• Ivica (10/5): Odličan hotel koji bi ponovno izabrali za boravak - Doručak je dobar, namirnice su svježe i svatko može naći nešto po svom guštu. Osoblje i dečki na recepciji su bili vrlo ljubazni. Parking je dosta velik i besplatan, tako da uvijek možete naći slobodno mjesto za svoje vozilo. Sobe su prostrane, čiste a kreveti su udobni. Cijena noćenja je osrednja, razumna. Okolina hotela je lijepo uređena zelenilom i velikom travnjakom. Hotel je na mirnom mjestu, malo odmaknut od ulice tako da se možete lijepo opustiti i odmoriti (pod uvjetom da ostali gosti ne budu nekulturni i ne prave buku i galame kroz hodnik sa sobama). Uglavnom, hotel bi vrlo rado ponovno izabrali za naš boravak. Neki su gosti usred noći glasno razgovarali i pravili buku nekakvim lupkanjem. Sva sreća da nije dugo trajalo.

• Benji (4/5): Bring your own shampoo - hotel smells like a chemical factory. No service at all. - Here is a list of good things. + Free parking. + Decent size TV with limited channels. + Modern room. + Spacious room. + Room warm despite it is winter time, and heater works well. + Room was very clean and the cleaning team did a really good job in terms of cleaning. Here is a list of my feedback that you can use to improve your service. - WFI is very slow (only 2 Mbit) & unstable. WIFI signal is bad in my room. I complained about this many times, and they didn't care, they only reset the WIFI, but that did not solve the problem. - Annoying to pay for city/tourist tax, technically we tourist pay way more tax than local Croatians. - No USB charging plugs in the room. - Bathroom smells very bad. Not sure why, maybe bad design of drain or maybe missing gaskets in the drain pipes. - Hotel is expensive despite that this is only a 3 star hotel. Also, they don't include breakfast for the expensive price. Other competitor hotels do offer same rate or cheaper rate for their room with breakfast and those hotels are closer to the city center. - Drain in shower is not working properly. - No complementary coffee or tea, no kettle as well in my room. - Shampoo that smells something from a chemical factory. - Receptionist in the morning at 10 AM, was no where to be found. I spend half hour to look for her. This is not a hotel, I would return to. No service, bad internet, expensive hotel compared to other hotels in Zagreb.

• JOSE LUIZ (8/5): Bom custo x benefício - Excelentes acomodações. Cama grande e confortável, muito limpo, banheiro de bom tamanho. Local silencioso e tranquilo. Uns 20 min de taxi do aeroporto de Zagreb. Café da manhã de excelente qualidade e funcionários prestativos. Comunicação muito boa, pois chegamos perto de meia noite e nos informaram como entrar e pegar as chaves, já que nesse horário não havia portaria funcionando. Não sei dizer se há opções de refeição nas proximidades pois não utilizamos. É bem afastado do centro, mesmo de Sesvete e do centro histórico e turístico de Zagreb. Como ficamos somente uma noite para buscar o carro alugado na manhã seguinte, optamos por esse hotel pelo bom custo x benefício.
