- Darryl (6/5): Disappointing. I moved to another BnB that delivered more than expected. Eliminated everything on the list above, withou - Plenty of room and comfortable.
Clean and tidy. Over priced for what and where it was.
No running water or sink in the kitchenette.
How do you fill the kettle ?
No milk on arrival.
Two very undesirable breakfast cereals were on offer and not consumed.
Cheapest tea bags on the market, with absolutely no flavour.
NO soap available at hand basin in bathroom.
- Shadrack (8/5): Very good -

- Amin (9/5): Fantastic - It was clean and comfortable. Even had a pantry room to myself and food/drinks replenished daily. Host was friendly. Not really a dislike, just a suggestion, perhaps you could install a bidet (or spray) for the toilet. Other than that no complains!
- Noel (6/5): Pleasant -
- Saunders (10/5): Great value and convenient location - Convenient location
Good setup with bed, ensuite and living area/kitchen Only just fit in shower but I am very tall so understandable
- Anthony (10/5): Exceptional - Really nice host. Even stayed up to greet me when I flew in late and got to the BnB around midnight. Super host and thanks for having me!
- Ben (8/5): Perth Suburbian home style accommodation - Very good value for money. The host should provide the house number in the address because it was confusing, and some milk in the fridge for the breakfast.
- Lee (10/5): Exceptional - Great location and excellent host.
Close to major roads but no noise, shops are close by and it was a great clean place to stay.

- Yvonne (8/5): Affordable overnight stay before driving to Broome - New air conditioner that heated the apartment quickly
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Mitchell (10/5): Exceptional -
- Simon (6/5): Not too bad but will not come back. - Nice little bedroom for a few days. It is easy to access and park. There are shops and restaurants nearby.
The bed is comfy and the host is very nice and welcoming. Guest space is in hostās house and only separated with a sliding door that only the host can lock and open as he wishes. It did not make me feel at ease.
Not a big fan either of having the host entering the room every day to empty bins, open door that we left closed on purpose, ā¦
The space is not soundproof at all and you hear everything that is happening on the other side, music, phone calls, cooking, kids,⦠it is also not smellproof and our bedroom smelled like a Chinese restaurant every evening, not the best.
Lastly, bread in fridge was out of date, butter was filthy with old jam and breadcrumbs.
- Sinan (9/5): Superb -
- Fouche (7/5): Good -
- Sherling (10/5): Exceptional - Enjoyed my stay.
- Gurjinder (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bradley (10/5): Great place for a short stay - nice and quiet dead end street not much traffic no complaints
- Corrina (6/5): clean but super expensive for what it was - it was clean and the air conditioning was amazing no access to water really apart from the tap in the toilet. the lady would fill up our water in the āminibarābut didnāt bother on the last night so we didnāt have water. āBreakfastā was only cereal and bread for toast. as a gluten intolerant this wasnāt any good to me. the bread for toast was only a few slices and we ran out before the end of our stay. for the money we paid I was a bit disappointed. the photo of a mini bar is a long stretch as it was just the 1/4 loaf of bread and the bottles of water. wifi not great
- Chris (7/5): Good -
- Green (10/5): Fantastic 2 night stay. Will definitely be back - Good sized unit. Bathroom was clean and well maintained. Bedroom was great, perfect sleeping conditions. Didn't need to use the air-conditioning. Simple breakfast options, selections were great. I dont eat breakfast so didn't use the facilities, but it was nice knowing it was there. Was initially difficult to find, but the owner was very helpful and found the location easily.
- Jasmyn (9/5): went there where my partner came back from fifo and couldnāt fault them. had our own area with kitchen facilities and yo - kitchenette
quiet
lots to do around the area
comfortable
lovely hosts
- Francisca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Patrick (7/5): Comfortable quirky B&B - Comfortable bed and lounge area. Spotlessly clean. Very personable hosts. Good parking. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Difficult to locate property. Thin wall between accommodation and host's kitchen. Television sited in bedroom rather than lounge area.
- Shashi (7/5): Good -
- Dyanne (10/5): very neat clean and would recommend to any one wanting a short stay in the suburbs š - it was very clean and comfortable and I had my privacy š not a bad thing but it would be nice to have a table near the PowerPoint in the bedroom to charge our phones so we didnāt have to put them on the floor.
also if some spare pillows in the wardrobe would be great for people who have more than one pillow. also a alarm clock in the bedroom for guest that donāt have mobiles. but these are not any thing we will lose sleep over. it was still a great place to stay. š
- Ashraf (9/5): Superb -

