too old, you can feel every spring core. We initially booked 2 weeks but left after one week, as we couldn't sleep without pain - the blankets and some towels smelled like campfire - the bath wasn't very clean, you could see the toothpaste stains from most probably several former guests - dust on the bed - an old sock from a former guest on one night desk - garbage in one closet (empty chocolate package) from former guests - mosquito nets with holes in the bathroom - dust in the wardrobe so we had to clean it before we put our clothes in

Freundlicher hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Tägliche Reinigung.Gutes w-lan. Ruhige Lage ( wenn nicht im Nebengebäude eine Hochzeit stattfindet Kücheneinrichtung und Bad sehr schlicht und wie vor 20 Jahren - aber typisch griechisch , sauber und ausreichend.

• Katarina (10/5): Very enjoyable stay, close to a wild beach, overlooking the sunsets. - Beautiful view overlooking the sunset, very peaceful setting away from the crowed areas of the island. The terras was very pleasent. Very clean. During the afternoon, after 2:30, the sun is very strong on the terras, it would have been handy to have a sunbrella (and that we could also borrow for the beach).

• Hugo (9/5): - Superlage, nur Dünen und Straße trennen einem vom Sandstrand. Restaurants und Geschäfte leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Appartment wird täglich gründlich geputzt. Regelmäßiger Austausch der Handtücher. Der hilfsbereite Vermieter Michalis steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Ausstattung der Küchenzeile im Appartment war minimalistisch; macht aber erfinderisch. Man kocht halt sein Frühstücksei im Kaffeekännchen und man bricht sein Brot beim fehlenden Brotmesser.

Balcone con vista giardino dove poter stare in pieno relax. ottima posizione di fronte ad una meravigliosa spiaggia tranquilla. A due passi dal porto di Agia Anna e movida serale. Fermata bus vicina. • Lena (8/5): Underbara dagar - Lugnt och fint läge. Uppskattade havsutsikten från balkongen och att det var lika nära till Agia Anna som till Plaka beach eftersom lgh ligger mitt emellan dem. Stort dubbelrum och bra luftkonditionering. Mycket trevlig familj som skötte om fastigheten 🤗
• Amanda (8/5): Basic but everything you need in a good location. - Overall we had a good stay here. Our arrival was difficult as the owners where not on site and we didn't have phones to contact them. Luckily a hotel next door kindly rang them for us and showed us to our room. The next day we met the owner's as they clean the rooms daily. This place is situated in between agia anna and plaka beach. Easy to walk to both and both places are different offering nice restaurants and beachs shopping etc. It wad nice to have a sheltered balcony outside and cooking facilities. I had read a review from another person who said the hotplates didnt work. That is not true as they work very well and it is possible to use both at once or just one at a time. This customers just didn't take the time to bother to see how the switches work. The bed was comfortable and the air con works well. I would stay here again. For the price it is very good. This area also has a great bus sercice taking you to the port and city every 30 minutes until very late at night. The son does speak very good english and I think his parents don't but that isn't important. They are lovely people who fun a family business. Thankyou for our stay!! Efchariso!!
