- Attcyan (6/5): - チェックインの際の部屋の開け方がちょっと複雑でわかりづらくてこまりました。後wifiもinfoに表示されているミノと違い、結局スタッフに電話して聞かないとわからないので戸惑った。
- Tim (4/5): - We were told to ring 20 minutes prior to arrival, which we did. However, it took over an hour and a half for us to enter the apartment due to incompetence. Location was a little further than we initially realised. Provided good amenities, with the exception of breakfast. We would not recommend this company.
- Everton (2/5): - Mesmo incluso na reserva feita no site HOTEIS.COM, cobraram taxa de limpeza e tentaram cobrar mais valores. A localização é boa, limpeza muito boa. Mas sempre as pessoas do hotel estão tentado cobrar mais taxas ou valores extras.
- Flor (4/5): - The place was clean and safe and near the cathedral but the check in process was way too long and the location of the apartment was not near the office when we checked in so we have to carry all our heavy suitcases in and out of the taxi twice! Which means you have to pay twice for the taxi. The water heater only worked once so if there’s 4 of you, the other guests will have to take a cold shower! One of the reasons that we picked the place was because of free internet connection and we didn’t have it. We contacted the property manager but nothing was done. Overall, it was fair. It’s a good thing we only stayed one night.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - We had originally booked an apartment near the Duomo, but I was called in advance by Hemeras Boutique to let us know that we are "Getting an upgade to the Penthouse suite that has views of Milano and the Duomo" When arrived, we discovered that the "upgrade" was an appartment located about 1 mile away and with NO view. We feel that we were legitimately DECEIVED by this company.

- Ahmed Ali (6/5): Good location , average ameneties - The apartment is in a good locality , max 10 mins walk to duomo / center. The place apartment was of good size for a couple or even family of 3. However things to note - does not have elevator for 1st floor, hot water is limited and can be an issue, switches in the room are all 3 pin EU with no converter
- Heidi (8/5): Pleasant stay - The flat was beautiful, tidy and spacious, well equipped kitchen and bathroom essentials were a nice add to the service. The renovation in the exterior of the house caused some noise but did not bother me. The key was brought to the apartment although they failed to contact me in time to let me know the meeting time. I had to call to hotels.com and they got in touch with the company. I booked 2 days before arrival but finally got an information e-mail with all details of the arrival 2 hours after I was already in the room. When the person came to let me in the apartment, service was polite and very helpful. The location was good close to the metro station and there were two bakeries cerving breakfast close to the apartment.

- soohyun (10/5): 훌륭한 숙소이다. - 숙소의 컨디션과 위치가 매우 훌륭하다. 숙소 바로 앞에 슈퍼가 있었고. 밀라노 두오모와는 걸어서 10분 남짓했다. 다만 연수기로 샤워물이 나오는지. 한사람이 샤워한뒤에는 바로 사용하기가 애매하다. 따뜻한물이 안나왔다. 세탁기가있고 주방이 있어 여러날을 이용한다면 굉장히 훌륭한 선택일듯 하지만. 청소비용이 26유로가 붙는관계로 나와같이 하루이틀정도만 묵는다면 청소비용이 조금 아깝다.

Ottima la posizione (eravamo a c.so Venezia) per raggiungere le fermate metro ma anche a piedi san Babila, via della spiga e via montenapoleone. Urge idraulico per lo scarico del bagno troppo rumoroso: faceva strani risucchi nel riempirsi
- Terje (10/5): Milano på 24 timer - Perfekt lokalisert i sentrum av Milano, 2 minutter til shopping. Likevel helt rolig og tilbaketrukket, med god plass og gode senger. Flott bad og kjøkken.

- pascale (2/5): Parfait pour des nuits blanches!! - Je désonseille vivement cet appartement situé sur le cour Venezia (et non sur une cour intéreure comme annoncé) au 1er étage et sans double vitrage donc jusque 0100 du matin et à partir de 6H vous dormez dans les bruits du métro qui fait trembler l'appart et avez l'impression d'être au mileu de la route. Je n'ai quasi pas fermé l'oeil de mon séjour de 3 nuits. A part cela équipement OK sauf le radiateur clim qui est bloqué sur 30 et donne l'impression de décoller tant il fait de bruit toutes les 15 minutes!! AI du le debrancher pour esayer de dormir!
- py (8/5): Très bel chambre assez bien situé proche du ce’tre - Accueilli à merveille par un frenchi Eric!!! Il nous a attendu sous la pluie. Il nous a tout expliqué. Nous a donné Desnue bonne soirée adresses...accueil parfait Situé dans un petit immeuble bourgeois Malheureusement ascenseur en panne à notre passage ( mais au 1er étage) Grande Chambre propre fonctionnelle très bien fournie Seul bémol la tv excentre du lit et le simple vitrage des vitres. Mais globalement c’est parfait
- Luisa (6/5): Aparthotel centro Milano - Accoglienza ottima al check in da parte del personale addetto. Appartamento in buono stato generale e confortevole. Ottima posizione per il centro città. Unica pecca è l’adiacente strada trafficata e rumorosa che non consente alcun riposo, nemmeno notturno. Consiglio almeno insonorizzazione con infissi di nuova generazione.
