Urla'da başka bir otelde bu sorunla karşılaşmadık. Rüzgarın yönüyle ilgili, biz her türlü önlemi alıyoruz, başka odalarımızın çogunda bu sorun yok, şikayetinizi anında iletseydiniz odanızı degistirirdik, dendi. Belizi bu problemi çözerse, burada tekrar kalacagız.

Yardımcı, kibar, güler yüzlü personel. Gıdadan meşrubata, iletişimden sağlığa; her türlü temel ihtiyaç otel içinde karşılanabiliyor. Beklentimi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Çok memnun kaldım. They serve their own organic produce at the restaurant on property. Great management, very clean, well run - they attended to our every need. The hotel is 3 minutes from Michelin star OD Urla restaurant and 5 min from the harbor. We loved our stay.
