Perfect if you’re a couple that just wants to relax but with child friendly areas as well. The food and drink were phenomenal! When choosing an all inclusive, my expectations for food and drink were average but it really felt like eating at top quality restaurants when it came to food and alcoholic drinks rather than an all inclusive hotel. Finally, the staff were lovely! There was always someone coming around regardless of where you were in the hotel to make sure you had a drink, fruit, or anything else. In previous photos we’d seen the hotel had a swim up bar with a beautiful view and came to find that had been remodelled to just a tree in the center which was a bit disappointing.

- Duygu (9/5): Luxus und Entspannung pur - Das Personal im Hotel war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Schon beim Check-in wurde man herzlich begrüßt und bei kleinen Anliegen sofort unterstützt. Unser Kissen war etwas zu hart – es wurde direkt ausgetauscht. Auch ein zusätzlicher Bademantel für unser Kind wurde ohne Zögern gebracht, was wir wirklich toll fanden. Das Essen in den Restaurants war durchweg sehr lecker und von höchster Qualität. Besonders schön war, dass man am Strand direkt bestellen konnte – die Getränke und kleinen Snacks wurden schnell und freundlich serviert. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, und auch die Liegen am Pool und Strand in hervorragendem Zustand. Das Kinderprogramm wurde mit viel Engagement durchgeführt, und das Team dort war unglaublich herzlich und kompetent. Unser Kind hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch bei kleinen Missverständnissen, etwa beim Transfer, wurde sofort freundlich reagiert und alles schnell geklärt – das spricht sehr für den guten Service. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in einer gepflegten Anlage mit toller Atmosphäre und wunderbar hilfsbereitem Personal. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Die Zimmer waren leider etwas hellhörig, sodass man Gespräche und Geräusche vom Flur gut mitbekam.

Ogromne podziekowania naleza sie naszym opiekunkom. Byly naprawde niezawodne, reagowaly bardzo szybko na wszelkie pytania, zgloszenia - Julide i Tetiana. We wrzesniu zimna woda w basenach wiec dzieci nie mogly i przede wszystkim nie chcialy w niej plywac. Identyczna sytuacja w odniesieniu do basenie przy pokoju.

- Anastasia (1/5): Very unsafe place incase you get sick !! I guess I eat something at the Opa restaurant! - Your resort is Not safe if you get sick very unsafe ! I got sick dehydrated from severe diarrhoea and you did nothing ! Only telling me that the pharmacies around there were closed due to weekend you should provide me medicine for the diarrhoea to stop ! I got so dehydrated that was very dangerous for my health ! Me and my niece checked in on the 5th of September late afternoon all inclusive Laguna Deluxe swim up partly sea view. We had late lunch around 18:00 at the Opa restaurant. Next morning Diarrhea started all day. I asked for a pharmacy but the were closed due to weekend. The diarrhea continued for the second day. I called the nurse of the Hotel and he said that I was dehydrated and he suggested to go to the hospital so they can check my sodium and my potassium since I lost so much electrolytes . This Resort is very UNSAFE in case of emergency I guess they don't care . Pharmacies in Bodrum center were open.i needed medication such as Loperamid ( diarrhea relief and Almora for dehydration.

- Erman (10/5): - Ich habe einige negative Bewertungen zum Lujo Hotel Bodrum gelesen, die ich ehrlich gesagt nicht nachvollziehen kann. Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich toll: Service und Essen waren ausgezeichnet, alles sehr lecker. Auch der Ausblick und der Strand waren ein Highlight. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich unsere Assistentin Jülide. Sie war unglaublich aufmerksam und hat sich sehr bemüht. Ein großes Lob an sie. Sie hat uns sogar einen Tag in einer Cabana geschenkt und den Rücktransfer zum Flughafen organisiert. Zusätzlich durften wir auch noch im Shibora, dem asiatischen Restaurant, aufs Haus essen. Das war ein absolutes Highlight. Dass das Hotel sich über eine gute Bewertung freut, ist klar und meiner Meinung nach auch völlig verdient. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt großartig. Wenn ich wieder ein gutes Angebot bekomme, komme ich sehr gerne zurück. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Obwohl der Strand mit weißem Sand aufgefüllt wurde, kamen an einigen Stellen, besonders auf der linken Seite vom Strand , viele Steine durch. Das hat beim Gehen etwas gestört.

- Andrei (5/5): - Отдали погладить вещи - потеряли рубашку супруги, даже не извинились и не компенсировали ничего, сказали ничего небыло((((( Попросили подать побыстрее еду тк спешим в аэропорт, ждали 50 минут кусок мяса , как и не дождались - уехали голодные и многое другое..... Отель очень устал, ржавчина, текут потолки, кондиционеры , воняет кошачий мочей в 1 из лифтов. Итог , качество не соответствует цене, требует реновации и работе с персоналом . 2 раз там, на этот раз точно последний.

