Etwas laute "Nachbarn" (Katzen) und leider war der Mülleimer nach ein paar Tagen voll (es wurde gebeten ihn nicht zu leeren, doch das wäre sehr unpraktisch geworden). Ansonsten war alles gut erklärt und mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet (bis auf ein Geschirrtuch oder eine Einrichtung das gespülte Geschirr trocknen zu lassen)

• Rachel (10/5): Great apartment! - Love the apartment. It was really comfortable and just 5-10 mins away from Hanazonocho station. The neighborhood was peaceful. Everything we needed was provided, just that the towels wasn’t that clean so better to wash it first. Will still go back in the future! Ps. Cat lovers gonna love it there since there’s quite a few cats around the neighborhood!
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Loved it, it's exactly as in photos. They provided things like coffee, tea, info cards and tips that just made our stay so much easier. Only thing is it's a bit far from the stations (walking distance) and also, we were a bit stuck with the pin at the gate cos instructions weren't super clear. Made it in after 15 mins nonetheless. Thank you for the excellent stay.

• Verified traveler (10/5): とても過ごしやすい - ある程度の物が揃っていてキレイなお部屋でした。小さい子がいたり、都合で遅くなったり早く出ても大丈夫なので気がラクに過ごせました！ 旅行感を味わいたい方向けではないかなぁ。近隣の治安に不安がありましたがそれが気にならなければ最高に過ごしやすいです。 また利用したいと思います。
• Verified traveler (10/5): - The check-in process was all via email and quite simple. There is no reception at this accommodation (so no ability to keep your luggage after check-out if you have a late flight, though they can accommodate leaving luggage in the entryway prior to check-in if needed). It's in a slightly less developed neighbourhood compared to other areas but still a comfortable stay and located about a 10 minute walk to a few different subway/train lines. The area is quite large compared to other places in Japan and the couch can serve as a bed too!
• Verified traveler (10/5): 應有盡有的寬敞房間 - 房間空間寬敞，出乎意料的舒適。雖然離附近的地鐡站和火車站走路有一段距離，但還算可接受，8-10分鐘可以抵達車站。公寓的服務人員很親切，入住前的check-in instruction也寫得很詳細，入住手續一下子就辦好了，房間內還附有茶包和咖啡，喝完的話，隔天housekeeper打掃時可以再要，他們都很親切，房間有廚房、廚具、調味料，也有洗衣機還有Ariel的洗衣精，真是太方便了！。公寓附近的環境很清幽，入住時期也有遇到其他台灣人，看來這間很受台灣人青睞，我和家人也非常喜歡這裡，下次絕對要再入住！

• Verified traveler (8/5): 是省錢品質又好的選擇 - 民宿內部跟照片一樣很溫馨，小缺點是沒有抹布可以擦廚房，生活用品廚具洗衣什麼的都很足夠用了。民宿大門在巷子裡 而周遭都是住宅 燈光略昏暗，不建議一人住這裡，晚歸略顯危險。離車站有點距離 ，步行離車站約有十五至二十分鐘，去搭車還好，但玩一整天提一堆東西回民宿會很累，要有心理準備，但整體而言CP值很高很推薦！

• Susie (6/5): Pros and cons of the FDS Bijoi Suites - Our overall stay at the FDS suite was comfortable and good. Upon arrival, checking in was very easy and the suite was clean and the noise level in the surrounding suites was minimal. The room is quite spacious for two people and one huge perk is that the toilet was in a separate room from the tub. Also super super highspeed wifi which was a big help!!! Loved the wifi!!! Another perk is that the suite is only 10-15 minute walking distance from a few major stations. Plenty of local eats and local places to explore. Although the suite itself was a great experience, one concern we wanted to highlight was that the location of suite. About a 15 minute walk to the nearest two stations, we encountered a heavily homeless encampment and population living close. They did not seem to be too much of a disturbance however if you decide to stay in this area, be cautious. Other than that, traveling during the day time through some of these areas is fine and relatively safe.

