К комнате ноль претензий, в холодную погоду было тепло, душ с горячей водой есть, кровать тёплая удобная. За доплату накормили домашней едой на ужин и завтрак. Кому нравится полу-деревенская домашняя обстановка без претенциозности, вполне хорошо.
- Helena (10/5): Nice experience with a warm Armenian family - A nice experience to stay with a warm and friendly Armenian family. The host is communicative even before I arrived, he offered to pick me up in person by taxi. I enjoyed the home made good dinner and the hospitality throughout two nights I stayed. En-suite Room is spacious, warm and comfortable. There is a Russian view point 5 minutes walk from the house with amazing view of Sevan lake and mountains. The house is out of no where, no shops nor restaurants around. Luckily the host offer home made breakfast and dinner with extra charge, drinks included, delicious!

Das war das beste das wir auf unserer gesammten Reise hatten. Und es,war reichlich. (Auch für Vegetarier). ☺️ Die Lage war auch gut. Nicht direkt am See, aber defür war es hier etwas ruhiger. Wir haben dort gute Tipps für unsere Reise bekommen. Wir wurden auch zu Kaffee und Kuchen etc. eingeladen. Der Opa stellt dir auch schon mal einen cognac oder brandy hin.. 😊 Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier herkommen..

The room was comfy, the shower was good, and they provided a very good laundry service for all our hiking gear (only 1000 AMD). Breakfast was incredible Walking into Sevan itself is along a dirt footpath, no convenient paved road to walk along

All of the family members are very wholesome and helpful, it was so fantastic to spend out last night in Armenia with them, it was the perfect end of our Armenian trip. All was great, I regret we spent there too little time.
- Cagdas (8/5): If you want a peaceful stay, it's a perfect place. - A very quiet house hotel with a very beautiful garden and balcony. From the balcony you can see Lake Sevan. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend to take your meals here. We had local fish and it was superb. They served us homemade vodka which was gorgeous. It's far from Sevan. If you don't have a vehicle, walking takes almost an hour. To arrive to the lake you need to walk about 15 minutes. We stayed for two nights. The second dinner and the second breakfast were poorer than the first ones we had. That was a little bit disappointing.

- Giacomo (10/5): Exceptional - It's a bit far from the center and it's true that no lock on doors but is 100% safe and you live a unique experience with an Armenian family. I was lucky enough to be invited for a breakfast with friends and family guests and it was wonderful and everyone tries to help you even if you knowing Russian is less than basic. The children speak some English which short the gap and it is possible that some other Russian and English speaking guests can help you with communication and needs. I absolutely recommend this experience.

- Andrea (10/5): Looking for somethng to stay with Armenian People? - We are on an world cycling trip and after a couple of days with thunders and hard rain, we felt like finding a safe place. And we found it. Feeling safe, welcomed by extremely warm hearted people, away from the touristic side, within walking distance the city Sewan and…. something you should not miss at all… the incredible tasty food, all fresh made.
