Олена (5/5): Класне місцерозташування, але по стану, квартиру не вартує цих грошей. - Місце розташування чудове. Простора квартира, гарний вид з балкону. Велика ванна, є пралка. Ліфт працював. Помешкання дуже потребує оновлення, ремонту. Ліжко дуже пахне цигарками, матрац дуже мʼякий і незручний. Багато косметичних нюансів, які треба виправляти - шпалери відклеїлись, шафка погано зачиняється, посуду майже немає. Тільки два рушника, для рук, обличчя - немає! Туалетний папір - це база, його було менше, ніж пів рулону.. 10 поверх! Може комусь неважливо, але я б не хотіла жити на останньому поверсі, враховуючи військові події.. Ще один мінус - це те, що при вʼїзді у двір встановлений шлагбаум, і кожен раз, коли вам треба заїхати/виїхати, потрібно дзвонити власнику, щоб підняв шлагбаум..не дуже зручно..

Ihnatova (10/5): - Квартира отличная ,достаточно просторная,с красивым видом на город с 10 этажа🔆расположение просто супер ,рядом с центром,недалеко торговый центр "гуливер". ванная комната приятно удивила своими размерами,большая,чистая,просторная и с джакузи....что добавляет звёзд этой квартире.Было чисто,уютно ,есть всё необходимое..обязательно вернусь сюда ещё раз🫶❤️🔆 Сначала смутил небольшой размер холодильника,но как оказалось нам вполне его хватило на двоих,на неделю проживания❤️
