- Juozas (3/5): Do not recommend - Staff friendly The hotel room was very dirty when we arrived. The floors were filthy, and the bed sheets were dirty as well. We asked for the room to be cleaned again, and after we complained, they did clean it. We had specifically requested a non-smoking room, but the bathroom smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the room were very disappointing

AC rails are dirty, bath room seal are black spot look nasty. when we check in the bed sheet were dirty, many hair from previous guests.

- Hazirah (5/5): Passable - I extremely love all the staff, they were really accommodating and helpful, i was already late for my flight and they helped us find a taxi on a short notice and gave the best advise, 5 stars on the staffs, all staff. I wish i had more cash to tip everyone but in serious note, i see potential for this hotel to be 4 stars however the hygiene for the hotel is really bad. My sheets and colleague had blood stains and the toilet smells when we first enter, the floor was full of dust but i did ask the manager to help figure out on what could be better but even though the staff cleaned and changed our sheets, there were still blood stains so they need to change the laundry they send to, also they really need to deep clean their rooms and toilet because there were molds and leakage in the toilet which was very unpleasant. Even their kettle wasnt clean. I was not comfortable staying because a 3 star hotel should atleast be comfortable and cozy to stay in. Nevertheless, all of the staff made my stay pleasant.

I requested a hairdryer, bath mat, and iron until i checked out it wasn’t delivered. I requested 2 times. 4. There’s no frige 5. The food was bad. The milk on the cereal stand tasted like water. 6. The water from the shower and toilet stinks. 7. You cannot borrow any utensils, bowls, or plates after the restaurant closed.

I'm pretty disappointed by the room condition. It was dirty especially the toilet,, dust everywhere, the wall is moldy, pillowcase was torn and AC doesn't work properly so the room was super hot.

- Simon (1/5): The description and photos on Booking must not be believed! - Absolutely nothing! This is a typical example of a hotel run by an owner who takes whatever money he can from it and NEVER reinvests in the upkeep or the staff. I estimate it was built around 1974 and it hasn't been maintained since it was built. The fixtures and fittings were tired and decades of grime were apparent everywhere. Furthermore, I was told the owner rarely visits, does not respond to direct contact (I tried) and leaves his under skilled staff to deal with the complaints, which they cannot as they don't hold the purse strings. Wasted breath trying.

The train station is 5 minutes away (by car). Many food stalls by the roadside to choose from. Spacious family room. Friendly staffs. - Carl (4/5): Very cheap hotel, maybe good for one night but not more. - The price was good but that’s all The breakfast was awful. There was toast, expired butter, slime-like jam, „fresh milk“ which was really just water with milk powder. And then they had 3 big pots with plain rice, one with old tasting fried chicken and one pot with some lettuce soup. That was it. The bathroom wasn’t clean at all. The „high speed WiFi“ disconnected by itself all the time and we had to wait until we could connect again. The bedsheets had holes in it and were unclean. There was supposed to be a spa area but there just wasn’t. The gym was a really small room with two broken weight machines and a treadmill, nothing more.

Need to clean with the right chemical / cleanser. Road from maingate to lobby is lousy, not properly tarred. Small stones everywhere. Smoky despite sign that says No Smoking on this floor.

- StalloneT (8/5): Good Stay and Location - Rivoli Hotel is situated strategically on Kramat Raya main street in front of TransJakarta bus stop Pal Putih, so convenient and really close. The room itself is quite big for this hotel standard, amenities are well equipped too. Room facilities are good too such as cable tv, bathroom (no bathtub), comfy bed, and wi-fi (it's fast but sometimes you have to reconnect again and again after several minutes and it's kinda annoying), air conditioner is quite cool. We cam checking in at 7 pm and the lobby is dark, the sofa area near the elevator and in front of the restroom where people can sit down and wait is darker tho... But overall we slept well and had a good stay here.

We reserved room for our client since we are appointed company for handle the one of BUMN ( Government Company) to reserve and arrange their accommodation, we already sent payment , but we since we are a company and not use personal bank transfer , we used company bank account, we have to use procedure and waiting for bank payment statement from our accounting. And they used different bank. While we waiting for the process, one of their staff call my staff and said that " WE DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR COMPANY, We will ASK PAYMENT from your guest" ... Please you have to respect other , especially your guest since we also agree to pay more expensive than OTA or other booking engine. And in the end, the payment success, no problems at all for the payment. Please learn the attitude of Business, not only You RUN the business.
- edrickpp (8/5): A delightful stay - Rivoli Hotel is quite a new hotel in this area with a cinema theme since the area was used as a movie theater in the past. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also good and tasty enough. Too bad the gym only had 2 equipments. It would be great if the hotel provide more gym equipments and weights. But overall, it was a good stay with a very reasonable price.

Compared with budget hotels, this hotel offers: - spacious room - toilettries - various breakfast buffet - straregic location In front of hotel, there is bus shelter 10 minutes walks to reach Atrium mall and Senen 8-10 minutes to Senen station by taxi 15 minutes to Gambir station Ordered oxtail soup for my lunch with a moderate price on its restaurant; the staffs were friendly. I didn't have any issues about hot water. It ran well. Aircon worked well, too. The management needs to improve on cleaning aspect, fe. - some water mess on elevator floor - restaurant floor and table Not sure whether it was lack of cleaning staff.

This hotel recommended by my colleague since the nearest distance from my business destination. The building is a new, the aisle between rooms are spacious and bright, the window's room is very wide (and I like the wide window's room), not to mentioned its strategic location at the center of the city. Only take few minutes for check-in and check-out process. But they have a deposit policy for key room (That’s ridiculous). I have to admit that for some aspects they really need to improve: • Staff courtesy: greetings and smiling to customers is necessary as a very important courtesy value. Please do not chew anything in your mouth when you replied a customer question (it happened to one of the hotel staff when I had a dinner in their restaurant). • Room cleanliness: I found some dirty spots and some wrinkles on cover bed as if was not replaced to a new one. • Shower water: on the bath time in the morning or evening, the water stop flowing. Hmm.. very annoying. For me, that’s the first time and the last time stay in that hotel, will find another much better hotel for staying.
