• Sefa (6/5): Temiz ve rahat - Konumu çok iyiydi fakat kahvaltısı zayıftı. Sıcak su makinesi yoktu, ısıtıcı ile veriyorlar. Meyve çeşidi çok azdı. Check out çok erken.

Çalışanlar da çok yardımcı ve konukseverler. Özellikle (adını hatırlayamadım ne yazık ki) restoran kısmındaki hanımefendi. Çok güzel Türkçe konuşuyor. Çıkış yapacağımız gün uçağımız erkendi ve kahvaltı edemeyecektik. Sağolsun bize bir kahvaltı paketi hazırlamış yanımızda götürmemiz için, kendimi evimde gibi hissettim. Çok tatlıydı.

Most importantly, the two staff's Mirnela and Tarik were Amazing!!! They looked after us and made sure everything was good because treated us like VIP. Also, the morning breakfast was GREAT (8-10am) My humble request to the Manager is to REWARD or PROMOTE them (Mirnela and Tarik) for their hardwork towards the guest because they deserve it truly.

Sehr nettes Personal, konnte unseren Van direkt vor der Türe um € 15/Tag parken. Umfangreiches Frühstück, sehr empfehlenswerte Location. Vielleicht der Straßenlärm, aber wer zentral wohnen möchte muss auch mit Lärm rechnen..

Ein Wasserrohr (??) machte bis in die Nacht Geräusche. Die Zimmer sind - im Gegensatz zum Allgemeinbereich - schon relativ abgewohnt. In der Minibar waren leere Getränke bzw war ein Getränk mit Leitungswasser nachgefüllt. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts, aber man hätte Nachschauen müssen bei der Reinigung. Der Display des Lichts/Klimaanlagensteuerung ist wirklich hell = Schlafmaske mitnehmen. 😀

Die Altstadt lag quasi vor der - Die Lage war fantastisch, das Personal war toll und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer, dass eine gute Größe hatte. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Unser Zimmer war etwas hellhörig, sodass man die Straßenbahn vor der Haustür vorbeifahren hörte. Der Kaffee am Morgen war mir persönlich zu bitter, ansonsten tolles Frühstück mit sehr guter Auswahl.

• Vicki (9/5): Top, ik zou dit zeker aanraden! - Mooi modern hotel, uitstekende ligging: aan de overkant van de straat kan je de oude stad in wandelen. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Erg proper. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Als ik dan toch iets ‘minder’ moet zeggen: bed was wat aan de harde kant en tram die soms passeert en een klein beetje geluidsoverlast zou kunnen veroorzaken. Beide waren niet erg storend voor mij, maar misschien zijn andere mensen hier gevoeliger voor.

• m4ttys (8/5): Very good centrally located hotel - Have just returned from a 3-night stay at Hotel Sana and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. I had a room on the top floor (room 402) which had windows in the ceiling, and it was nice to look at the stars from the bed. The room itself was a decent size with plenty of storage and a safe in the wardrobe. The bed is firm (which I like), but all pillows were very soft which if you like firm pillows will take quite a few adjustments to get comfortable. The bathroom was modern, clean and had the option to have a rainfall shower or a handheld shower head. The cleaning staff fully stocked the bathroom each day with little shower gels, shampoos, and conditioners. Understandably there is outside noise you can hear in the room due to the hotel’s central location. Trams rumble past the hotel from early morning into the late evening which if you are light sleeper might disturb you. However, the location of the hotel cannot be faulted as you are just across the street from the old town and have fantastic restaurants, cafes and all the attractions within a short walking distance. The selection at breakfast was great – it ranged from hot and cold options, pastries, fruits, coffees, teas and juices. My main criticism is that the breakfast starts from 8am, and I had fully packed my days with most of my activities/day trips starting at 8am so I only got to enjoy breakfast once during my stay – I would recommend the hotel start breakfast at 7.30am at the latest. For those who find themselves in a similar situation, there is a great bakery just a minute walk from the hotel called ‘Bakehouse Edin’ which opens early and sold the best bureks I have ever had (and very cheap). Overall, I would stay again and would recommend the hotel.

• Ashley (9/5): Great staff, excellent breakfast, good location - This is the second time I've stayed at Hotel Sana and it was just as good as the first time. The breakfast is the best part: such a beautiful spread of delicious food and drinks. Location is excellent, very close to Old Town and easily walkable to many different sites. Staff was very accommodating and friendly, helping with restaurant recommendations, parking, and allowing us to keep vehicles there a little past checkout so that we could do one last trip to Old Town. We loved our stay at Hotel Sana and would definitely recommend! The beds are comfortable but small. The location is great but is right on a sometimes busy road and can be a little dangerous trying to cross the road at times.