- Nina (10/5): - Очень удивлена, что качество еды и сервиса при такой загрузке отеля на очень высоком уровне. Все рестораны с безупречным сервисом (а нам есть чем сравнивать, до этого жили в других двух отелях, этой же категории). Кухня тоже на высоком уровне, сбалансированное меню, большое разнообразие как ресторанов, так и локаций. Шикарный пляж, идеальное море в этот сезон. Ребёнку было очень интересно в Kids Club, не могли оттуда вытащить, хотя до этого не могли заставить ходить в других отелях в Kids Club. Была удивлена столь низкой оценкой на букинге, но рискнула, по совету подруги – и это действительно был лучший из трёх отелей в эту поездку. Также хочу отметить прекрасный сервис Батлеров, ресепшена и сотрудников зоны спа. Не понравился номер, в котором мы проживали. Очень не продумано всё, мало места, он совершенно не подходит для пяти человек, хоть и называется семейным.
- Ahmet (3/5): Disappointment - Location is quite convenient, very close to Bodrum airport. We liked the beach and sea, it was clear with a blue flag. Moreover, the Japanese restaurant among others was very nice, eye catching view and delicious food. 1)we booked hotel's own transfer from airport to hotel to make it smooth. we paid 165 € for 20 min trip. However, no body met us at the airport, we waited for more than 10 minutes (with our 8 month old baby) under sun next to smoking area for vehicle to pick us up. No body helped us with our luggage and stroller. 2)the hotel is full of elevators and escalators, and do not have enough buggy. We spent more than 2 hours in 4 days to wait for buggy. They direct you to use escalators, but having a baby with stroller, escalation should not be used. what they are doing is illegal and against safety rules. Our baby puked while waiting for buggy for 30 minutes under sun 3)I asked them in advance to make ready baby stuff in our room. They brough humidifier instead of baby bottle sterilizer. I told that is not a sterilizer but they insisted couple of times that machine is sterilizer!! They forced me use a humidifier as a sterilizer. At the end, I sent them a picture showing that machine is a humidifier, then they brought me right machine. But you could understand how ignorant and negligent the staff there. If I was not that much persistent they would make me use humidifier as sterilizer, which could significant hurt health of my baby. 4)we asked them to prepare foods for baby (boiled and mashed vegetables, etc) once they send rice which was not boiled enough and hard. It could have caused by baby to choke. Luckily, we noticed rice was raw and we didnt feed our baby with that. 5)we asked them in advance to make room really clean, without any dust since our baby is allergic to dust. But the floor was so dirty that we had to clean all room ourselves before letting baby to crawl. All in all, if you have a baby with stroller, this hotel is a nightmare. Coming from London - with lots of advertisements on black cabs - Lujo was full of disappointments and frustration. I do not recommend anyone to even think about this hotel.

- Anna (8/5): - Понравился пляж и море, вкусное питание - хотя, конечно, а ля карт специфично и непривычно для Турции, обычно на всегда отдыхали ранее по системе все включено "Шведский стол". Но, нужно отдать должное, что все очень вкусно и быстро готовят. Понравился сервис на пляже: только ты подходишь - тебе сразу подбирают лежак, растилают полотенца, а также приносят быстро все напитки и перекусы с бара. Понравились служба ассистенов - очень внимательные и оперативно решают любые запросы. У нас были Дарья и Михаил - выражаем м большую благодарность. -Слабая анимационная программа, абсолютно не интересные вечерние программы, детский клуб вообще слабый. -Существенные доплаты за некоторые рестороны на ужин, например, за мясной ресторан 100Евро +11% сбор при том, что было оплачено уже питание по ситстеме "Все включено". -Не понравилась територия - постоянно бегаешь по экскалаторам - пока дойдешь до номера, уже заблудился - очень запутанная логистика( При этом вообще негде погулять..., все на склонах. -Дорогой сервис катания на всех водных видах спорта. например, на джетски покататься 15 минут стоит 175 Евро +11% сбор. В соседних отелях эти же услуги стоят намного дешевле(
- Ahmed (8/5): Very nice and very confortable luxurious hotel,well located and pleasant - Nice room, beautiful beach. Large and varied swimming pools. Clean and confortable facilities with beautiful views. A few minutes drive from Guvercinlink Staff at reception desk was cold (gentlemen). Not very supportive and arrogants. Check out not very friendly and could be improved and made more friendly. Check in was nice. Food and services at the hotel were largely overpriced (spa snd restaurants) although of good quality.

- Kamil (9/5): Ein luxuriöser Aufenthalt mit traumhafter Lage, erstklassigem Service, exzellentem Essen und vielen unvergesslichen Mome - Zimmer sehr luxuriös und von bester Qualität, traumhafte Terrasse mit wunderschönem Ausblick. All-Inclusive-À-la-carte-Angebot und Restaurants auf höchstem Niveau. Persönlicher Service durch zwei Assistenten hervorragend. Opa Beach Club mit Musik, Essen, Liegen und Meerzugang genial. Mehrere Pools im gesamten Resort, ruhige Zonen mit tollen Infinity-Pools. Kleinigkeiten wie teils längere Wartezeiten auf den Buggy-Service. Wir hätten uns etwas mehr landestypisches Flair und lokale Musik gewünscht, um das Gefühl der Türkei stärker zu erleben. Das Publikum ist überwiegend international, und die Extra-Aktivitäten fanden wir im Vergleich sehr hochpreisig. Ansonsten absolut nichts Negatives, ein perfekter Aufenthalt mit vielen unvergesslichen Momenten.

