- Culture15605221140 (10/5): Awesome Hotel, great for families with kids - We had a wonderful stay at Atlantis Sanya. The room was great—spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Service was consistently good and attentive. The amenities are excellent: the aquarium, water park, and shows were especially impressive, and there were plenty of activities for both adults and children. Food quality was very good with lots of options. The location is also a big plus, with nice surroundings and attractions nearby. Overall, a fantastic hotel experience.

Finding food can be challenging as most restuarants here are fully booked unless you wanna travel out a bit for food. Luxury theme park hotel suitable for family with kids. Our package comes with breakfast, hi tea and light dinner. Service provided by Ms Farhana is excellent. But for a five star hotel I was expecting the room to be fully automated still it's very traditional settings. There's room for improvement.
- karimjont2025 (10/5): Must see hotel - Location: nice and clean with fresh air neighborhood. Too bad that beach has constant waves and noone can swim there. I wish, with such a great hotel there was also a swimmable beach, so I did not have to split my family vacation into two separate areas of the city! Packing unpacking transfer and check ins take quite a time and uncomfortable. Thanks to a consultant ( butler) Shahzod made our check in process and introduction of hotel Atlantis Sanya very easy, and always stayed in contact for more assistance. Language barrier of local also takes extra time to understand each other. Shahzod spoke in english, russian and uzbek languages. The atmosphere was Great, my family and I as expected had a very pleasant experience. One aquarium itself already score a highest 10/10 for family vacations. However, beach problem has to be solved , so far 0/10 for the beach! Rooms are big nice and clean , spacious. I wish I could stay in such room a little longer if beach access was also included! There was a CDF DUTY FREE mall very close to hotel, you can even see it from your balcony! Hotel could organize a golf cart to such a close location, but they make you hire a taxi. Mall itself is very expensive for shopping, and no wonder why such a beautiful architecture does not have people shopping there. It was waste of time, better to have a normal mall with normal prices.
- sgjones24 (8/5): Impeccable service, hotel layout could use some tweaks. - Excellent 3-night stay at Atlantis Sanya for our son’s birthday. Octonauts themed room was perfect for a family of 4. Best part of the stay was the staff, especially our butler Elena Hu, who accommodated our every request, from a delicious cake for our son to dinner and Beluga encounter reservations. Only complaint (and reason for 4 rather than 5 star review) is the layout/facilities of the hotel. Many of the hotel pools were closed off as guests were funneled to a relatively small and therefore crowded pool area. Closures appeared to be so that multiple lifeguards could watch a few open sections of the pool. Good to have lifeguards, but recommend having areas with lifeguards and swim at your own risk areas rather than adhoc gating off of multiple pool areas. Reclining pool chair backs were also locked in place (with padlocks)!? Lastly, nowhere to sit on the beach or even just looking at the beach and no beach bar meant the hotel wasn’t taking advantage of its best asset.

The hotel exceeded all expectations! - My family and I have just returned from a trip to China and we are still incredibly impressed with this hotel! It was simply magical. What we especially liked: World-class entertainment: The real highlight of the hotel was, without a doubt, the water park and the aquarium. The children (and us adults too!) were completely thrilled. The slides are exciting, and the underwater world of the aquarium is amazing in its scale and beauty. You could spend the whole day there and not even notice the time pass! Perfect service and comfort: Everything in the hotel is thought out to the last detail. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have a beautiful view. The staff are very friendly and attentive. I have to say we were disappointed by the fact so many of the swimming pools were closed and there was a lot of building work going on. Having the pools closed meant they were super busy and was hard to get a sunbed. We were on a half board package. Pre warning the food choices don’t change..the food was lovely but repetitive. The restaurant was REALLY busy and we were often sat in the far end corner which was really loud. It’s not quite the Dubai Atlantis but we still had fun!

