The apartment is in a great location and features a beautiful terrace with an amazing view over the Benidorm skyline and the surrounding mountains. Everything is easily accessible on foot. It's close to the tram, making it easy to travel to nearby cities such as Altea and L'Albir. Loved it! N/A
• Erik (10/5): Geweldige locatie en goede gastheer aan Diego. - Fantastische locatie en prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Rustig gelegen, goed bereikbaar met de auto en toch 'midden in waar hét gebeurt'. Ideaal voor vanuit hier Benidorm te verkennen. Appartement was comfortabel, goed uitgerust en schoon. Met airco, wasmachine en vaatwasser en winkels genoeg op loopafstand. (Consum) Je kan hier dan ook gerust langere tijd verblijven. Auto kan op eigen privé plek in parkeergarage worden gezet. Niets. Voor herhaling vatbaar!
• Ann (10/5): - The communal areas of the complex (pool, tennis courts, paddle tennis court, soccer field, and heated pool). The sea views, the decor, and the cleanliness of the apartment. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. They left us coffee and tea. The owner was very helpful and friendly.
• INDRA (10/5): - Tuve la suerte de que el anfitrión me reubicó en un piso del mismo tamaño en una planta muy alta, con unas vistas increíbles a toda la ciudad y al mar. El piso original me había encantado pero el nuevo más si cabe, con un mobiliario de calidad, decoración muy bonita, limpio y muy práctico y cómodo. La comodidad de tener plaza de garaje, las zonas comunes son enormes llenas de jardines.... me ha encantado. Diego el anfitrión siempre muy atento y pendiente de que no me faltara de nada. Ha sido un lujo y volveré.

Nuevo, moderno, limpio y lleno de detalles, la urbanización es ideal para familias con niños, con piscina con socorrista, parque infantil, campo de fútbol... Está en un sitio muy tranquilo pero a 5 minutos de la playa y a 10 del centro, no movimos el coche del garaje. Diego el anfitrión muy atento. Gracias
• Nadja (7/5): - Diego was always quick to respond to our inquiries, which we really appreciated. He was helpful and communicative throughout our stay, making everything easy and smooth. The apartment itself was well-equipped with all the essentials needed for a long stay. While everything was in place and functional, the furnishings and amenities were quite simple—nothing fancy, but practical and sufficient for a comfortable visit. The location is conveniently situated close to several grocery stores, making food shopping easy, and there are plenty of local pubs, cafes, and a few discos within walking distance. It’s a lively area with lots to explore, both during the day and in the evenings. The only issue we encountered was with the electricity, unfortunately, we couldn’t use multiple high-powered appliances at the same time, as this would cause the power to trip. While this was a bit inconvenient at times, it didn’t significantly impact our overall stay.

It's very well located near the beach and downtown, yet in a very quiet spot. The owner let us check in early and was kind enough to come the night before we left to return our deposit because we were leaving very early in the morning. He also left us welcome gifts like coffee and tea. We'll be back! Everything was perfect

• Emily (10/5): Fantastic host, property & location! - The host was amazing from before I’d even got there right through to the end! Diego couldn’t do enough and is full of advice/tips if you need it! The little touches were amazing, the property is exactly as pictured, such a perfect place to stay - genuinely never had such a warm welcome from any host! Nothing! The weather was great, the pool doesn’t open until June sadly! But the beach is close enough!
