- Verified traveler (6/5): - Sauberkeit und Zustand der Wohnung sind definitiv ausbaufähig. Die Wanne in einem Bad ist verschimmelt. In einem Zimmer gab es einen Wasserschaden, der nicht behoben ist. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super !
- Verified traveler (2/5): Condition - The condition of the flat was not as shown on pictures. When I complained about the state of the accommodation, I was told someone would be in touch for a replacement accommodation the following morning. That didn’t happen. A real disappointment.

- MS (2/5): - We reached the property at about 10 pm and the property was handed over to someone else. Had to call the number on this booking and somehow the front desk rep helped us to get a room in the basement which was smelly and without any ventilation. Had a pathetic stay experience and would not recommend such experience for anyone else. I strongly suggest expedia's London business development rep need to close look into this and act on it ASAP.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The worst experience I had on Expedia so far :( This is not even a hotel, it’s just a bunch of dirty noisy apartments without luggage storage, without a reception and with check in starting as late as 4pm. I arrived at 2pm with two heavy pieces of luggage to store and there was nobody there to help me. When I finally managed to get into the property piggybacking somebody I faced many flights of narrow stairs with nobody to help me before reaching my room. When I called the management they were unpleasant and offensive. I demand that this property be taken off Expedia as it damages Expedia’s reputation.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Poor facilities - Ok for self catering. Poor as a room for the night. Basement flat, poor light, TV no BBC inside aerial. Bed springs very noisy, No wi-fi. No mirror. Entrance difficult to find in side road.

- ANGEL (6/5): Limpia, poco espaciosa y cercano a KingsCross - Personal poco atento. Si ocurre algo, siempre tiene la culpa el cliente. Aunque ellos se equivoquen y no tengan lista la habitación cuando llegues, incluso si se avisa que llegas tarde por cuestión del vuelo. Nos dieron la llave de una habitación que ya estaba ocupada y el susto de los que estaban durmiendo fue monumental a la 1 de la mañana. Con mi pareja y dos peques bastante cansados, finalmente nos alojaron en una habitación inventada en el jardín de un edificio del barrio. Bastante limpia pero cada noche desalojábamos unas babosas de tamaño descomunal que desconocemos por donde podrían entrar. Ni una silla para sentarse, no había espacio para más. Lo mejor, pues que para dos noches de escapada, estábamos muy cerca de Kings Cross/San Pancras y nos permitía movernos rápidamente.

- Marcus (4/5): Apartment best avoided - There is no reception at the property. You have to go to the Hotel Melville in Argyle Square to go the entry codes. Finally got into the property after about 45 minutes. The apartment itself was dire; really basic, no wifi, no tv reception, no information. It was the worst room I have stayed in in a very long time. Bathroom was ok but no soap or shampoo. Didn't use the 'kitchen facilities'. The bedroom had a bed, bedside table, dining table, 2 chairs and a television. That's it; no bedside light, no wardrobe, no drawers. I won't be stsying there again.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - I had to call the “front desk” numerous times before they answered. The gave me the code to enter the building and direction to the room over the phone. Once I got to my room I noticed it was set up for only three people. I called them back and told them the reservation was supposed to be for four people. They said that they would be down with an additional bed.
Five hours later I returned to the room and there was no additional bed. I called back and asked if they were going to bring another bed. The person I spoke with said that they were trying to get an additional bed but couldn’t because of the Christmas rush. This room was booked in November for a 27 December stay. There should not have been a rush. The person I was speaking with asked if I could have the additional person sleep in the double bed with me and my wife. I told him this was unacceptable. He said that there was another one bed flat that a person could stay in until they found a bed or he could get us two double bed flats. I said this was in acceptable. I told him that if he could not fulfill the original agreement that was purchased on Expedia then I would be looking somewhere else to stay. He told me he would refund one night since there wasn’t enough bedding but would have to speak with his manager to refund the second night. I told him the agreement was for to nights with room to sleep four and this was not what I received. Other items: kitchen had pill bugs, room was had musty smell.
- Verified traveler (8/5): good stay . - the stay was ok. no noise, central accommodation and easy access to the station. i think the wash basin in the bathroom could have done with ensuring the hair was taken out of the plug hole.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The room we were given was the basement room which wasnt in any of the pictures advertised on the booking. The room jtself was freezing cold, the TV hardly worked, the shower was warm for 30 seconds a day them freezing cold, the room above were incredibly noisy in the early hours, the bed had broken springs and was unbearably uncomfortable.
Pretty terrible all round.
Also I never received an email from the owner as to where we had to pick the keys up from I had to search online for a number, as Expedia couldn't help.

The wallet were covered in wet patches which worsened during the heavy rain.
The images on the website were not for the apartment I was given.
Would NOT have booked this property if the images were for the apartment I stayed in!
Only positive was the distance to the tube station and the check in staff were helpful.

I stayed in number 4 which was a nice little space, although annoying carrying suitcase up two flights of stairs. Great location, easy to find. Right near lots of shops and easy transport. Communication from management was quite poor. Messaged and rang many times 10 days in advance to ask for an early check in and how to check in and didn’t reply until I contacted Expedia who got them to reply! Also didn’t send the code until after I had to ring to find out when I would get the code as it was check in time

- Verified traveler (8/5): - The location of the property is great for being close to train stations. It is quiet. I contacted the company to receive entry instruction but earlier email with entry instruction will be more useful. The company was responsive when asked to provide items. They should also supply chopping board, knife and a cafetière which can really help enhancing the experience.