It’s conveniently located near to the Aquaventure park and aquarium, staffs are all friendly and professional. - viktorr958 (10/5): All-in-one destination - We had the best experience staying at Atlantis Sanya. Our room was very spacious with panoramic views over the waterpark and the ocean. Waking up to that view was a highlight in itself. We loved that the waterpark and aquarium were included. The rides were so much fun, and the aquarium had some incredible species that were fascinating to see. Dining was another standout. Breakfast was offered in two restaurants with so many choices, making mornings a treat. We also had the chance to enjoy Ossiano, the underwater restaurant where you can dine with incredible marine views. The beach was just a short walk away, and the fitness studio was top-notch, with everything you need for a proper workout. Every member of resort staff was kind and helpful, but a special thank you goes to Farhana, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, even surprising us with thoughtful touches and gifts. She made our experience feel so personal. We’ll definitely come back!
- 303irinay (10/5): A must-visit family experience full of memories - I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel – it’s an incredible experience! If you have children, it’s a must-visit place. The aquapark opens a bit earlier for hotel guests, so in the morning you can enjoy the rides without queues. Breakfast is available in two restaurants, offering every cuisine you can imagine – Asian, Chinese, European – we honestly struggled to choose because everything looked so good. The concierge service was also excellent, solving any issues in the blink of an eye. For dinner, there’s a wide variety of restaurants, but they are dramatically expensive, even compared to living in one of the most expensive cities in the world. If your room includes the Imperial Club, it’s well worth it – the snacks there are very good. The aquarium is amazing, though personally I wish the dolphins and belugas were not kept in captivity. The theatre show is beautifully done, with talented actors and impressive modern technology. To sum up: I strongly recommend this hotel. - E4451JOfrancisl (8/5): Atlantis Hotel raises the cities adventures and hospitablity to modern heights. - From September 2nd to 4th, my wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Atlastic hotel, an inital delay in getting to our room, was the only issue we had, otherwise, a very comfortable, hospitable and positive experience. The rooms were comfortable, the C Theatre evening show, was a Chinese view on the fall of Atlantis, more in the eyes of a chold and a romantic take to it, The in house aquarium, was tranquil, pleasant and relaxing, with some chances to touch star fish. Local opportunities including scuba diving were open, but the in house family pool, was very goo,d with warm, cealn and calming waters, close to the beach and a few minutes walk from the main hotel entrances. The rooms were relaxing, clean and came with both bath an shower, as well as dual washing sink provisions, as well as plenty of amenities, both for adults and children a alike. Soft, comfortable footwaear was also provided with dressing gowns for both adult and children. The in house water park, pay for within the hotel ticket, was a must do, witha daring Leap of Faith and AquaXpress slides, that for those fearful of heights, could easily participate, as the speed and experience was fast and exhilirating. Checking out was simple by1:30, but waiting around was not an issue, as they maintained face recognition for many of their experiences until 3pm, allowing for visits to the water park and or the aquarium open. The hospitality of the staff and the food was outstanding, with plenty of choices open, not all western, but still, a variety of both normal, up to michelin style meals were available, with cocktails, drinks gallore and options for mealsin the morning from 7-11, tea time 2-4 and main evening meals from 7-9, allowing you a choice and chance of either dining in, or going out, but still being open to options available. OVerall experience was good and recommended to anyone wanting a few days to be a little relaxed, but at the same time, have some fun to boot.

The room is spacious and the view is open. The kids thoroughly enjoy the aquarium and waterpark. We are especially grateful for the butler Ms Farhana, who is always helpful and proactive. The water park is a must-visit—so much fun, and the staff there were also great, keeping everything organized and safe. - scyw (10/5): Amazing family trip at the Atlantis Sanya - We are a family of 4 (9 & 5 year-old boys) + their grandmother and booked Atlantis Sanya through hotel email. We wanted to stay at the Atlantis Sanya since earlier in the year we visited the Atlantis the Palm, Dubai and had a blast there. Communication was efficient and courteous. We stayed at the Octonauts Ocean View Ambassador Suite for 4D3N, and were provided the Imperial Club Lounge access + free breakfast buffet at the Saffron, both of which were amazing. We also had unlimited access to Aquaventure and the Lost Chambers Aquarium, which were great choices for our energetic boys. We had breakfast every morning at the Saffron, and had afternoon tea + evening snacks at the lounge quite often. We also had lunch at the Bread Street Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay (mall), dinner at Crab Kitchen (mall) and dinner/drinks at the Tiki Bar and Lounge (mall), all of which were great. Our kids also joined the Dolphin Cay back stage event for 1 hour and had lots of fun. Our butler, Elena Hu, was also amazing and hospitable, making our stay a memorable one. Overall, we highly recommend the Atlantis Sanya for those with young kids and want to experience a world-class waterpark experience in China.

