- Sarah (4/5): Leider hat es uns gar nicht gefallen. Wir haben nichts gegen einfache Unterkünfte, diese ist jedoch verwahrlost und ohne - Die Nähe zum schönen Long Beach. Nicht direkt am Strand, aber zu Fuss in 3‘ zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft entsprach überhaupt nicht den Vorstellungen, die wir uns aufgrund der Fotos gemacht hatten. Alles wirkte heruntergekommen und ungepflegt. Verdorrte Pflanzen im Garten, schmuddelige Kissen im Aufenthaltsbereich und defekte Wasserhähne. Im Bad lief das Wasser nicht ab, die Mückengitter vor den Fenstern waren defekt und alles wirkte lieblos auf uns. Wir beschlossen, obwohl wir drei Nächte gebucht hatten, nach einer Nacht auszuchecken und wollten uns erkundigen, ob man uns mit dem Preis entgegen käme. Leider war jedoch weder vor Ort noch telefonisch jemand zu erreichen. Auf unsere schriftliche Nachricht nach dem Auszug hat niemand reagiert. Wir können diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.

- Daniela (8/5): - Very beautiful place. We had one room in the upper floor and one room downstairs. There was mosquitos but it was normal due to the area, our bed had mosquito net so we were ok. It was ok for two nights. The location was nice close to the beach and 8 by car from the main village. The stuff was nice and helpful We found some insects, in the upper floor a lot of bees the second night, probably from the from the cracks of the window, same with the room downstairs that we saw two cockroaches. But nothing to worry about, the general stay was good.
- Grace (7/5): Beautiful, peaceful and friendly stay in great location but lacking in quality and cleanliness we expected - A few minutes from the beach and pubs / shops, with beautiful surroundings and common area seating. Option to buy water and beer at the accommodation and also a restaurant on site (we didn’t eat though so can’t comment). There was also a small communal kitchen as well as a shower. The owner was lovely and accommodating. Unfortunately, our room didn’t come with AC only fan despite us believing we booked AC - we aren’t sure if this is a fault on our side or not clear labelling on booking.com. We had to pay 200thb for both nights to upgrade (£20). We weren’t pleased with the level of cleanliness and comfort of our room and shared kitchen, it was dirty with poor insulation meaning there were lots of flys and ants. Everything was a bit rough and ready, which might be fine for some. The window in our room also had no curtain, and there was no basic amenities such as fridge, hair dryer etc. The communal kitchen had no basic ingredients and the fridge was dirty. Overall, it was a tranquil and beautiful stay but we didn’t feel the quality of the rooms and communal areas were up to expectation of the price and listing images, especially compared to other accommodation we stayed for the same price on the island.

- Anna Ewa (10/5): - Wspaniałe miejsce do relaksu i wypoczynku. W okolicy dobrze wyposażony minimarkt. W odległości 1km jest 7/11. Jeżeli chcesz dojechać na nocny market ok 10 min drogi. Pokój mały ale zawiera wszystko co potrzebne. Złotym grałem był balkon,na którym można było się zrelaksować. Plaża czysta. Bar na plaży super. Jeżeli chodzi o jedzenie typu pad thai polecam restauracje n&n znajduje się ona 2 min pieszo od obiektu. Pani na recepcji cudowna i bardzo pomocna. Polecam- na pewno wrócę.

The room was very small for two people, there is no shelf or closet to put baggage or clothing. Also, it was pretty dark inside and the water in the shower did not get really warm. The room was a bit too expensive in my opinion.

- Adriana (7/5): - In general it is. Good place to stay, I had the Family room and it was good, just 30 sec to the beach, nice shared space at the patio. I stayed 4 nights, 5 days and they never cleaned my room or even change my towels, I had to ask the towels myself. The only hotel/hostel where I didn’t get any water, not even in the check-in day. It is not about the money but the service.

Aciliyetle ilaçlama yapılmalı. İnanılır gibi değil. Bütün bedenim acı içinde oda değiştirdik. Geçtiğimiz aile odası temizdi ve tahtakurusu yoktu neyseki.. Sahil çok yakın, restorantlar var çevrede ve uygun fiyatlı. Çocuklarla geliyorsanız kesinlikle tercih edilir. Tahtakurusu için ilaçlama yapılması şart!!!

Bellissima esperienza. Camere pulite. All’interno c’è anche un ristorante dove si mangia molto bene. Le camere avrebbero bisogno di una sistemata.

