Guest Reviews
- Linda (9/5): Great location! - Great location, staff were really helpful and friendly. Bed was so comfy. Room was really small (but had everything I needed).
- Helen (4/5): Wouldn’t stay here again and will not be recommending it to family or friends! - Closeness to the airport. Far too expensive for the size of the rooms, which are VERY compact!
The bin hadn’t been emptied from the previous occupants. There was what appeared to be bogies on the ceiling, not sure how on earth they got there!
A continental type breakfast (croissant, yogurt, fruit and a drink) was handed to me in a paper bag, I wasn’t asked if I had any allergies! On check out the staff didn’t even ask if I had enjoyed my stay, which is a standard question usually!
A very disappointing stay and I’ve paid less in central London!
- Nina (9/5): -
- Andrew (8/5): Very practical solution for early departure from terminal 3 -
- Noel (6/5): -
- Janet (8/5): - Appreciated the easy chair in the room and space around both sides of the bed.
- Kim (5/5): Was convenient and bed was comfortable but I found the room very clostrophobic! - Convenient The room was too small and it took me ages to sort the air con out
- Mike (9/5): -
- Jayne (2/5): Expensive for a shoe box - Very close to Terminal only a few minutes walk away. Felt like I was in a shoe box. No windows and Bed touched the door when you opened it and could only get out of the bed one side. Had to close the bathroom door when having a shower as was told it could set the fire alarm off! Food offered was grab and go only.
Would not recommend for the money.
- Robert (8/5): - It was perfect for what we needed
- Nicola (10/5): -
- David (6/5): -
- Steven (8/5): -
- Carol (9/5): -
- Dominic (6/5): A hotel without windows - Easy access to the terminal They need to make it more clear that this hotel has no windows in the rooms.
- Jemma (4/5): - The location was perfect to fly from T3 The room had no window, no air was flowing even though it had air con. The green light on the smoke alarm was extremely bright. The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable.
- Barbara (8/5): - It weas perfectly located for us.
- Mitchell (7/5): It was a good location - No window

- Ian (8/5): -
- Janis (8/5): great spot to spend the night before an early flight - Location is the main selling point - within the airport buidings, non security side obviously. The room had everything I needed, apart from space - it was advertised as being small and it was. But that was fine for the purpose of my visit nothingg, it was all as expected
- Amanda (10/5): Just what we needed after a 13 hr flight from Hong Kong - Right after arrivals Nothing
- Tracy (5/5): Overpriced bu convenient. - Location Charged me 50 pounds to check in a couple of hours early. Room was already ready.
- Ennio (8/5): -
- LUIS MARIO (10/5): -
- Aidan (6/5): Poor quality breakfast, low value for money - Room was perfect Breakfast was the poorest I've ever experienced. Everything packed in plastic.
- Richard (1/5): Worst hotel room I have ever paid for - It’s right in Terminal 3 Room like a box, very small, no window, no soundproofing, very bright green light on all the time, water not hot, half drunk bottle of water left, shower didn’t drain properly
- Anthony (10/5): Nice clean room with good facilities, location was second to none. - Good facilities/ location Price
- Steve (8/5): much better than i expected - very comfortable bed, and the staff were really helpful and friendly
there was a communal area with a half decent coffee machine
2 bottles of water in room no window, bit small
- warren (8/5): -
- Jennifer (6/5): Convenient for Terminal 3 departures. - Proximity to Terminal 3 at Heathrow Airport. Room was clean. Our room was very small and had no window.
- M (10/5): I’d love to answer this if I could read it - I don’t speak French English only

