• Eleonora (9/5): A home in Vietnam! - The reception was lovely: personal and with a welcome drink. The area of the homestay is cosy and hospitable. The owner, ms. Hien and her staff are very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were spacious and had a private little garden with bath and ventilator! It was next to the small but refreshing pool. Breakfast and the fresh made eggs were great!! the chef was so kind. The only thing that I did not like, but got used to real quickly was the amount of time it took to get to old Hoi An. The free bicycles also need some TLC.

Le cadre est calme, à deux pas de magnifiques rizières. Les chambres offrent tout le confort et l’espace nécessaires, avec une décoration soignée et de bon goût. La piscine est très agréable et le personnel particulièrement aidant. Une excellente adresse pour découvrir Hoi An et sa région !
• Gaia Antea (9/5): - Ho apprezzato molto la disponibilità del personale per ogni nostra esigenza: ci hanno permesso di fare il check-in in serata molto tardi, ci hanno prontamente aperto il cancello alle 5 di mattina per permetterci di andare a godere dell'alba in paese, abbiamo potuto lasciare lì i bagagli il giorno della nostra partenza ed, in ultimo non per importanza, ci hanno aiutato e si sono molto preoccupati perché una notte sono stata parecchio male per via di un'infezione batterica per cui sono finita in ospedale! Mi hanno anche fatto un regalo per consolarmi! Veramente delle splendide persone! La camera bellissima con terrazzino annesso molto rilassante, la struttura anche, la colazione ottima, la piscina utilissima e la pulizia impeccabile! Ottimo anche il rifornimento del minibar e del cibo 😊 Assolutamente l'unico neo negativo il povero uccellino legato fuori che ci ha davvero intristito.

She went above and beyond for every request we had. The only negative was the staff would access our room when we weren't there. I know they possibly thought they were helping, but it just left an uncomfortable feeling.

Nicely furnished and clean, offering daily room service and tasty breakfast if ordered, a cosy pool area and pretty quiet atmosphere as there are only a few rooms for booking. The territory is well looked after and has a very calming vibe. For me, it was a perfect location to have rest and focus on my remote jobs, starting the day with a nice swim + personally prepared breakfast and ending it in a really comfy big-size bed. Spent ~5 days there but would have loved to stay longer! Several nice places for eating out just across the street, also mini food stores, massage places and rice fields. The place offers bikes free of charge and are real sweethearts to help with any question! Our best recommendations!

• Konstantin (1/5): I can’t recommend - At first, the apartments seemed like great value for money. They are located not far from our favorite restaurant, which was very convenient. The apartment was very spacious — around 60 square meters — with pleasant colors and nice interior finishes. There is also a swimming pool, which was lovely for cooling off. Overall, everything looked wonderful at first glance. There is one huge issue with Apartment 101 that the hosts are aware of, yet they continue to rent it out. Right next to the garden, behind the neighboring fence, there is a chicken coop/pigsty. The smell coming from there is absolutely unbearable, it’s impossible to describe in words. Because of this, we couldn’t open the windows, and enjoying the bathtub while smelling manure was simply not an option. At the same time, we couldn’t keep the windows tightly closed all the time either, as the room would quickly start smelling damp and musty due to humidity. The bathroom curtains already showed signs of mold. The apartment is also quite dark because of the high fence outside. The hosts apologized, but an apology does not solve the problem. Guests should not have to deal with such conditions. This is something that needs to be resolved with the neighbors before continuing to rent out the property. There were also several smaller but unpleasant details. Drinking water was provided in a filtered jug, but bottled water was charged extra. Paying by card incurs an additional percentage fee, which feels like an outdated and unfriendly practice. The villa is located on a very narrow road where taxis cannot drive directly to the entrance. This makes it quite difficult to manage large suitcases and very inconvenient when arriving or leaving.

Dei var imøtekommende, hjelpsomme og gjorde det lille ekstra som gjorde at vi følte oss veldig ivaretatt. Er også mange restauranter og minimarkets nærme villaen, og man kan også ta sykkelturer i nærområdet eller til gamlebyen. Vi brukte for det meste Grab inn til gamlebyen da det var litt for langt å gå, noe som funket bra for oss. Anbefales sterkt!