• Kristie-lee (8/5): - As a family of 4 (2 little kids under 5) this place was convenient for us. It was close to train stations and family marts/Lawson’s. One suggestion is maybe some more pillows or firmer ones. Thanks for having us.

• Verified traveler (10/5): recommend! - bit of distance from the train station but not too far. didnt have to transfer from the airport which was nice. has two stations nearby so that was also convenient. but i think the walk would have been quite difficult if it was summer time. no elevator. we forgot to put the keys back in the mailbox when we checked out so had to send it back via post but the reps were super tentative and helpful. very quiet around the building. clean and good size for two people :)
• Elizabeth (10/5): - My friends & I we had an excellent experience staying over this beautiful place where we had all the complete facilities. Altho walking distance to the metro station is around 7-8 mins but definitely worth to stay for maximum of 3 persons.
• ralph (10/5): 可以入住，硬件很好，软件个人感受 - 入住有麻烦，但幸好解决了，硬件五星級，环境，配置都是應有盡有。软件先天不足，离最近的交通都不小于十分钟，旁边的馬路是单向的，就是坐的士也可能要兜大圈才能回來，连的士司机很多都被考起！
• Yuan (10/5): - 房間空間比起同價位飯店大很多，廁所跟浴室是分開的，有廚房可以自己料理，也有洗衣機，浴室的抽風有乾燥功能，洗完衣服晾在裡面二到三小時就乾了，下次一定還會來住!!

• Wing Sun (10/5): 全自助的酒店 - 全自助的酒店，鎖匙會預早放在信箱用密碼打開，使用後需放回原處。必須在可以上網的地方找到電郵內的密碼，才可以到酒店，否則會有麻煩。距離天下茶屋站、花園町站都在步行距離內。屋內設施非常齊備，像全新的一樣。
• Lai (8/5): 舒適的房間，但離車站較遠 - 房間新淨舒適，空間大，夏天炎熱天氣下冷氣有點不足。距離車站大約8至9分鐘路程，沿路少遮陰地方，天氣太熱下走路會感到有點煩躁。
• MEI JU (10/5): Cp值很高的飯店 - 雖然離地鐵站遠，但房間真的很優，價錢非常合理。 空間大，開3個29吋行李箱都沒問題。

• jack (10/5): 너무 괜찮은 숙소!! - 첫 일본여행이라 정보도 없었기 때문에 난바역과 적당히 가깝고 공항철도역과 가깝고, 다른 숙소들과 비교하여 값도 매우 싼편이라 선택을 했었다. 그런데 여기가 니시나리구 지역이라 한국 여행객들 사이에서 절대가지 말라는 지역이라고 했는데, 이건 너무 오버인것 같았다. 특히 이 숙소의 위치는 텐가차야역에서 간다면 큰길로 쭉 가면 되어서 전혀 위험하지 않았고, 그리고 주변이 주택가여서 밤 8시만 되어도 사람이 다니지않고 조용해서 무섭다고 느낄 순 있지만 위험하지 않았다. 너무 걱정하지 않아도 된다. 그리고 무엇보다 숙소가 너무 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어있었다. 호스트가 세심하게 신경쓴 것같은 물품이 많이 있다. 이 숙소를 추천한다!!
• Lee (8/5): - It takes few minutes walk to subway. However, not many big Dept. stores and restaurants nearby. It is a good place to relax.
• Verified traveler (4/5): So far from anywhere - The title says it all. It’s a nice room, but you have to take a couple trains and a walk to get there. For directions, you are provided a pictograph. I missed a key turn, because it was already dark and I missed a visual clue. Also, the directions for opening the box to get the key were wrong.
• Nob (10/5): Clean room located in a convenient area - The room was clean and spacious. No desk so not ideal for business trip working on PC in the room. It's located in a quiet residential area. There are a few train stations available and Yotsubashi Line is always not so crowded and connected to Namba and Umeda.
