- Guest (8/5): - Most parts of the facility were recently renovated - it is tidy and clean. The bed- it is too soft.
- Hirania (2/5): - Switched rooms 3x because the first one had hair EVERYWHERE like all over the tub and then IN the sheets and pillows like they just folded it nicely, then the second room had yellow and brown stains all over the white comforter, NASTY I wanted half off for the night so I’d leave the next day they offered me another room that sufficed but same price. Staff was nice about it but supposedly they said they’d give me a full refund but I have yet to see any of that I’ve contacted Expedia too bruh
- kathleen (10/5): - The staff was great - very accomodating!

Staff is awesome. Anything you need, the staff goes out of their way to help.
- Karla (10/5): - Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff, convenient location, plenty of food and shopping options within a short drive. We will be back!
- Debra (8/5): Not our first stay here - The check in process took a little longer as we reserved through Hotels.com and not directly through the hotel website. The prices were lower through Hotels.com.
The staff was friendly. Clean room.
- Thomas (10/5): - Helpful Staff...... We had lots of snow fall on us while there but they kept the parking lot clear and salted to ensure safety.
The only negative was some guest would sit in their vehicles and smoke pot. When they came in, the stink remained in the hallways and elavators for hours. It is a vile smell and I wish something could be done about it.
- Kristen (10/5): - .
- Cynthia (10/5): Exceptional - Traveled with a pet and the rooms accommodated this. Spacious rooms Nothing
- Maurice (10/5): - Nice and quiet
- Richard G (10/5): - We stay here a lot and find it very nice
- David (9/5): Superb -
- Mark (10/5): - The staff and accommodations were above expectations and was very clean. The full kitchen in the unit had everything from pots and pans to silverware. (Bring a coffee pot though… the lobby had coffee but would have been more convenient in the room.)
Very good experience. We’ll be staying there again!
Quiet, close to everything, laundry services and
kitchen made it so convenient!!
- Richard (10/5): Good value, great service - I very much enjoyed my one night stay at this hotel. Front desk staff and the manager were exceptionally attentive and helpful. Room and common areas were neat and clean. I will make this my first choice when returning to the area.
- Samantha (10/5): Cheap, comfortable, and Convenient. - This hotel had everything you would need. Was very quiet and comfortable. The price was unbeatable as well.
- General (10/5): - Great night. No complaints.
- Richard G (8/5): - Have stayed at the property several times before .. Nice place clean rooms nice service and close to my kids
- Lawrence (8/5): - Very clean Very very plain almost institutional
No restaurant, etc
No issues - good price
- Jonathan (10/5): - The rooms are clean, they have a stove full size fridge and dishwasher. I had to stay the night, and there was hot fresh coffee in lobby. I will definitely stay again.
- Jess (6/5): - The actual room was very nice for the price. Parking lot in need of repairs as well as elevator. Outdated policy requiring a signature about wearing masks at all times? Not enforced, but had to sign.
- James (6/5): Pleasant - Dirty, elevator did not work.
- Henry (9/5): SRU GRAD - There was a mix up with my reservation. The clerk worked on it until it was resolved. Very appreciative! No continental breakfast.
- Victor (10/5): - The staff were very nice and friendly. It’s also very peaceful
- Michelle (7/5): Good - Location, clean Room had a bit of a musty smell, hard to keep a consistent, comfortable temp in the room.
- Scott (4/5): Bathroom unusable before checking out - Beds comfortable and kitchen is nice The shower did not drain, the toilet was also backed up . Standing in 6” of water for a shower is not acceptable
- Edwin (7/5): Hotel met my needs. - Location was good. Room was comfortable. No in room coffee maker or even cups or glasses. 2nd floor elevator buttons were not working, Sign said call the front desk to have the elevator sent up. At least that worked.
- Patricia (8/5): - Convenient and as affordable. Clean and comfortable.
- Abiodun (9/5): Superb -
- Sanjay (6/5): Pleasant -
- Christine (5/5): The place it fairly priced for the value. I would definitely book again in the future😊 - The positives…. Clean room. Important to me. All light switches worked. Water pressure is good. Necessities in room included iron, ironing board, hairdryer, tissues, dishes, silverware, and small assortment of newer pots and pans. Air conditioner was working and not too loud. Had a microwave, dishwasher, small cooktop, desk & chair, tv, & fridge. The bed was comfy, clean linens.
I found the room and bath to be better than I anticipated. Especially after seeing the front entrance. The room was very clean!
I would give it another try. 😊 The negatives…the noise. Doors slamming every 20 minutes. Must have been a wedding party someplace near by, and all of the guests decided to spend several nights on the multiple floors. Can I just say LOUD! Kids crying all hours of the night (2:30am) running through the halls conversing very loudly. Dogs barking. I got no sleep. Forced to turn the fan on hi to try and drown out some noise.
