• LEE (1/5): Consider one more time before you pay - 가격이 저렴하다 가격이 저렴한건 팩트인데 솔직히 1만원 혹은 5천원 더주고 좀더 나은곳을 찾아가세요. 5층인점, 엘리베이터가 없는점, 리셉션이 제대로 갖추어지지 않은점등 아쉬운점들은 있지만 가성비만 생각했을땐 충분히 이해할 수 있는 정도 입니다. 그러나 위생과 청결은 다른 문제 입니다. 최소한의 빨래된 수건만 있고 침대는 누워있고 싶지도 않을 만큼 더러웠습니다. 청결도만 놓고 평가하자면 평생에 이런 게스트하우스는 본적을 정도로 더럽습니다. 가성비보단 최소한의 위생 컨디션을 생각하시기 바랍니다.

• Jan (4/5): - Persönliche Meinung: Es ist eine Wohnung mit drei Zimmern mit je 4 Betten. Sauberkeit: Der Host macht das nötigste, die Küche würde schon länger nicht mehr geputzt, ich fand sogar eine zerknüllte 7/11 Rechnung vom Dezember 2025 - historisch!!! 😝 Die Zimmern sind sauber, das Bad so halbwegs. Für Südkorea ist die Unterkunft schmutzig, im Vergleich zu Ländern in Südasien jedoch nicht so schlimm. Als Notlösung, vorallem am Wochenende wenn alles ausgebucht ist, ist die Unterkunft ok. Für die Backpacker würd ich jedoch ein anderes Hostel empfehlen.

• Haejin (1/5): 旅行者はやめた方がいい - 安かった。 荷物が重くてかなり困ったけど、連絡したらスタッフが手伝ってくれた おそらく長期滞在者がおおい。 トイレ浴室の汚さ、臭さ、リビングの汚さなど旅行者向けでは無いと思う。かなりショック。 5階建ての5階にあって、エレベーターないのも予約前では分からなかったので、わかりやすいところに書いた方がいいと思う。 一人日本人で独り言喋り続ける人は朝早くからうるさくずっと動くけど、何もルールがなく、言う人(管理者)もなかった。

• rhellis (8/5): Good for the price - Its only about a 10 minute walk to the main shopping district in Hongdae. Its also close to the subway and bus stops as well. Overall it was comfortable and fine for the price. Unfortunately its on the 5th floor with no elevator. Its a bit inconvenient in that sense. Response time from staff is a little slow as well. It made the self check in a little difficult.

• Mare (8/5): Easy to check in and check out. - It is quite free to go. Bed sitting guesthouse with Rooms and kitchen&shower room to share.. it’s in the middle of Hongdae and Sinchon. A nice place to stay. Sometimes a little more cleaning is needed in the kitchen.
• Milena Scibetta (6/5): - the location was very good, close to central subway line and to Hongdae red road, easy check in the bathrooms were really dirty and had a bad smell to them, the beds had no curtains so it was sometimes a bit annoying to sleep when the roommates switch the light on during the night or things like that

• Shaun (2/5): - This property should not be , in my opinion, on this site . This feels like someone’s apartment that rents out rooms . It’s super messy , disorganized. I arrived early and a guy sleeping on the sofa told me to come back at 3pm. He said I would have bed 3 . When I can back at 4pm , I went to bed 3 but that was in use , a random guy told me to use bed 4 but that bed was not made up . I was so turned off I just left even though I had pre paid .

• Burak (4/5): Stay somewhere else - This is not a guesthouse,also not lux as it's named.it's an apartment, in each room there are bunk beds with 2 bathrooms.But everywhere is so dirty that you are even hesitating to touch.i don't know how there is no cleaning done at all,place needs serious maintenance and cleaning.only positive thing is location,a place to sleep and shower.if you can pay more,go somewhere else

• Naoki (3/5): Exhausted - There are no checking in our out system, multi language available. You can come in or out any time. You don't want to any Clean Bed Sheet in this guest house. All of Bed are little bit dirty, and smells like dog's...! I beg them to Change the bed sheet until next night, but they don't 😞
• Sorriaux (5/5): For the money you pay and for the location it okay, but be sure to keep the number of reservation in a case of a mess up - The place is really well located, close to Sincheon station and Hongdae and really cheap The owners were not professional. The second night I arrived at midnight and there were another traveler in my bed. The owner had booked the same bed to me and her, so there was quite a mess-up. However, he find a solution quite quickly, even if I fell like he gave me a bed that was supposed to be rented by another person.
• viridiana (2/5): - The worst experience ever, on picture it looked an ok gueat house and for the price we didn't expect a 5 start property but as soon as you arrive to the place you can see that everything is dirty. Going inside the property and crossing accrooss the hallway and the kitchen there was a piece of wood and newspapers on what i assume was a fixer from the broken floor. The kitchen was full of dishes and when you go to your room it was definitely the okay part but the blanket small like hasn't been washed in a while. The only good point was the quick communication but it didn't matter because the property was definitely not well taken care of. We went after an hour out and found a better place.

