• Paul (10/5): - It's in an ideal part of levante main strip. Its quiet compared to other apartments I've stayed in. It is very spacious with two bedrooms. It's ideal, but there's work being done on the building at the moment so drilling etc from 9 during the week but cant be helped.
• Green (3/5): - The apartment was nice and spacious The bathroom smelt foisty n mouldy the place was filthy building work was going on which I was not told about and no bedding for bed just a sheet I was cold I sent the owner pictures of how dirty the place was and about the building work n no bedding she said she was sorry and didn't reply to my messages I paid a lot of money for a wks stay I'm not happy

• MJ (3/5): Disappointed 😞 - The location was good very central. The apartment was not clean. We saw cockroaches. We reported this & window not closing no-one came out hence my friend ended up covered in bites. There should have been 3 beds but was 2 beds & a couch. This is a 1 bedroom apartment with bed 2 on a comverted balcony. Live wires showing from kitchen socket. Pictures shown were not the apartment we stayed in. Very poor customer service from Benidorm Rentals. No part refund offered so pursuing this directly.

• Karen (9/5): Lovely apartment in the perfect location, easy access to the beach, old town and the strip. - The location was perfect, instructions to collect keys were very accurate, lovely little apartment everything we needed, would definitely come back again. A little noisy but you would expect that with the perfect location, didn’t stop us sleeping or wouldn’t put us off booking again.

• Paul (9/5): Superb - Apartment was great , good central location to pubs and entertainment in levante. Apartment was clean, spacious and had all the amenities you need. Room 3 has two bedrooms. It had a sliding glass window adjacent to bedroom two. It would be better if this was a solid sound proofed wall . When it came to handing a set of keys in, the map location was five years old and not very precise.no one would answer the office phone no, I tried many times.
