• Else (5/5): - Vi fik et lille værelse hvor al strømmen gik, et kig i elskabet og diverse forbundne ledninger var chokerende, lignede noget fra gammel tid og tilsyn havde der sidst været i 2018 😳 så meget utrygt at hotellet tilbyder gæster at overnatte der. Vi fik dog heldigvis et andet værelse i stuen. Men ikke et sted vi har lyst til at komme tilbage til.

• Jihyun (1/5): Very disappointing- poorly maintained and overpriced - None We expected a cozy Norwegian guesthouse, but it was run by non-Norwegian hosts. This was not the local Norwegian experience we were hoping for. From the moment we entered the building -and even inside our room- there was a strong, unpleasant smell. The bathroom had an even worse odor, which the hosts dismissed as “old building smell”, but it felt more like mold or poor ventilation. The bed was saggy, and I woke up with back pain due to the lack of support. The bathroom door handle was loose, and the room key didn’t work smoothly. The overall building exterior looked extremely old, in need of major renovation. The pizza served at the restaurant seemed like low-quality frozen pizza- definitely not fresh, and overpriced. Breakfast was equally underwhelming - boiled eggs and paprika tasted odd and were not fresh. The forks and plates were not properly clean, and even the cup smelled unpleasant. While the nature surroundings are beautiful, the property itself felt neglected, unhygienic, and overpriced. We left with back pain, upset stomachs, and a strong sense of disappointment. We will not be returning.
• Liselore (7/5): Eenvoudig verblijf op een prachtige locatie. - Prachtige locatie, vooral een kamer met zicht op het fjord is aan te bevelen. Ontbijtruimte heeft veel licht en heeft ook zicht op het fjord. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een comfortabele, openbare ruimte waar je kunt lezen, televisie kijken. De speelruimte is heel ruim en leuk aangekleed met tafelvoetbal, tafeltennis en pooltafel. Als de receptie bemand is, is het mogelijk gratis koffie/thee te verkrijgen. Het gebouw is uit hout opgetrokken en is erg gehorig. We hoorden iedere beweging van de gasten boven en naast ons. De bedden zijn bovendien verouderd en hangen door in het midden, waardoor je in een kuil ligt. Bovendien zat er hoogteverschil in de bedden.

Zdjęcia są mocno podkoloryzowane, na żywo zastajemy obiekt sprzed dobrych 30tu lat. Łazienka to absolutna tragedia, nie bez powodu nie pokazano jej zdjęć. Cena kosmiczna w stosunku do tego, co dostajemy w zamian.

• Leo (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft am Hardangerfjord - Unser Zimmer lag in einem separaten Gebäude, direkt an einem Bach. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und zweckmäßig ausgestattet, das Bett bequem. Das nächtliche Rauschen des Bachs war sehr beruhigend. Super war die Möglichkeit, die Gemeinschaftsküche des gegenüberliegenden Campingplatzes mitzunutzen.

• HANNAH (10/5): Great stay with a toddler - A fantastic one night stay in one of the river view rooms with our 18month old toddler. We had requested a cot and it was all ready for in our room when we checked in. The children’s play area was absolutely wonderful and such a help after a long travel day. The room was comfortable with plenty of space. The setting of the guesthouse is beautiful. The breakfast was okay, not the most choice but it was sufficient for what we needed. Overall, we were sad not to spend more time here.

The bathroom was not fresh at all. On the website they wrote that you can book SUP but when we asked for it, we heard that one of the staff is using both, and they didn't seem to be open to return it any time soon after it was explained that customers would like to try it, even though we said we are okay to wait for an hour or two, no bad feelings, but I don't understand why it's in the guesthouse offer then, it was a little bit disappointing. By the entrance there was hanging printout with all the guests names, check-in dates and details, maybe it's good to keep this sort of documents hidden from others...

Das Zimmer ist für einen Kurzaufenthalt gut, wenn auch etwas klein. Die Einrichtung war neuwertig. Hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück, welches wirklich gut ist, sowie der Spielraum für Kinder. Die Zimmer sind für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu klein.

The electrics in the bedroom sparked when we plugged in a phone charger, and we decided not to plug anything in because it felt unsafe. The restaurant had a limited choice of either reindeer stew or vegetarian pizza - both were overpriced and neither were good. Desert was pick you own ice cream from the freezer. The hotel had a very weird vibe and felt neglected and understaffed.

Sehr einfaches Hotel, das schon ein paar Jahrzehnte nichtmehr renovietr worden sein dürfte. Die Einrichtung - vor allem auch der Badezimmer ist einfach outdated und für diesen Preis nicht akzeptabel. • Lia (8/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Essen lecker und die Lage ist super. Man hat einen kurzen Weg direkt ans Wasser, der Ort Ulvik ist klein aber schön. Im Hotel ist es sehr hellhörig. Die Zimmer waren eher einfach und rustikal ausgestattet, für den Preis aber in Ordnung.

• fabio (8/5): - La struttura è un po' vecchia ma ben curata e tipica. Nella sala comune c'è il ping pong e il biliardo, apprezzati. Si potrebbe un po' rimodernare soprattutto il bagno. Devi arrivare a colazione presto se no non trovi posto a sedere.
• Ortwin (3/5): Enttäuschend - Sehr gute Lage Wenn das von auswärts gelieferte Essen knapp ist und dies nicht mitgeteilt wird, sondern einfach aus einer Portion 2 Portionen gemacht werden, sollte man dies vorher kommunizieren und nicht nach 1 Stunde Wartezeit auf Nachfrage zugeben, dass manipuliert wurde. Dann aber endlose Diskussionen starten….. da hilft auch ein nachträglicher Discount nicht. Sehr unprofessionell und leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen
