- Maxim (8/5): Отличное расположение, тихо, свежий воздух, рядом прогулочная зона Терренкур. - Хороший базовый завтрак. На выбор омлет или каша. Подаётся в номер. Начинается в 8:00. Мне только оставалось пожелать более раннего завтрака или возможности заказать ланчбокс с вечера.

Рядом выход на терренкур, огромный ТЦ, остановки общ. транспорта, да и пешком можно погулять по главным улицам Сам отель уютный, номер большой (кровать тоже!), в номере были предоставлены все удобства от чайника до халатов) Завтрак на выбор, приносят в номер, в целом, неплохо. Заселение с 14 часов, при этом пришлось подождать примерно 30-40 минут, так как была уборка номера Также в ванной не было крючков/рейлов для полотенец/халатов

- Dinara (10/5): Отличный отель для среднего бюджета, удобная локация и хороший сервис! - Хорошее расположение близко к Достык плаза, не шумно, очень чисто. Номера были все в отличном состоянии, также понравился завтрак. В номере даже была кофеварка. Сенсорный унитаз тоже удивил. В целом, очень удобно останавливаться как с коллегами, так и с семьей. Я бы добавила крючки/вешалки для полотенец в ванной.

It is simple, clean, friendly staff and good breakfast served and how I felt pampered by the idea to have breakfast sent to my room. The cleanliness of the facilities was so good and exceeded my expectations. I booked it, went to Astana and cane back to the same hotel this is how much I fell in love with the place:) NOTHING

- lin (10/5): 非常棒 - 刚刚新建的酒店 位置在主干道旁边的小巷 繁华中的安宁 位置非常好 走五分钟到一个很大的现代商圈 酒店还有几个房间没有装修好 但是完全不吵也没有味道 房间很舒适 前台的小伙子长得很帅 很友好

Все вещи пришлось раскладывать по стульям и дивану. Количество полотенец не соответствует количеству проживающих. В период нашего проживания в отеле проводился ремонт, что мешало отдыху. Об этом заранее не предупредили. Обещанный бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта не был предоставлен.

- Denny (5/5): Will not rate It a very good!! - It is almost center of the city and acssebility is ther Breakfast was served in the room but with very limited options. The staff were unprofessional. They even asked us to change our room after one day, saying they needed to replace the carpet. We were forced to move to another room. The cleaning was not done properly or on time. When we returned after our tour, the room had not been cleaned, and the breakfast leftovers were still there, creating an unpleasant smell. There are no elevators, so anyone with luggage has to carry it up the stairs.

- Yuko (8/5): - The staff and location were great. There was a stream and cafe nearby, so it was perfect for a walk or a coffee break while soaking up the negative ions. There was a shopping mall and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, so it was convenient for shopping and eating. There is no elevator, so it may be difficult if you have a lot of suitcases.