No bathtub drain plug-not good since I take baths.
No staff around when I did go to the desk.
Free coffee 24-7, however, not fresh or empty.
Trash cans outside of entrance reeked of dead
carcasses. Bags apparently don’t get changed daily, or often enough in 90° weather. Not to mention the overflowing dog waste bin in the parking lot that was contributing to the foul Oder upon entrance.
The outside just needs some TLC. Clean it up!
Cigarette buts all over the place, dead and alive bugs attacking you upon entrance. Even in the entryway of lobby. I mean, take a broom or hose and clean it off. Perhaps instead of hiding in the back room all day and night, playing on your phone, eating, sleeping, whatever… stay busy and clean up on down time. It looks neglected. ☹️
- Mark (10/5): - Super view from our room's window. In a nice hilly area. Excellent staff. Very clean.
Elevator was malfunctioning.
- David (10/5): - It was quiet, clean and the staff was friendly. Price was great.
- David (10/5): - The staff was great. Price was good. room was large and clean. The signage should be bigger, everything else was great.
- Carl (10/5): - Front desk was very helpful and polite during check in. Our room cards stopped working the second day front desk took care of it right away with no issues. Very clean hotel with spacious rooms. Close to many food establishments. Would stay again!
- Sean (10/5): - Great place to get a good quiet nights sleep. Fairly new, everything up to date and clean.
- Jim (10/5): - Nice hotel
- Mark (10/5): - Very nice extended stay hotel. Friendly service.
- bhagavan (10/5): - the best for the price i paid
- HILARY (10/5): - We had a great experience. The staff was professional and the room was very clean. The only complaint is we wished there were more than fork and spoon and the skillet was little but we survived without it. Would definitely recommend it and stay there again.
- Suzanne (9/5): This out forth stay at this location. Been good each time - The location Snacks alittle pricy
- Ryan (10/5): - Great in a pinch
- Clayton (4/5): - Lots of cigarette butts on the ground and in the bricks if the building at the side door. Front entrance glass was very dirty. Check-in staff was pleasant but check-n qas a bit slow.
Diffucult to sleep because if the VERY noisy refrigerator in our room. Also we were directly across from the guest laundry and we could clearly hear people doing their laundry during the night (1am and later).
- Leslie (8/5): - Very comfortable. Great that the kitchen was well outfitted. We appreciated the quiet. Missing: cuuting board and sink stopper!
- Carpenter (10/5): Overall when we.come to the area we will stay there again. - Location was good and the staff was wonderful. All rooms could have hand rails in shower. Just my thought.
- Deborah (10/5): - Thank you to Mattie for such great service!
- Ronald (6/5): It was one failure after another! - The dead bolt would not work. No maintenance. The TV didn't work, they switched it out and then the remote control failed.
Needless to say, i was not happy at all with my stay!
- Rilla (8/5): Nice - The hotel was nice. The last place we stayed like this had no utensils but this had everything we needed. Real nice.
- David (10/5): Exceptional - The entire staff was nice and friendly and cleaning comfortable
- Jennifer (8/5): - It is a smoke free location however there were people smoking right outside of the front doors while talking to the staff.
- Christina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The hotel was clean and neat. The staff is friendly
- Frank (8/5): Very good -
- FABIAN (10/5): - Rooms are nice and cleans. Hotel feels safe. Lots of retail outlets and restaurants nearby. My favorite in Monaca.
- Kendric (7/5): Good -
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional - The convenience of the location. Cleanliness Nothing
- Katherine (10/5): Really clean comfortable room with friendly staff - Really clean, comfortable room with friendly staff. Well-stocked kitchen with lots pans utensils and big fridge. Comfortable beds with lots of plugs to charge phones. Clean bathroom and room.
- Tammy (6/5): - Seemed short staffed. Had to wait to get checked in and had to go pick up extra towels myself. Staff that were there were very nice though.
The small child jumping in the room above us at 7:00am on a Sunday was very unpleasant. When will someone build sound proofed hotel rooms?
- Evelyna (8/5): - I liked the entire stay, but not having to remove linen and trash and take to other areas in the Hotel, never had to do that anywhere I stayed
- Sharhonda (5/5): Passable -
- FABIAN (10/5): - Nice quiet hotel. Full kitchen in each room. Most guest are workmen on temp assignment. This group needs their rest, therefore hotel noise is kept at a minimum. My favorite in the Monaca area.
- FABIAN (10/5): - Clean quiet hotel. Friendly Staff.
- Connie (10/5): Great impression - Like the amount of space to include full size refrigerator. Room was clean and smelled freshly cleaned. All hotel personnel were friendly and very helpful. Best laundry room I have ever seen in a hotel!