- neil (9/5): -
- Jonathan (10/5): -
- Mark (2/5): Read above - The room was little more than a small box, literally NO room to swing a cat. The poor creature would have had its head completely battered. Read above
- Pamela (10/5): - Very handy for early flights. Very pleasant experience.
- Olivia (6/5): Average all round for the price - Close to checking in at terminal 3 Family room was a good size but double room was so tiny
- Poppy (6/5): Overpriced Convinence - Very good location, easy check in, staff very friendly Very noisy, can hear every door close, for £280 incredibly basic with not even a smart TV.
- susan (8/5): -
- Michael (8/5): - Great location for a flight out in the morning, and very quiet. There is no signage at the departure section of T3. When you take the Express train and get off the elevator in the plaza you are facing the departure section. A sign with an arrow would be of help. I asked 3 airport staff members if they could direct me to the hotel, and none had ever heard of it. One was kind enough to call the security office, and was told to walk along the building until I was under the skybridge to the parking area, and look for a door with hotel on it. That proved correct, and there was sufficient signage in Arrivals for directions, but not departures.
- Brian (8/5): Terminal 3 recharge - Functional room and good shower to catch an early flight. Resented high cost of room.
- Jill (8/5): - Great location Small shower
- Janet (6/5): -
- Kristopher (9/5): - A tiny well thought out room. Had everything I needed.
Comfortable bed. Perfect location for flying out of Terminal 3. Very expensive for what it was.
- Aderoju (7/5): -
- Daniel Whiffen (8/5): -
- Gillian (5/5): A very cramped and unpleasant night’s sleep. - Proximity to the airport terminal. Cleanliness. Everything was provided. The room was very small and had no windows.
- Dawn (5/5): Expensive won’t stay here again re rooms are cupboards - Ideal in Terminal 3 for Location Rooms are tiny no windows basically a double bed against the wall suitcase just fit end of bed about an inch or two when open door from bed once squashed against the wall water leaks from the bathroom into the room when have a shower as a wet cupboard as bathroom also tiny
- Jon (9/5): Convenient on site accommodatio - Convenient location, comfortable room with good sized en-suite .
- Johnson Charlotte (10/5): Manchester united - Really friendly great service, we will be coming back to stay again.
- Gabriela (7/5): Ok but too expensive - Was very close to the terminal A hotel with no windows , feeling like being in a box
- Jose Paulo (8/5): - Location Price
- elisabeth (10/5): - Clean Bit expensive
- Gary (9/5): Perfect airport based hotel - Location
Staff showing me how I can use the app to save money N/a
- sue (8/5): -
- Chris (9/5): Very nice and clean airport hotel that offers 2 beds. - Location, location, location. Terminal 2 is a bit of a hike and T5 requires a train. But a thousand times better than staying downtown London, getting up early and having to stress about the traffic driving to the airport.
- Denise (9/5): Convenient , comfortable - The convenience I struggled to put card in slot for the lighting. I didn’t like the lack of a window at first
- Carol (8/5): -
- Steven (7/5): -
- Alison (8/5): - Closeness to terminal & clean comfortable room Nothing
- Tracy (7/5): Very convenient, beds very comfortable, room very small. - Very convenient No restaurant or bar, long walk to departures, very limited! Compared to other airport hotels around the world very poor!
- Michael (7/5): It was ok - clean and convenient once we found the place - No breakfast but great location Mains power socket in bedroom didn’t work
Hotel not at all clearly marked in terminal 3 - very hard to find
- Heidi (6/5): -
- Marie (8/5): Excellent, comfortable stay in the airport. - My husband and I loved the convenience of being in the terminal for our flight the next day. I had the best nights sleep as the room have no 'sensory input'. There are no windows so no light, and there was no noise. It was very peaceful. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. Excellent.

- TOSHIHIKO (6/5): 夜着いて翌朝早朝移動には最適なホテル - 駅中なので便利だった シャワールームに段差が無く、水が直ぐに溢れてしまう
- Christy (3/5): Not worth the price u pay - Very poor especially when it cost so much to stay
- Leonardo (1/5): - Nothing The worst hotel I ever been to...
- Yazid (7/5): - It's location to Heathrow terminal 3 is ideal if you have an early flight. Generally comfortable accommodation with all the necessary needs The room was too crammed for space meant for a very short stay only.