- Sirin (9/5): Hoewel het hotel zelf luxe en verzorgd was, vonden wij het aanbod aan entertainment wat tegenvallen. - Wat mij erg beviel aan de accommodatie, is dat al het personeel bijzonder vriendelijk was. Het eten was voortreffelijk en alles was zeer schoon en luxe ingericht. Wat wij als een grote tegenvaller hebben ervaren, was het avondprogramma. Iedere avond bestond uitsluitend uit concerten, zonder afwisseling met indrukwekkende shows waar je echt geboeid naar kijkt. We hebben in vergelijkbare hotels verbleven waar het entertainment van een veel hoger niveau was. Helaas vonden zowel wij als onze kinderen het avondprogramma saai. De muziek sprak veel gasten niet aan, omdat het vaak onbekende nummers betrof. Alleen om deze reden zouden wij niet snel opnieuw voor deze accommodatie kiezen. Ook de Kids Club stelde helaas teleur. Onze kinderen hadden er weinig plezier en raakten al snel verveeld. Dat was jammer om te zien. Een ander minpunt was dat je voor het avondeten een dag van tevoren moest reserveren. Wanneer je dit niet tijdig deed, was er vaak geen plek meer of kon je pas op een zeer laat tijdstip dineren. Hierdoor waren wij genoodzaakt te kiezen voor de à-la-carterestaurants waarvoor een extra toeslag werd gevraagd.

Высокий уровень комфорта . Украли 200 евро из сейфа, вышли из номера на 2 часа и не проверили сейф . Руководство отели ничего искать не стали. Ничего не предложили в качестве компенсации. Вообще повели себя так как будто ничего не произошло. Оказывается в этом отеле это практикуется часто. Туалеты в общественных зонах убирать нужно получше и почаще , огромный поток туристов

- German (7/5): Overhyped Intsagrammable stay that will try to charge you for Anything and Everything - It’s very stylish and instagramable, however it is overrated and should coust in the region of 5k per week, not what it is now. They try to imotate other luxury hotels with their joy advisers that are supposed to help you w everything, but their work is kinda slow and they do not reply very fast sometimes. Also cleaning staff is quite aggressive even if you have a do not disturb sign switched on they still try to enter without knocking, which is unacceptable. Also they randomly started poisoning insects one day without any notice throughout the hotel, and didn’t inform anyone etc (smelled horribly). They do have nice transfer cars available for additional charge like maybach etc. the room is ok, but for the money i would expect smth like a 90m2 room at the least. Also the hotel is quite loud w all the music and neighbouring hotels stage facing lujo directly, so during shows you will basically listen to 2 shows at the same time. They have 4 beaches, 1 of which is opa (w afrobeats music and sushis etc) shisha is not included in all inclusive and sunbeds are always full on this beach, so if you want to come there you should get a bed at like 7am before everyone. Other beaches are full of kids and the only quite option is for 500 eur per day, when you buy yourself a cabana additionally. I don’t know, i think overall it’s a beautiful hotel but located on the mountain you have elevators that break all the time so you have to walk alot and all the above problems, in my opinion if i go to a hotel like that i should relax and not think about all that. In the end when checked out we were also charged an additional service charge which was basically a hidden payment for every extra service we used, which we were not inform of in advance so also soso situation. Overall, i think i would prefer other luxury hotels next time bc to be honest lujo is overhyped. Fair price should be lower and if you’re willing to pay double for the hype, then this is your hotel.

- Nazira (9/5): Все прекрасно спасибо - В отеле Lujo понравилось все… больше персонал и чистота в номере, номер находился чуть дальше от пляжа, но вид с номера очень красивый. Вид на море очень шикарный. Спасибо отдельное менеджеру Марине и Анне которые нас курировали во время всего нашего отдыха. Сам отель очень большой, несколько пляжей, для взрослых для детей и с родителями с детьми тоже отдельный пляж. Песок море было прекрасным. Вода немного прогрелась но прохладная, греется ближе к 12:00 думаю в августе самое прекрасное время для купания. В объекте понравилось больше всего множества шикарных и красивых ресторанов это GAIA,где было невероятно вкусно и открывался красивый вид на море, также официанты в ресторане KOZA доброжелательные девочки и приятные, это Сандугаш, Айгерим и Корлан… прекрасные девочки, все объяснили где, какая еда и и рассказали как выбирать рестораны и по какому предпочтению гостя. Менеджер Марина сделала нам апгрейд номера с видом на море, очень приятно понравилось нам, очень был красивый номер все как положено на высоте. Еще не раз вернемся теперь с детьми. Цена качество слишком завышено.
