• 430sami (10/5): The right choice - We booked our HelloSky Air Room at the Rome Airport because we had an early flight the next morning. Everything about the experience was fantastic. The booking process through Agoda, the reminder and welcome emails, the quiet and ample size of the room, amenities like water and coffee- every aspect was smooth and exceeded our expectations. Arriving at FCO aboard the Leonardo Da Vinci Express from Roma Termini, the signs to the place were very easy to follow. The staff at check-in and check-out were friendly. Check-in and Check-out times are reasonable too. On the day of our flight we conveniently walked to Terminal 3. We are extremely satisfied customers. I highly recommend HelloSky Air Rooms if you want to avoid the hustle of getting from the city to the airport for an early flight.
• Suzanne (10/5): - If you're flying out of the Rome airport and need a place to sleep, this place can't be beat. It's extremely convenient, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The continental breakfast is fine, and you can walk around the airport shopping at all hours. I would stay here again.

We stayed on the first floor (ground level) and it’s a round white floor with nothing on the walls, gives mental hospital vibes. The windows shades in the room have major gaps, and it faced a lighted walkway outside. If you’re looking for a solid night sleep at the airport prior to a 10 hour flight, it might not be a good option for you. If you’re looking to rest for a few hours, I would recommend. The lobby had a good assortment of food and drinks at a reasonable price. We will try the Hilton, also onsite, next time.
• Mehtap (10/5): - Very convenient to the terminals, two walkways and you are there. In the morning we were at the terminal in like 2 minutes, I loved that. The room has everything you need for an overnight stay, clean, comfortable. My only thing is there was this huge bright light right outside of our window so our room was not as dark as I hoped it would be. It is probably for safety but it is a bit inconvenient and the window coverings do not block that very effectively.
• Mary (6/5): - The hotel was very hard to find. The taxi driver had a hard time finding the hotel and when he did he told us to get out and walk behind his car. It would have been helpful to have more/better signage that indicated how to get to the hotel. Once we were inside the airport, we asked security how to get to the hotel and they didn't know. It was very frustrating especially since we were tired from flying all day. The hotel staff could have been more friendly, welcoming and helpful/useful. We were charged 1 euro per page to get our airline boarding documents printed, which we didn't mind paying but the person made us feel that we were a bother to them. Given the price for 1 night's stay, we do not plan on staying at this property again.

The washroom had black mold on it - so much so, I didn't shower. While the bed was comfortable, the humidity in the room made it feel wet. Would not return.

Also, the front desk person told us there was an Eataly in FCO we could go to for dinner. However, it’s after security and we obviously were spending the night and flying out in the morning at which time we would go through security. So not exactly an optimal dinner recommendation.

The all-inclusive experience was exactly what we were looking for. Our room was huge, complete with a living room and a private pool area featuring an outdoor bed and jacuzzi. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was delicious (the steakhouse was our favorite. We went there multiple times). I especially loved the beach beds and bar—such a relaxing vibe. Our butler, Junior, went above and beyond. He was so attentive to every detail, even putting a “Happy Birthday” sign on my door and surprising me on my birthday with room decorations, champagne, and balloons. I would highly recommend this hotel to any couple looking for a romantic and relaxing getaway.
• Girish (6/5): - Our stay at Air Rooms in HotelSky was just average. The biggest plus was its location inside the airport, which made it extremely convenient for our early morning flight. However, the room itself left a lot to be desired—the shower door was broken, and despite mentioning it, the staff did not offer any compensation. The mattress was average and not very comfortable. While it served its purpose for a short overnight stay before a flight, it’s not a place I would choose for comfort or amenities.

We physically had to get up to turn it back on. I don’t mind them locking temp but maybe at 21/22?

Sink faucet was all pitted. The foot runer on bed was dirty. The desk could not find our reservation we had to bring it up in an email. Once you in the place you in the airport and stuck with limited food options. Can't get to it by car or taxi, you will need to cary your bags and walk through the airport. Mutch better off near by in a real hotel and shuttle service.

As a woman traveling alone, I didn't want to be hefting around all my luggage in dark neighborhoods that I was unfamiliar with. This hotel is basically a three minute walk across the sky bridge to the airport security check in. The room was very adequate but not luxurious. Bed was comfortable and clean. I had trouble adjusting the thermostat and went to the front desk, where the clerk informed me that he had the temperature control system at the front desk and kindly made it a few degrees warmer for me. Breakfast buffet was abundant and quite good. Well worth the price.

Unfortunately our room was for handicap accessible, and the shower doors do not close properly and the water poured all over the bathroom floor. The window covering did not cover entirely and as a result, the lights from outside in the airport shone through the window the entire evening. Other than that, it was well organized a quick check-in and people were approachable and helpful.

As soon as you walk out of the hotel entrance you can see the walkways and conveyer belts leading you to check-in. We took a train to downtown Rome the day before. This is also basically connected to the Airport. The place is clean, has breakfast (we left too early to try) and unbelievably convenient. It is also fairly basic. So location is its biggest advantage.

Sky bridges with moving walkways connect the hotel with the car rental garages as well as directly with terminals 1 and 3 (there is no terminal 2). It was a less than 5 minute walk to either terminal. The free push-carts kindly offered by FCO airport, make luggage movement simple. The hotel has a good buffet breakfast included with the room with a small upcharge for extras like eggs. The room was simple, clean, and quiet. No frills but perfectly functional for the purpose of easy and stress-free FCO access.

• Colleen (10/5): Super Staff! - It's the MOST convenient hotel when you have an early flight. I've stayed here several times, especially with an early flight. On this particular stay the room they gave me had not been cleaned from the prior guest (towels on the floor , unmade bed...). On informing the front desk, they sent someone to verify, which of course they concurred when they checked. They were very apologetic and immediately got me a new room. they also offered a free meal, which was not necessary. Things happen it's how the company handles it and make corrections which is most important. There are nicer hotels , with bigger rooms and amenities, but for when you want the convenience of being at the terminal, Air Rooms fits the bill.

It is NOT 4 star....I have stayed in 2 star hotels that were nicer than this...We wanted to stay by the airport after traveling through Italy and having an early morning flight. The other hotel at the airport was a Hilton which was rated even worse. List of issues... Room was dirty. Hallways were full of scuff marks Bathroom show door missing Bathroom tiles dirty Bathroom tiles missing. It does not have a restaurant as advertised (you can walk to terminal and find terrible food) It is expensive for what you get No cover on the mattress(I hope we didnt get bed bugs) No covers on the pillows Thin mattress No desk space AC unit did not work well. I can go on... It is sceevy I wish that FCO would have a decent airport hotel since the city is more than 30 minutes away. But they clearly did not focus on it.

• Nancy (8/5): - What a great option and offering a comfortable, safe, and super convenient option when traveling to or from Rome. No stressing about getting to the airport on travel day. Not sure what more hubs don't offer this option. Took the train to the airport and followed motorized walkways connecting the train and air terminals to the hotel. Staff is friendly and accommodating offering private and clean rooms with updated bathroom and showers along with good and healthy food and beverage options. Only note: would bring earplugs with you as airport never sleeps and there is occasional noise from both hotel travelers coming and going and adjacent airport traffic.
• Ameeta (8/5): - The room was very basic. It was moderately clean. Saw a silverfish bug in the bathroom, the faucet and shower walls were grimy. And there were marks on the room wall. The sheets were clean but had small holes. Bed was not very comfortable. Also you cannot control the room temperature and it was too hot. Will not stay again.
