• Jordan (10/5): - Great wee place, everyone there is very friendly. You get plenty of privacy when in the bunk rooms. Quite close to inverness city center. You have storage by your bunk, and after you check out, there is a place you can put your bag if you want to come back for it later.

• serena (9/5): - Ostello molto bello e accogliente, abbiamo soggiornato sia nella struttura principale che in una a pochi passi da quella principale. In entrambe abbiamo trovato ambienti puliti e attrezzati, caffè e bollitori sempre disponibile e anche la cucina è attrezzata di tutto. Anche il giardino è confortevole, c'è un'atmosfera rilassata e il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno concesso anche di tenere i bagagli per alcuni giorni, ci ha davvero salvato il viaggio!

• Mathilde (10/5): Un bon endroit. - Auberge très sympa avec un personnel très gentil. Il y a un bar sur place, très appréciable. Manque d’insonorisation mais ce n’est pas très grave.

• Jersen05 (10/5): Un excelente lugar para descansar - Uno de los mejores hostels en los que estuve. Muy cómodo, bien ubicado, el colchón impecable, las almohadas muy buenas, te dan toalla sin tener que pagar extra y tienen para dejar la valija sin costo (aunque no en lugar trancado). El baño muy bueno con un montónde cosas que se podrian necesitara disposición,, quizá faltarían más por la cantidad de gente que puede haber pero es un detalle menor me parece
• Kitty (10/5): Heerlijk! - De mensen die er werken maakten dat ik me zeer welkom voelde. Het contact met andere reizigers is ook leuk en hoort zo bij reizen. Bazpackers is daarvoor een prachtige, centrale plek. Ik heb prima geslapen, geholpen door de verduisterende gordijnen voor het bed. Als ik toch iets zou moeten zeggen dan zou ik iets kunnen zeggen over het matras. Maar dat vind ik in verhouding met alles niet nodig.

• Héloïse (10/5): - Dortoir féminin pour quatre personnes, spacieux, propre et bien entretenu. Il se trouve dans une annexe calme, à proximité du bâtiment principal, non loin du château d’Inverness, avec une très belle vue sur la rivière Ness. Le dortoir est bien équipé : sèche-cheveux à disposition, casiers sécurisés avec code directement dans la chambre, et rideaux individuels pour chaque lit offrant un vrai plus en termes d’intimité. La literie est confortable et l’espace bien agencé, ce qui permet de se sentir à l’aise même en partage. L’ensemble est agréable, pratique et idéal pour un séjour reposant La douche électronique n’est pas très intuitive et il peut être difficile de régler correctement la température de l'eau malgré les explications des consignes

• Aaron (9/5): Had a great stay overall - Great staff. Nice fireplace stove. Nice kitchen. Beautiful location. There is no staff at night, and no emergency contact or way to reach anyone. We had an incident where a couple of drunk rowdy guests (crashers, not even customers) were causing a huge disturbance during the night, and threatening other guests, and there was no one to reach out to. The incident was not the fault of the staff, but having nobody around to enforce policies or remove rowdy non-guests crashing overnight is not ideal.

• Jessica (8/5): Séjour très agréable bien qu'un peu cher. - Le personnel est sympa, les vues depuis les parties communes sont très belles et agréables. C'est toujours très propre. Les lits sont spacieux, sécure, et garantissent l'intimité. L'emplacement est bien, tout est accessible à pied. On nous prête gratuitement des serviettes de toilette. C'est vraiment cher pour des dortoirs en auberge de jeunesse. En plus il y a peu de toilettes / douches, qui sont peu spacieux et au même endroit, donc peu d'intimité.
• Ma.Sdt (8/5): - Super easy walking distance to city center and train station. Quirky little hostel. Friendly staff. Baggage storage (though not super secure). Cozy rooms with individual lockers. Beds with individual lights, curtains, usb- charging . Free tea, coffee, cocoa and towels👍. Great for a night or two. Mattress could use an upgrade. Kitchen is quite small so could get very busy when hostel is full.

Only had to deal with the staff on arrival and got a clear explanation of the use of the keys. Experienced no problem, would go here next time just as easy. All fine!

