Frank (10/5): - Wonderful place and it was close to everything. Plus staff great. I will stay again on my next trip
Verified traveler (2/5): Didn’t give us shampoo - Never got to stay at the address we booked. They gave us a key from a different appartment in the cbd. We had to ask them for toilet paper, soap and towels. It is way worse than pictures. They don’t speak Englis. Avoid to stay there at any cost!
Ban C. (10/5): - The hotel is in the Best location of Kiev as is so easy to access to lots of sights - attraction & everything you need especially considered the price you pay for. The Lady in charge was so nice & Helpful, that , we stayed twice during our time in Kiev. One thing Very Important: Make sure you called & Double Check before Check-in, as there's really no one in the hotel to let you in. Overall, Very Happy!
