AusgezeichnetesFrühstück Sauna wird auch extern vermietet. Man muss im Vorhinein sagen dass man Sauna gehen möchte. Wir wussten es nicht und konnten es daher nicht nutzen. Fenster kann man nicht öffnen. Beziehungsweise so wie in unserem Fall nicht schließen, was blöd war da um 6:00 morgens die Zulieferer kamen.

The hotel decor was modern, clean, and had a relaxing feel to it. The room was absolutely lovely. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I was not keen on the breakfast, I thought it was quite expensive, not much of a variety.

• Robert Alan (6/5): Great location for Shops and sights, poor support. - Great location in town. Check in poor and not told to look for the room number on the floor! Unusual hey!! Hotel car park took a 15 min drive and was easily missed on the one way narrow street, with the entrance on a haipin right turn. Not told about that either! Car park exit sign was non existent, so don' t be surprised if you end up in the basement floor on your first escape attempt.

I booked the Double superior deluxe room, which was a great mini-suite, had a separate 'living room' to the bedroom Bed was very comfy, shower was amazing, and good well-appointed bathroom. Breakfast was limited, especially in regards to vegetarian options. Coffee machine was not functioning properly all 3 days of my stay unfortunately. If you are not in the main building you will have no interaction with any of the reception or staff; no concierge or support service. Rooms were not soundproof at all - obviously you expect some noise staying in a city centre, but you can clearly hear all sounds from surrounding rooms. Lack of lighting in the room - only 1 small lamp in the 'living room' area, made it impossible trying to pack in the dark

Habitación impecable con todos los detalles y botella de agua incluida que es algo que siempre se agradece. La ubicación no puede ser más centrica al lado del ayuntamiento. En resumen, fantástico.

The room rate is expensive enough and it feels a bit cheap to charge us. Also, the spa’s hamman and jacuzzis were not warm enough and the dry sauna was not on. Having said that, the spa is great.

El precio solo por dormir, me parece demasiado caro. Podría estar incluido en el precio una hora de spa por lo menos. Está en pleno casco antiguo y es zona de residentes, por lo que aparcar cerca es toda una odisea..