Only 5 Minutes walk from subway. The hospitality. I feel the staff was not as friendly as some other places I stayed before. Not much communication. I asked for help and I know I could have taken more initiative to do some research myself about sightseeing and surrounding area. I just wish the staff shows more hospitality. Maybe also due to language barrier

• Hugo (9/5): Lovely place for a stay, with all the facilities you need - Accommodating host and a clean and comfortable place to stay. Guesthouse is very small (basically a converted flat), but nicely done. Good kitchen facilities. The stairs would be annoying if you came back and forth to the hostel a lot.

• Sasha (7/5): Good - Location. Well equipped facility. Good conditioning. My wife and I both have allergies to dust . The air in the room felt very dusty. Maybe because of old matters. We slept on a double bunk bed .Bottom Matters gave me back pain, and allergy was worse 🤧 sleeping at the bottom. The top bed was quite alright. Our room was connected to the washing machine room so to get there the owner had to pass through our room which was very uncomfortable. He did use the window to get there instead a few times, so we appreciate that at least.

• Vitalii (1/5): this is not Lux at all - Location The electronic lock of the main entrance door is unstable. Sometimes the door opens, sometimes it doesn't. I and other clients waited 20-30 minutes for the manager to open the door for us. The next day there was the same problem. If you encounter this problem at night, you will most likely have to sleep outside. The manager does not understand why this is happening and says that the lock was recently changed and that it should work :) It is very unclean here and the main mess is created by the manager himself, he does not clean up after himself - he can easily leave the table in the kitchen splattered with food. I rated this hostel one point because of such a useless manager. This is definitely the worst guest house I've ever experienced in my life. If you want to try fake lux, you are welcome :)

• Van (7/5): Great for a short stay! - Great location!! Super close to Hongdae, and lots of cute coffee places around. Probably one of the most comfortable beds I sept on. Living room was good to have and the little kitchen had all you need. Not enough showers/toilets for the amount of people, considering the toilet is in the shower. Lacks a bit of character. Bit expensive for what you get, compared to other places. Bed are pretty close together, so people snor in your ear haha.

It was a perfect stay for just one day The guesthouse is situated on the 5th floor, so I had to carry my luggage upstairs. It was quite a hassle. Apart from that, everything was cool

• Julia (4/5): You kinda get what you pay for - Cheap place and not too far from Hongdae street. Cold water fountain was provided. Umbrellas to borrow were provided. Small towels to borrow were provided. Bed linens were provided. Air-condition in the room. Possibility to cook. Power outlets by the beds. There were no instructions at the beginning of our stay, for info about towels, umbrellas, toilets, showers etc. 5 stairs without elevator. The bathrooms were a bit filthy (bring shower shoes), especially the toilet brushes. Only 2 bathrooms for I think 10+ people. It's not very social, don't go here if you want to meet other travellers. Beds are hard, and it's very dirty under the bed and on the side of the mattress.
• Skabe (5/5): Not cheap nor great - A cheap place to stay when visiting Hongdae. They have a freeflow of fresh towels and a water dispenser. This is an appartment. There was a lot of clutter everywhere, barely enough space to keep my stuff. A lot of unwashed dishes in the sink which was already smelling rancid when I came in. The appartment definitely need a good clean. I also didn't meet the host so it was challenging to settle in. Recommend the host to be more hands-on with the property.

Hot water, bathroom towels, lockers in room. 5th floor without elevator: when you're late to train, luggage become a heavy problem. No possibility to dry clothes. Washing machine and drying ropes are on the balcony, a passage through one of the rooms. and if someone live in it, you can not pass and do not use it in any way.
• Robert (5/5): Unclean but comfortable. - The room was Ok but it was a bit unclean under the bed. Oh, I better not talk about it. It was on the 5th floor and there was no lift, so we have to climb the stairs with the luggage. Although location was excellent, they could have put more effort to clean the bathrooms and the kitchen. Especially the bathrooms were very messy.

The staff was nice and the host responden fast to messages. it’s in a fifth floor, no elevator, so if you have luggage you’ll almost die carrying it upstairs. The apartment is extremely dirty, the living room was dusty and with dirty cups and empty beers. The rooms were ok but the bathroom was disgusting, that bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in ages and it has been used by really dirty guests with no respect of common areas. The kitchen sink was filled with dirty dishes and the stove hasn’t been scrubbed in forever. One big problem is that the guests are too young and with no good cleaning habits: trash everywhere, hair in the drain, the toilet looks horrible, the entrance is full of too many shoes you can even walk in, the trash is coming out of the bins, and i can go on and on.
• Julia (1/5): Bad - This has been the worst stay even in a Hostel. The Hostel should advice guests more clear about Hostel rules and that they can't behave like in a private room. People were coming home at 11pm, turning light on in the dorm, waking me up because i was already sleeping and after telling them again and again, they were still loud and turned the light on again and kept me awake until 1am. I have never ever seen such a disrespectful behavior in a hostel. The hostel should care more about their own rules and tell people how to behave in a hostel and that they should not disturb others.
• Hailey (7/5): Perfect for a couple of nights. Great location. Dirty bathroom. - The bed was comfortable, and the location was great. Everyone there was very nice. There are also big lockers to store your stuff! The bathroom and kitchen were very dirty. I did not want to shower in there. And we got no information when checking in and had to figure everything out on our own and from asking other guests. You have to climb several flights of stairs, which could be difficult if you have a lot of luggage.