We booked an ocean view room through the hotel’s website, which came with breakfast for our family of four, and the experience was top-notch. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a great view of the ocean. Housekeeping was efficient, getting our room spotless by the time we were done with breakfast. They even noticed we were a family of four and left extra bottled water and amenities, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were polite and professional across the board. Our butler, Algystaana, made things extra smooth by greeting us at check-in and staying in touch via WeChat. She was quick to answer any questions we had about the resort’s facilities, always with a friendly vibe. Breakfast was a highlight – the buffet had a huge variety, and even when it was busy, the team kept things running smoothly. The fact that our room rate included access to the water park and aquarium was a nice bonus. The water park was a hit with the family – clean, well-maintained, and with activities for all ages. Atlantis is definitely the most memorable part of this trip, to the point that my wife said that we should’ve stayed here the entire China trip. The water park is fantastic, breakfast/dinner buffet are of great variety, fridges/fruits always stocked. Our hostess Alina made this experience even better- there was a romantic setup in the room when we got here, and she also gifted us a cute plushie. She’s super helpful and answered all our questions/helped with our requests. Would recommend this place 10/10

The water slides were a huge hit, and the beach access was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The rooms were amazing and one of there cleanest I stayed in China. Shoutout to Elena Hu she was a tremendous help during my stay and very knowledgable about the property and about Sanya in general. My only problem was not as much Western Food options for those who don't eat beef. But, ordering from 外卖 was an easy fix, though it wasn't many options. Overall a great getaway!

- Cheongsu (2/5): - 워터파크와 수족관이용하려고 기존다른호텔보다 훨씬비싼돈내고이용했는데 도착해보니 워터파크 수족관은 추가요금을내라고했어요 너무어의가없었는데 호텔스닷컴은 객실만 판거라 책임져줄수없다는입장이여서12만원가량의추가금을내고워터파크.수족관이용 워팍은키122이상안되면 이용안되서 애는못타고 수족관은작아서 그돈내고보기아깝습니다 너무화가나서 소보원고발하려다 싸우기입아파서 그냥돈버렸다생각합니다 예약전에 워팍.아쿠아리움 포함인지 꼭알아보세요 아고다는 따로옵션추가가있는데 호텔스닷컴은 정보가 전혀없었어요 객실전반적으로 나쁘지않은데 돈값못해요 불친절하고 7성급 이름아깝습니다 작년 갔던ㅈ하이탕베이 쉐라톤이 훨씬 가성비 최최고입니다 다른 가성비좋은호텔 하이난에많으니 그리로가시길바랍니다 첫날도착한 화장대에 먼지와곰팡이썩여있는사진입니다 곰팡이상태보아하니 시간이꽤되도록청소를안한거같네요
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Big and nice hotel pools. Next to aquaventure water park. My kids had lots of fun at the water park. Great room service although slightly expensive. Movies on demand, free at the hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and did not leave the hotel complex.

- Youngkee (6/5): 아틀란티스 위생상태 실망 - 7성급 호텔이라고 해서 기대하고 갔는데, 청결상태나 서비스는 5성급 이하라고 생각됩니다. 방 바닥이나 러그에 먼지, 램프 위 뚜껑에 먼지가 그대로 쌓여잇더라구요..돌 안된 아가랑 같이 갓는데 위생이 별로라 실망했습니다.