• Lisa (9/5): 1 Nacht in Inverness - Lage direkt am Stadtzentrum und trotzdem war es sehr ruhig. Gut ausgestattete Küche, großes Zimmer, ausreichend Bäder. Uns hat es gut gefallen. Einen Parkplatz in der Nähe am Straßenrand für kleines Geld lässt sich auch finden Bei der Dusche im Bad fehlt entweder ein Duschvorhang oder wenigstens eine Badematte, damit man nicht da komplette Bad flutet.
• Lara Mercedes (9/5): Highly recommended - Much better than expected! We didn't know how many people we'd be sharing a room with, and it turned out we got one just for the two of us when we arrived. The room was super comfortable. The kitchen was nice; breakfast wasn't included, but they did have the supplies to make yourself something to drink. Since we arrived late at night and stayed in the annex (self check-in), we didn't see anyone until check-out. The receptionist was very kind and stored our bags for us free of charge. The heating was a bit weak overall, but that was the case in almost all the places we visited in Scotland.

• Stefan (10/5): Excellent place to stay - A truly excellent place to stay. It is in a perfect location, right next to Inverness Castle and just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre. Whoever designed the property clearly put real thought into making guests feel comfortable. There was a small fireplace, plenty of board games, a very well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely garden where you could sit and have a coffee. The hosts were very kind, and everything was extremely, extremely clean. The shared bathroom was impeccably new and spotless, with plenty of space and a good supply of hot water. I think someone would have to be genuinely picky to find any fault with this place.
• Anne Vedel (10/5): A must revisit - The staff is brilliant and so is the view out over the river Ness! Absolutely wonderful! The walls are quite thin, and you can hear everyone out on the street, but this just made the city feel close by to us, and caused no issues at night
• gugmoura (10/5): Vale muito a pena pela localização e pelo tamanho do quarto. - Gostamos de tudo no geral. O acesso é fácil e a localização é excelente. O quarto é muito amplo, com camas confortáveis e roupa de cama de ótima qualidade. O chuveiro é bem quente, o que fez bastante diferença. Atenderam nosso pedido e disponibilizaram um berço, o que foi muito importante. A cozinha é muito completa e permitiu preparar refeições com facilidade. No geral, o custo-benefício é muito bom. A calefação poderia ser melhor. O aparelho da sala é pequeno para o tamanho do ambiente, que é bem grande, e no quarto também poderia ser um pouco mais eficiente. Além disso, não havia calefação na cozinha, e estava bastante frio nesse espaço.

• Connor (10/5): By far the best Hotel we’ve been to - Everything from the location to the shower where absolutely spot on, by far the best hostel we’ve been to, booked very last minute for 6 people and they accommodated us and put us in our own private room- would 100% recommend
• Jingjing (10/5): Excellent hostel, will use again - Excellent location, staff very helpful and facilities great. Very big bed and comfy. Room was quiet and privacy felt good. They even put a shortbread on the pillow which made the experience luxurious. Only shortcoming was that charging options in the bed chamber was limited, only USB-A ports available. (I was able to use sockets further away just not from my bed)

• Harwin (10/5): Hogar muy cómodo en Inverness - Me gustó lo amigables que fueron las chicas que me recibieron. Tenían refri para guardar comida. Hay donde calentar y hacer comida. Es MUUUY tranquilo y eso me encanta. Las vistas no digamos, hermosas. Muy bien ubicado. Se siente como un hogar. En los baños hay papel, jabón, shampoo, rasuradoras. Está muy bien equipado. Te brindan toalla también. Mmmm… me gustó todo. Creo que no tengo nada que decir por acá. Quizá un poquito caro para ser temporada de invierno 😜.

• Ellen (9/5): Will definitely stay here again! Super comfortable. Great value for money - This was the best hostel I have ever stayed in! Really qwerky and extremely well maintained. I booked a private room and honestly it was like a decent 3* hotel! There were also biscuits left on the bed which we felt was a lovely touch. Everything was well thought out. We didn't have an ensuite but I would never have expected this in a hostel anyway and the bathrooms available were super clean and modernised. The room was really warm and comfortable. The man who took us to our room did slightly go at a million miles an hour giving us the wee tour of where everything was etc. He was friendly enough just seemed a bit frantic. The shower was unfortunately either too hot or too cold couldn't get a comfortable temp. Bins in bathroom not emptied and over flowing.

• Kirstie (8/5): Enjoyable. - Great location, nice facilities and friendly, helpful staff. We booked a private twin room through booking.com but were placed in a double. I had called the day prior to check in and tried to correct this and assured I would be able to change in upon check in but wasn’t able to. However, the staff were apologetic, gave us an extra duvet and upgraded our room to a river view. We would definitely stay again.