• Jessica (10/5): A beautiful, peaceful family stay with exceptional hospitality and unforgettable surroundings. - Villa De Campagne is absolutely beautiful. There are four villas downstairs surrounding a peaceful pool, plus a few more upstairs, which made it feel intimate and calm. Our room was huge, tranquil, and thoughtfully designed. The outdoor bathtub was a highlight. I enjoyed a moonlit bath with a glass of wine and a book, which felt incredibly special. We travelled as a group of seven ranging in age from 1 to 76, and it was perfect for the whole family. It felt safe and relaxed for our toddler, while still being a lovely place for adults to unwind. Anh and Lucky were so kind and helpful, even arranging a last-minute travel pickup at 10.30pm with no stress at all. The surrounding rice fields are stunning, especially for early morning walks, and there are some really nice local restaurants nearby. It was easily our favourite place we stayed in Vietnam. Nothing at all.

What a night-and-day difference! For the same price, the hotel was sparkling clean from top to bottom. The host went above and beyond—she upgraded us to a double king, welcomed us with drinks, and even let us check out the room before paying since we’d just had a bad experience elsewhere. Throughout our stay she was always present, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool was pristine and clearly well cared for, and we loved that the hotel offered free bikes to ride to the beach or into old town. This place truly turned our trip around. If you’re looking for a clean, welcoming, and affordable stay with a host who genuinely cares, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. No complaints at all!

• Madalin (10/5): - Absolut geniales Homestay mit lecker Frühstück und sooo lieber Dame. Sie hat immer bei Allem geholfen. Roller wurde sehr gut organisiert und auch spätes Frühstück war kein Problem. Der Pool ist mega cool und auch erfrischend. Wir hatten das Zimmer direkt unten am Pool wo man abens schön davor sitzen kann. Fahrräder gibt's um sonst, Roller sollte man für die City haben, ca. 5 min. Fahrt. Das Zimmer war top, riesig und sehr sauber. Ordentliche Klima und alles modern. Ich kann das Hotel ganz ganz herzlich empfehlen. Gar nichts, einfach gar nichts

• Zgoga (9/5): - Отличная вилла, есть всё необходимое. Владелеца очень приятная женщина. Есть классный, маленький но освежающий бассейн. При заселении мне вручили небольшой презент в виде маленькой сумочки и угостили освежающим вкуснейшим лимонадом. Ещё на вилле можно взять бесплатно велосипед и прокатиться по окрестностях. Стоит своих денег однозначно!!!
• Nouriona (6/5): - The breakfast is adequate. You have a selection of egg options with toast (you are given a selection of jams and peanut butter, butter and margarine), pho, and fried noodles. You are given a small plate of seasonal fresh fruit with breakfast, and you get fresh fruit juice with breakfast. Our favorite part was the pool. It is surrounded by plants and an enclosed garden, is private, and it was cleaned daily. Ms. Hien, the host, is very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The bath is very large. The water pressure in the shower is adequate. The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. There is a balcony. The room has a small fridge, kettle, and TV. Water is provided daily in a closed jug rather than bottled. I felt that some more care could be taken with cleaning. There was a hanging lamp in the room which had dust and cobwebs, the little table outside the room where you could sit and have a drink or just relax, hadn't been cleaned in a while. The tap in the bathroom at the basin was nearly falling off when we arrived. There was no bedside lamp but when we requested one, the host provided one. The AC's are positioned directly over the beds in the room we were in so cold air blows on you when you sleep. (I am not sure if this is the same in all the other rooms). We spoke with the host about this and she provided a temporary assist by directing the airflow directly to the ground and providing a fan to circulate the air. It was not a perfect solution as the cold air still blew across the bed where I slept. There is a rooster somewhere nearby that crows at all times of the day. This did not bother us, but it is worth mentioning for future guests to know. There is wifi but we never got a full signal throughout our stay, and this made it challenging for streaming. It's a little thing but the room key card was a bit old and dirty. The plastic was coming off, and this made it a bit challenging to insert into the electrical slot in the room. I think this is a simple thing to replace. Small things leave an impression.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful, private, and luxurious. The highlight for me was definitely the private bathtub — such a beautiful space to unwind and relax after a long day. It felt like having a personal spa right in the villa! The private pool was equally amazing — crystal clear, surrounded by greenery, and perfect for a morning dip or an evening chill. The host was fantastic — warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and they made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their local recommendations were spot on too! If you're looking for a relaxing escape with comfort, style, and top-notch hospitality, this is the place. I didn’t want to leave — and I’ll definitely be back!

