• Agustina Oliva (8/5): - El hotel es muy bonito, sobretodo el jardín y las vistas desde el salón de desayuno. Las habitaciones están muy bien, buen tamaño, cómodas y la ducha muy agradable. El desayuno es suuuuuuuper completo y todo riquísimo!!! El personal es súper atento, gracias! Debes llevar tapones para dormir, ya que el ruido de la carretera no cesa en toda la noche. Algunas noches, la música de la piscina estaba hasta las 23:30 encendida y si quieres dormir pronto no podrás sin tapones.
• Chi (7/5): - 雖然沒有電梯，但老闆有幫忙把大行李拿到二樓，房間景色不錯，可惜冬天我們並不會使用泳池，因為在大馬路旁，所以很好停車，給的備品牌子不錯，早餐不錯 房間有的備品已快用完，有的破損，應該是老闆的人說有需要可以到櫃台找她，實際上她卻不在，在雨季時建議可以準備一下較大的雨傘借給客人使用，我們遇到大雨，他們卻只借給我們一把有點損壞的折疊傘，我們在旅行不可能帶著大把的長雨傘，房間可能整修拓寬過，所以屋頂和房間沒有密合，住宿在大馬路旁，車子來往聲音會聽得很清楚，離主要熱鬧的地方走路約15分鐘距離，淡季不好在附近找吃的

Üst kattaki odada kalıyoduk çok yağmur yağdı ve tavanın tahta kısmı akıtma yaptı. Duş jelleri tam değildi. Kahvaltısı ve bahçesi çok güzeldi.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Düşünmeyin bile - Resimlerdeki oda görüntüsünün gerçektekiyle alakası yoktu. Odanın içinde lavabo vardı ve su akıttığı için küflenmişti. Oda rutubet kokuyordu. Çarşaflar eski ve kirliydi. Odanın balkondan kapamaydı ve yalıtım sıfırdı. Klima bozuktu üflemiyordu, donduk. Misafirler için ayrılan şöminenin karşısında otelin sahibi ya da müdürü geçmiş zaten kapalı olan bi alanda puro içiyordu. Otelin içindeki içecek fiyatları alaçatının bile üstündeydi. Sabahki kahvaltı ortalama bir kahvaltıydı ama doyurmadı. Burada sinir bozucu olan konu oteldeki sorumlunun sanki her şey çok güzel gibi bir de arada portakal suyu ister misiniz diye sorup sıkıp getirip sonradan bunun ücretli olduğunu söylemeseydi, bunu diyince tabiki almadık. Oteldeki tek güzel detay kediydi. Sonradan öğrendiğimize göre o da yandaki yazlıktan otele geliyormuş. O da herhalde halimize acığından geldi.

• Isa (8/5): Lovely hosts and breakfast - The owner and caretaker are really nice people. The breakfast was amazing, one of the more extensive ones we have had in Turkey. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is nice as you can easily reach it by car and walk towards the city centre. The pool is beautiful and there is a lot of comfortable seating next to it, which makes it a great place to chill. The hotel has a lot of potential, but there are some things that they should improve on. The rooms could be cleaned more thoroughly, as there were a lot of old stains and the floors were not vacuumed properly. Moreover, the wifi reception within the room is non-existent. Something they cannot really improve on is the sound insulation, you can hear the rooms next to you and the road next to the hotel, so earplugs are advisable for light sleepers.

• ibrahim (8/5): - Genel olarak temizdi otoparkları var park sorunu yok. Klimanın bakım zamanı gelmiş ama yapılmamış sanırım toz alerjim azdı. Klimanın oda içindeki konumuda çok doğru değil çarpıyor. Çok ciddi sivrisinek problemi var. Kahvaltı fena sayılmaz karnınız doyuyor. Çok para vermeden tutulabilir. Oda da wifi çekmiyor. Bizi uygulama yanılttı 4 yıldızlı otel sandık bildiğiniz butik otel. Geceleri sessiz oluyor sivrisinek sesi hariç.

• Abdolrasoul (10/5): Very friendly place - Vey friendly and kind stuff. they helped us a lot and made us feel very comfortable. Very cozy place. Location was good it was near bus station which make it easy to transfer by bus to airport. The wifi was weak at some points.

• MEHMET SEMIH (10/5): Temiz ve konforlu bir deneyim - Bebeğimizle birlikte ilk defa otelde kaldık. Çok güzel ağırlandık. Büşra hanım ve personel çok ilgililerdi. Kahvaltıları çok lezzetliydi, ayrıca kahvaltı yeri aramak gibi bir telaşımız da olmadı bu sayede. Biz daha ekonomik bir odayı tercih etmiştik, uygun ve daha iyi bir oda bize tahsis edilmişti. Bir misafir için çok değerli bir deneyimdi.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, specially büsra who helped us a lot with where to go and things to do, plus doing the morning and evening reservations for us and she gave us a ride to Alachati center when it was hard to find a taxi! Also, Oyya was so friendly when we came back every night in the way she is welcoming us and helped with getting a taxi at night and trying to reserve for us places at night, she is so caring like a mom. Thank you for the pancakes oyya ❤️ Nurdan was so lovely and helpful each morning with her greetings to us And finally, Hussein is the lovliest with his smiles every day.

Also, I would like to highlight one exquisitely special service at this wonderful place, namely the option of having breakfast served according to your own biorhythm. Meaning whenever you want to start the morning, you will be served an incredibly sumptuous breakfast with fresh ingredients. That was the most extraordinary surprise I encountered in this hotel. Rarely have I felt so safe and relaxed :-) Each and everyone working at this terrific place are helpful and super nice. • Ayhan (10/5): Beautiful atmosphere and stay. - A beautiful, well-maintained and clean hotel. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. Especially Büsra was an enrichment for the hotel. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired.
• Marknortherly (10/5): İt's my go to hotel for Alaçatı - this is my second time at this hotel. The pool area is comfy. You can spend your layz time, getting tanned and drinking some cocktails. the pool was very clean and big (refreshing after some drings or getting hot). The room was daily cleaned and big. Breakfast still delicious as I remember, don't forget to try Menemen. Staff was kind and helpful. there is parking spots in front of the hotel and very close to the airport bus station, also a short walk distance to the cafes and shops. until next time, thanks for your hospitality.

Our room was a decent size and really clean and everything was operational. this pleace had one of my favourite breakfast setups (unlike the typical buffet style, they wait for you to wake up at your own pace and once your ready they will prepare your breakfast to your liking by the pool). When i visit alacati this place will be the first i look into booking again. everything was amazing. the only downside i could possibly think about is, maybe some additional lights in the room would come in handy at night time as it wasnt as lit as i would have liked.

• Esengül (10/5): Fantastisk ophold! - Sade butik otel er et fantastisk sted hvor der er både komfort, rent, god mad, service, pool og personale. Nurdan som sørger for personale og gæster er en sød, professionel og hjertelig kvinde med fokus på gæsternes komfort. Büşra og Eren som også arbejder på stedet er dygtige og hjælpsomme. Værelserne mangler intet og hvis der er det mindste så bliver det fikset. Har kun gode anbefalinger!
