Uzungöle gelene kadar samsun ordu giresun trabzon merkezde de 1 er gece otellerde kaldık. Odaya ayak havlusu koyulmamıştı. Eşim ve çocuğumla çıkış yaptığımızda oda kontrolü yapacaklarını söylediler ve bizi lobbyde beklettiler. Sonunda da odada ayak havlusu eksik olduğunu valizinize göz atmamız gerekir dediler. Bende bu hırsızlık ithamına çok sinirlenip polis nezaretinde tutanak tutularak arabama ve valizime seve seve bakklabileceğini ayak havlusu bizden çıkmazsa otelden ve oda kontrolü yapan personelden şikayetçi olacağımı söyledim. Kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum. Odadan ayak havlusunu alıp ne yapacaktık acaba merak ettim... kötü yönetilen kötü hizmet veren bir arap oteliydi.

I would particularly like to highlight the staff. Every single employee was incredibly helpful, always polite, and made us feel very welcome. This warm hospitality made our stay especially pleasant. Ibrahim Abi guided us everywhere, allowing us to explore many beautiful places in Trabzon. We can only warmly recommend this hotel.

- Ph.kam (8/5): Clean Hotel in Uzongol - One of the most cleanest hotel in Uzangol. It's located between the lake and Trabzon. It's not far away from the lake, it was only 10 minutes. The staff are so friendly. The breakfast did not include more options. It did not deserve that much of cost in compared to the facility and the location.

- Hussain (8/5): إقامة لمدة اربع ايّام - الافطار ومواقف السيارات محدودة جدا ولكن يوجد خدمة الصف مجانا ، الأسرة صغيرة وغير مريحة يبعد عن البحيرة ٧ دقائق بالسيارة تنظيف الغرف بشكل يومي ،الموظفين متعاونين ،الإطلالة جميلة من المطعم