- Suzanne (10/5): Gentleman at front desk was great and very accommodating - It’s convenient and a great price
- Gina (6/5): - Clean accept around drain in tub, fingerprints on microwave and food goop in it, door handle felt dirty But what I really didn't like were the kind of people hanging around outside the front door, elevator, and in lobby gambling. I could smell marijuana in my room and bed thumping.
- Theresa (8/5): Good for the Location and Great Pet Friendly areas. - The location and being pet friendly. There were no tissues in the room, not all staff were that friendly.
- Michael (7/5): Good -
- Sheila (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bre (10/5): Best one yet out of the three I have stayed at in Monaca, PA!!! I will definitely be back - It’s amazing inside!! Nice and big Slow elevators
- Marcel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stella (8/5): Very good - There was to much late night loud talking outside our room
- Ivan (7/5): Overall good value - Good Beds were small
- Yong (8/5): - It was the first time for us to stay in a hotel that has a kitchen. Definitely different experience. The room had a weird smell, probably came from cooking. The towels were worn thin. The hotel did not have restaurant. We walked in the cold morning for about 15 minutes, hoping to find a place for breakfast, but there was nothing near the property.
- Grammyof2 (9/5): Great!!! - This location was ideal for me. I was traveling to spend time with friends and was close to all we wanted to do. A cleaning product was really strong that I personally did noit like.
- Andrew (2/5): - I must say. I wasn’t a fan. I started out with some confusion at check-in. It took a while. Got to the room and it smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The sheets and pillowcases had a yellow tent to them. That night, there was a drunk passed out in the lobby with a bottle of whiskey in front of him. Instead of running him off, they just let him sleep it off. Wasn’t a good vibe. Coffee in the morning was kind of a joke too. Powdered creamer and a tiny coffee cup. Remember you get what you pay for. Will not go back.
- Anonymous (7/5): Good -
- Matina (7/5): beds very comfortable - location, breakfast not provided. hall carpets in need of vacuuming for the time there. bathroom not very clean, vent full of dust, dog barking at 5:30-6 am on 2nd floor.
- Patrice (6/5): - Smell coming in the room and spiders inside the windows. We stayed somewhere else the next two nights
- Nancy (9/5): Superb - I love that you're dog friendly. My room was right by the side door so I could take my dog out quickly and easily. The room was very nice and clean.
- Rosiris (8/5): - Nice and confortable room, no coffee available, but there’s some at the lobby. I don’t know why no lotion and conditioner provided! I will come back!
- James (8/5): 7.5 - This was everything I thought it would be ... it was clean and very acceptable. It has a new vibe to it, and the price / value is outstanding. There was a funky smell ... that was permeating throught the hotel ... I believ they pump this throughout to neutralize the pot scent .... every hotel smells like POT, now. The mattress was a little beat up ... overall 7.5 out of 10
- Mary (4/5): - We had only one night-stay but I think O should reflect my feedback since this is an overstay suite. Old hotel was tried to renovated with nice furniture and kitchen top and cabinets , great! But when I enter the mold smell reminded me my village (which is not a bad memory but you expect a fresh air right? ) then clogged bathroom sink was very inconvenient. Dishwasher was at the clean mode but the staff did not even check inside when cleaning rhe room and out away the dishes inside there was also an uncleaned messy pot stinking badly. I couldn’t use any of the clean utensils or plates. There was no coffee pot! Unbelievable…morning no breakfast other than a coffee thermos and mandarins. I thought it was saying the breakfast included. One night only thankfully I had no other choice because this hotel was the only available but it shouldn’t be that bad conditions because humans living in it for extended stays! Please!
- Michael (6/5): - Property is dated and grounds are not really take. care of.
- anita (8/5): - The staff can do a better job of cleaning under the beds. Otherwise a great place
- Robert (6/5): It served the purpose for my stay. - Convenient to what I needed to do. Several lights in the room didn’t work. Needed new batteries for TV remote. Fortunately I didn’t need to spend much time in the room.
- Brittany (1/5): I found SEVERAL bed bugs in my room & no refund received despite photos and videos - Room was disgusting, the stench all throughout the facility is pungent. Not to mention the photographs and videos I have of SEVERAL BED BUGS. I left not even 20 minutes after checking in because why should anyone stay in fifth, let alone pay for it which I did because they wont refund. Front desk agent was less than helpful and the hotel did nothing to resolve the matter. I was told "there is nothing I can do"
- George (10/5): - The office/front desk staff at the hotel were great. All were friendly and accommodating. We were traveling on motorcycles and were in an accident during our stay. We had no transporation and had to be picked up. The hotel extended our checkout with no problem so that we could stay in the room waiting for transportation. After checkout they also held our equipment and luggage so we could get our bikes. The room was also exactly as pictured. Highly recommend the property.
- Duane (10/5): Exceptional -
