Bhavi (7/5): Overall Balanced Stay! - Property is good and well maintained, staff is also very polite and helpful in every manner. Had Bonfire as well everyday for an hour in the Garden Area. Breakfast was tasty, on time and few dishes in the Dinner were also tasty. Location is very quite and serene because is inside a remote village. Rooms could have been more well maintained and cleaned. Doors were not fully sealed due to which cool breeze was flowing and room was quite cold specially in Dec when we visited. Location of the property is a bit not in the popular areas but a bit interior in the Village. Having a car is better else getting a transport is really difficult here.

It's in a isolated place. The staff especially the receptionist and Manager were rude and horrible. It was dirty, unhygienic and filthy. The bed sheets and pillows were worn out and mouldy. Girdher (1/5): Worst Experience - I am writing this message to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the incident that happened during our stay at your resort. Yesterday, when I went to take a bath, the geyser in the room suddenly blasted and I was seriously injured. This has not only spoiled our trip but also put my life at risk. To add insult to injury, nobody from the resort took any responsibility for the incident. We waited for more than an hour for someone to come and assist us, but nobody bothered. Eventually, we had to rush to the hospital for treatment. The casual attitude of your staff towards such a serious incident is highly unacceptable. I would like to remind you that as a guest, we put our trust in your resort to provide us with a safe and comfortable stay. However, this incident has shattered that trust completely. We were expecting a better response from your management, but the way things were handled has left us highly dissatisfied

Jan (5/5): Very bad value for money - The room was not properly cleaned when we arrived. The whirlpool was not working. The reception called us about 5 times per day, including waking us up in the morning to tell us that we should come to breakfast now and calling half an hour later again with the words „Come to breakfast now“ (we did not ask for any of this). In the night (10:30pm) when we tried to sleep, they came by again, ringing the door until we opened to tell us they need another copy of our passports now. When asking for a black tea at breakfast, they simply told us that this is impossible and we should go to our room and make it ourselfs.

Singh (1/5): Bad - There was a big stain on the blanket and was smelling had to request another blanket which was bit clean but smelling also the room was way different as shown in the photos and the food was just OK not worth the price.