• Mark (10/5): If I could give 11 out of 10 stars, I would… - … it’s a pity that’s not possible! Ms Hien is an incredibly kind and honest woman, full of warmth and care. She truly does everything to make you feel at home and her presence is deeply touching. This was honestly one of the most beautiful experiences I’ve ever had. I stayed in the room with the large bathtub – absolutely wonderful! Spacious, spotlessly clean, with lots of storage space and excellent Wi-Fi. The location is so beautiful, not far from the beach, close to the rice fields. You can have nice walks, take a bike and discover the beautiful places, nice restaurants and a lovely neighborhood. I originally booked for four days but ended up staying for two weeks… and I would have loved to stay even longer. At some point, though, I had to move on. Her lovely staff member made me the most delicious Cao Lau (a local dish) every morning. She was so attentive and always made sure I was doing well. This is a place I will never forget. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Ms Hien!

Beautiful tranquility with atrium pool and balcony or patio surrounded by foliage. Rooms tastefully decorated. Big bath tub and sink. Delicious breakfast. Nice touch: dressing up wardrobe for guests to try on tradional vietnamese outfils for photos. Grear location....near rice field and river on outskirts. more calm yet only 5 mins to old quarter / 5 mins to beach by car or bike. We were sad to leave...

Clean, luxurious but a great value for that. Thanks to everyone! A little outside Hoi a village but It was easy to get there with the free bikes of the stay.

• Richard (9/5): Quiet family run homestay in good location between beach and Old Town. - Very large room with large bath / plunge pool (we had booked the suite). Hien the owner was a lovely lady. Western films available on TV. Good location if, like us, you want to divide your time between the beach and the Old Town (we walked everywhere) Some of the towels and bed linen were getting old and worn. Modest breakfast, mediocre coffee (however, the banana pancakes were great!)

She went out of her way to ensure our visit to Hoi An was memorable. The rooms were spacious and immaculate, nestled in a tranquil location just a short distance from the main road, bustling with a variety of dining options. Conveniently, both the beach and the Old Town are easily accessible via Grab or motorbike. The breakfast offered a delightful mix of Vietnamese and Western dishes, served by a charming lady who added to the warmth of our experience. We highly recommend Champagne Villa to anyone visiting Hoi An—it truly felt like a home away from home. There's nothing to dislike.

• Kelly (10/5): Tranquility in Hoi An - We stayed in one of Hiens suites at Villa De Campagne and it was a truly relaxing escape. With a backdrop of banana trees, the outdoor bath is magnificent and the suite itself beautifully appointed. Hien and her team ensured we had everything we needed, from a brilliant breakfast to booking our transfers and local tours. The villa is set a short grab/ bike ride from the old town which allowed us to enjoy a relaxing stay in Hoi An- would definitely recommend to other travellers.

• Romane (10/5): Great stay! - We had an amazing 2 weeks stay at Villa de Campagne. It was ideally located next to the rice fields, in a quite street. The staff was lovely and the breakfast so good (best banana pancake I've tried!). The room was actually like in the pictures, even bigger than expected. The bed was also super comfy. We had some issues with the internet when we arrived but the owner was super reactive and they installed a new router quickly.

The lady who works there, maybe the owner, is the nicest person we met in Vietnam! I will recommend this place to all my friends because it is worth staying here. Thank you! everything was perfect, we only regret that we couldn't stay longer 😉

• Bridie (10/5): Gorgeous, comfortable, wonderful stay! - One of our favourite stays we’ve ever had. Such lovely kind people working here who just went out of their ways for us. The rooms are massive, huge bathrooms, extremely comfortable beds and breakfast made in front of you every day. It was nice to have a more of a family environment for a change. Do try the banana pancakes they are incredible. This property is a little while out of Hoi An, we loved that as we biked a lot but just worth a mention!
• Anna (9/5): Cute boutique hotel minutes from Old Town - Super sweet host, always happy to help. The room was also very spacious. Could easily rent a moped every day to explore the city. The small scale of the hotel gave it a nice boutique homey feeling Some of the lights weren't working in the room and the bath tub was hard to use as the hot water wasn't enough to fill the tub
