- daviddJ3376XE (10/5): This is a very reasonably priced hotel, situated very close to the centre of Moscow. - The location is directly across the Moskva River from the Kremlin and it is an easy (and picturesque) walk to either Red Square or the entrance to the Kremlin. The hotel itself is clean and well-laid out. The front desk staff are courteous and professional. The restaurant on the bottom floor serves good food for a reasonable price.

I really like the old building, very beautiful redesigned of my room. Very closed and I walked to Kremlin, St. Basil Church... Nice area around the corner for foods, drinks. Very nice customer service. Very comfortable.

- 309gayleb (10/5): Great Clean Hotel - Me and my son stayed here for 5 nights, the hotel was clean and very close to Red Square and the Kremlin - opposite it in fact. The room had a fridge and microwave which was so useful as we went to the local supermarket, about 7 minutes up the road, and bought food. The staff could all speak English which to us was a bonus. The breakfast is in a cafe underneath the hotel rooms, we used the cafe a few times as was open until 11pm. Our room overlooked a courtyard with a beautiful small church in it. Extremely close to all places of interest. I would recommend this hotel. We enjoyed staying there.
- Bader (2/5): Worst rooms I ever never seen - Be careful the rooms they show at the site it's not the rooms you get in real. By my arrival at 29.8.19 I was surprised to see a room that dogs dont want to sleep there.they did not accept to change a room and they didn't accept let me to talk to the manager .I decided to go to other hotel.

- Anders (6/5): Very good location - but..... - Stayed several nights. Very small room - a chalenge to even fit two sutcases in the room. No elevator. Very noisy with frequent noisy church ceremonies, heavy construction work and poor sound insulation between rooms. Very friendly staff and hotel in good location for sightseeing.

Ground floor windows only partially covered by blinds face the tiny yard used as parking. Disturbance by lights and engines turning on/off with door slamming and noisy conversations right outside the window.

- Barbara (10/5): Possibly the best located hotel in Moscow. - Nestled between two epic buildings this neat little boutique hotel is directly opposite the last tower of the Kremlin at the St Basils cathedral end. A perfect site for planning all your sight seeing. Friendly staff and clean rooms. We had a wonderful time.

The location is excellent, However due to construction work we had to go around .So it was a 15 to 20 min walk to red square. There is a kettle in the room with some tea bags .There was no coffee . The staff were very helpful .Highly recommended .

- BuretaSki (10/5): Great Hotel - Great little hidden hotel close (easy walking distance) to all the Moscow tourist sites like Kremlin, Red Square etc. Good size clean rooms, comfortable beds, good clean bathroom. But the best thing is the downstairs cafe, bar, restaurant. Has a great menu, does an excellent cheap breakfast, and the evening meal is also very good, after a big day doing the tourist sites, its a welcoming place to relax, (except maybe they should not have rubbish programs on TV at loud volume.
- FrankRizz0 (8/5): Decent value hotel with some catches - This hotel is good value for money and at first glance in a great location just across the river from the Red Square, Kremlin etc. However there are a few catches with this. It does actually take longer than you think to get across and the other thing is that the closest metro station is some way away. Other than this the triple room we had was very comfortable and spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful here although having to pay 100 roubles for a tourist map wasn't ideal. There are nice restaurants not too far away towards the closest metro station. The onsite restaurant is a OK for breakfast but nothing special.

The only problem is that the rooms are not as seen on the pics and don't include all the services that posted by the hotel (for example: there is no safe, nor in the rooms and nor in the reception table)
- ginsengNewYork (8/5): LOVELY BUDGET HOTEL WITH FABULOUS LOCATION - Stayed here during winter holidays. Great value and fabulous location on the left bank of the Moskova, across from the Kremlin and St Basil cathedral, and close to the Tretiakov galleries and Gorki park. It is located inside a courtyard, next door to a small and delightful monastery. Rooms are very comfortable, large enough and even equipped with microwave, electric teapot and some cutlery. In the winter, the heat is almost unbearable and cannot be adjusted. Hence you have to leave the windows open to be able to breathe. Staff is young, very helpful and congenial, bringing your luggage upstairs, as there is no elevator. There is a nice little restaurant downstairs where you can also have an inexpensive if plain breakfast. The hotel provides Visa invitation for your whole stay (including all other hotels you will visit, in and outside Moscow. Just make sure everything has been spelled correctly ). All in all, a very good value, quite comfortable hotel, with 5 star English-speaking staff! Thank you! We'll be back!

They tried to help with everything possible especially in a place that most of the people live in dont speak English at all. We had not had such a good time staying at the hotel for a long time. Highly recommend!

This hotel is really in an ideal position for the main tourist spots and approximately 500 m from the British embassy.

- jorgecO6793IX (6/5): Confortable, no lift, good location? - Aparent good location in Moscow, close to the Red Square, but pay attention: many times the bridge is closed for events, so you can't cross and then it will be a long way to the center! The room was OK, new and clean, well decorated. The hotel has no lift. So we think is not suitable to travel with aged people, children, or heavy luggage.

A few minutes walk away from the Kremlin and Red Square and other sights easily accessible via lovely riverside walks or public transport/taxi.
- manunited45 (8/5): Good basic three star hotel - This is a simple, clean and well equipped three star hotel. Modern enough, but not luxurious. Rooms sleep two or three-small rooms. Modern small bathroom, shower only. Reception is helpful but non-Russian is difficult. Great and convenient position. Safe. No concierge. Restaurant in the basement. At the right price I would go back.
- Jo_Aberdeen_UK (8/5): Great location, good place to stay - Spent 2 nights here for a short trip to Moscow. Location is great for visiting Red Square and the Kremlin, which are only a short walk across the bridge of around 15-20 minutes. The staff were helpful, room was clean and comfortable and there is a restaurant downstairs serving good meals, alcohol and breakfast. Wifi worked well. Hotel loaned us umbrellas when it rained and arranged a taxi to take us to the airport when we left. Good stay.
- shovikb (10/5): Great location , great hotel - This is indeed a great hotel, prices are a bit steep because of the world cup but overall satisfied with the modern rooms and cleanliness. It's right on the embankment of the Moskva river and you can see the walls of the Kremlin from the road outside. Its adjoining an orthodox church complex so be prepared to be woken up by bells and hymns specially on a Sunday morning. But overall, very satisfied with the staff and the stay.

Superbly located close to Red Square, with a large room that comes with fridge, microwave and basic eating utensils so you can self-cater breakfast (and more I guess if you really needed to). The beds are wonderfully firm, towels changed daily and linen every few days. Free wifi is good, and the staff are friendly. Nothing to complain about, but lots to recommend it highly!

- KRDeal (8/5): Good Value, Friendly, but Basic hotel. - This hotel is great value for the location, just 10 minutes walking distance to Red Square, on Baltschug Island. The staff was friendly. Do be aware however the rooms are relatively basic, if quite modern and the hotel has no kitchen facilities at all, so no breakfast or food of any type is available.