- Christina (7/5): it was ok - fuss free no heater
- Carolyn (7/5): Good - Was quiet area Could do with top sheet and spare pillows
- Sebastien (1/5): A place where you live with people and not cozy at all - I don't even think there is one good thing about this place. It was not cozy and not friendly at all !! As soon as we walked in it was cold so we turned on the heater. We went for a quick shopping, when we came back the heater was off.... We asked him if he did something with it or maybe broke.. he answered that he turned it off on his app on his phone !!! We said to don't do that again as it is not okay !! He didn't even say sorry or anything ! We paid a lot of money to get there and he was choosing how we stay in ?!? There is only 1 little door separating our place and their house. Could hear everything from where we were. It was just not cozy and not intimate at all. There is no sink in the kitchen, so they come inside and take your plates and glasses..... you are not feeling secured and comfortable at all. And at the end when we had to leave the next day, we asked if it was possible to leave a bit later than 10 am. He asked money for it and then said but there are people coming after ?!?!.... seriously .... so we left and we didn't like anything about it, they didn't make us feel good.
- Bianca (5/5): It felt like staying in someone's house. You feel you're in the way and you don't really sleep. - The place was very clean and the furniture modern and comfortable. Breakfast was cereal with milk or toast with spreads. Passable but nothing special. The bed was SO uncomfortable. Literally the worth night sleep I've ever had!
I could hear every conversation, noise etc from next door. I was woken by their alarms and could hear every conversation as if they were in the same room. It made me extremely reluctant to make any noise or talk knowing they could hear me just as well.
- Caitlyn (10/5): - Clean and neat
- Catalina (9/5): Superb -
- Nathan (6/5): Pleasant -
- Stephen (6/5): OK as bed an breakfast but not a suite - This is a room in a house that is separated when someone stays. Felt like I was intruding
- Gary (8/5): Very good -
- Jamie (8/5): - Host was friendly, the suite suited my needs just fine.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - As a 19-year-old, I was severely mistreated by the owner of the room we stayed in. He made a comment run into the postbox across the road with my car, asked when I would be leaving and outlined where to leave the keys when we left. That was the extent of our conversation throughout my 3-day stay. The amenities weren't as advertised. There was no kitchen to use and we had to wash our dishes in the bathroom sink. No kitchen knives were provided, no dishwashing detergent, no sponge, no additional bin bags for the minuscule bin we had and only 2 water bottles for "complimentary water". I also wasn't aware that the room was shared, meaning there was a family living in the house as well. All there was dividing us and the family was an extremely thin sliding door, we could hear every move the family made and I'm sure they could hear us as well. For their "bed and breakfast" to be successful they must add soundproofing or at least a better door to separate the two areas. I don't usually leave reviews like this and I'm honestly saddened to, I didn't enjoy my stay and will not visit again.
- MICHAEL (10/5): Great stay - Was very nice and quiet. The owner is extremely helpful and polite.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Excellent place to stay. Very clean and tidy. The owner communicates really well and answers any queries quickly. Breakfast, tea, coffee supplied. Bed linen was fresh. TVs in lounge and bedroom. Nice and private. Would highly recommend. Thanks guys.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Lovely spot to stop over night, very enjoyable. Thank you
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Everything was neat and tidy.
Host was welcoming.
Basic rooms but well maintained
- Elise (10/5): - Beautifully presented, welcoming and well kitted out. It was a lovely welcome by the owner and all the amenities youād have in a self contained apartment.
- Renae (10/5): - Itās a great little place to stay. Well placed out and clean. Owners are very helpful. Will be back for sure. Thank you.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - its a little small and no kitchen facilities for washing dishes or filling the kettle as it doesnt fit under the bathroom tap.
very clean and easy access to property. Very secure and friendly owners. You can hear them through the walls. No eating area.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - After staying at this property overnight, we found the accommodation very clean & presentable, on the down side we found the doona rather thin with no other blankets & only two pillows, we were also shocked & very unsettled to find a camera in the corner of the small living room connected to the bedroom watching our every move! Is this normal in air B&Bās??....after finding mouldy bread waiting for our breakfast & a fridge stocked with minimal food that did not look like the one shown in the advertised photos,we will not be returning
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Alex was very friendly and helpful. Everything was beautifully clean and obviously a lot of thought has gone into what is provided for the guests. Only thing that could improve is the bed. It was not very comfortable but it could easily be fixed with one of those memory foam mattress toppers that you can get from Spotlight. That would transform that bed into something like you would find in an expensive hotel and make the stay just perfect!
- PANG (6/5): An Ordinary Stay Experience - W are pleased with the cleanliness. My spouse was complaining about lack of face towels, shower cap and conditioner etc. There was no change of towel and bed sheet on the second day as well. We are not sure this is the standards for B&B. services?
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Liked having own ensuite, and separate lounge area, T.V. could of been in lounge area instead of bedroom.
- danielle (8/5): comfy caversham - once located was a comfortable stay. great host and very accomodating. nice facilities
- Fernando (10/5): Very Tidy Place - Two hands up to this owner they are hospitable and nice couple.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice place, friendly host - Decent and good.
Will go again