- Jack (5/5): Very budget stay - Very close to the beach, and a lot of nice bars / restaurants nearby. courtyard in the middle of the bungalows was nice It’s an incredibly budget stay, rooms get hotter than most other fan rooms I’ve been in, bathroom has lots of gaps so lots of animals in and out, have to keep the door firmly shut. Can also hear a pin drop in the bungalows, so can be really noisy depending on your neighbours. Decent for a night or 2, but know what you’re paying for.

Les bungalows sont sympas, atypiques mais sympas avec un petit balcon agréable. Le jardin est cosy avec des cahutes pour se poser . Le personnel est bien . A proximité sur la plage des restos super sympas et centre de massages un peu partout. La nuit est juste infernale 😱😱😱 2 nuits blanches pour ma part à cause des bruits d'animaux, même avec les boules quies impossible de dormir. (Sans parler du bébé a côté qui apparemment n'arrivait pas à dormir non plus) Alors oui je sais on ne peut rien y faire c'est la nature mais bon ..... Sinon l'endroit est vraiment adorable

- Viviane (5/5): - Great location - a few steps to long beach which is beautiful beach with white sand and clear water Good vibe at the place and nice places to chill in the garden on pillows (even though garden is a bit worn down and little pond didn’t have water) The Moskito net was very helpful and very big so covered everything The facilities were really run down, the bungalows feel more like camping than sleeping indoors. Doors and windows don’t close properly so you hear everything that’s going on outside and insects can come in easily. The bathroom is really not nice - the shower does not have a proper drain so everything is wet after the shower. It smells like sewer and also animals come in through the cracks. The water is either very cold or very hot :D Lastly what was really inconvenient (and no one’s fault) there was an animal in the ceiling so we could hear it crawling on top of us during the whole night. Summarising - it is a very simple, budget accommodation with a fun vibe in a beautiful location and considering the price this is fine. However, it is categorised as 2 star hotel on booking which is a stretch in my opinion so the condition was a surprise for us.

- Helena (8/5): Schöne Anlage in guter Lage - Der Garten ist schön und gemütlich. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber in Ordnung, v.a. für den Preis. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr nett und sie sprechen sehr gut Englisch. Haben uns trotz einiger „Mängel“ wohl gefühlt. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Duschkopf fiel direkt von der Wand, die Moskitonetze an den Fenstern schließen nicht mehr. Die Frösche im Garten sind nach Regen so laut, dass man kaum schlafen kann.

- Benoit (8/5): - Nice garden and commun areas, amazing location 20m from the beach. Rooms are comfortable with minor details to make it amazing. We could reserve day trip on site. We had two rooms (we extended our stay), first one was in a corner very quiet but very low pressure in shower. Second one was in the main pathway, we heard everyone passing by and also an animal in the ceiling that disturbed us all night long. Scooters they rent are very low quality for same price a brand new in nearby rental shop.

- Abby (10/5): - The bungalows were great, in incredible condition and spacious, no ac but there is a fan. The property itself is so beautiful, so tucked away, and I loved the courtyard and how there were so many places to lounge about the beautiful property. The location is great with lots of great restaurants nearby, or if you wanted to venture further, they also have bikes available for rent. Lots of mosquitoes on the property, but there’s nothing anyone can do about that, so just be prepared with bug spray, again, nobody’s fault and I had such a nice stay here.

- worldcitizen61 (10/5): My long time favourite on Ko Lanta - My long time favourite at Ko Lanta. Old style wooden bungalows with just a fan but very near to one of the most beautiful beaches are nowadays difficult to find because the majority of people seem to be unable to survive without AC, TV and fridge. There is a hot water shower, a mosquito net, stable and fast WiFi and incredibly friendly and helpful owner and staff. Rooms will be cleaned on demand, its very quiet at night but still very near the beach and lost of excellent restaurants, bars, massage places and shops. Gusthouses in Ko Lanta have become very expensive during the last years but this one is still extremely good value for money. They have now even added AC rooms but I can just recommend to stay in the wooden upstairs bungalow with a nice balcony to relax. Absolutely nothing which I did not like. Yes m there are some mosquitos, the access road can be very muddy and slippery when its raining, the room is not antiseptically clean....but it is not a five star resort either.....and you will have difficulties to find such a beautiful place anywhere on Lanta for the same price.
