- Kathy (8/5): - Room was just remodeled recently. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable. There was a room air conditioner right next to the bed which was loud and very cold when in bed since it was blowing right on you.
- Lauren (2/5): Not Clean. - Room was not cleaned thoroughly, Various stray hairs on several pillows, various dead bugs, one even on my bed. The fan was caked in dust. Grime in the sink. Staff denied evidence of poor reviews and personal reviews of cleanliness.

The towels in our room were folded but dirty and had long hairs in them. The tv didn’t work the first night and there is nobody at the front desk or answering the phone at night. They never cleaned our room so we had to go to 3 floor closets to find new towels.

- Monica (10/5): - We chose The Boulevard randomly planning a last minute trip to LBI. It turned out to be a great choice. The staff was friendly, kind, and helpful. The pool is nice, and it is a 2 block walk to the beach. They have beach chairs and boogie boards available to use.

- Heather (8/5): - I'd really rate this hotel a 4.8/5. It was almost perfect! Only dings are for not having a sheer curtain behind the blackout one. Being on the 1st floor right by the pool you cant really have your curtain open for natural light without everyone being able to see in. Sheer curtain is necessary. Other ding is for not having a 2nd end table for the other side of the king bed. Otherwise, it was everything my boyfriend and I needed. The AC was strong, the small oscillating fan was amazing to have, the keriug fits the standard pods we brought from home, and the bed was nice and firm. Would definitely stay again.

- John (2/5): - It appeared that my room hadn’t been serviced since the previous season. The shower flooded my room, garbage was found in the trash bin, the creamers for coffee were expired and spoiled. They don’t staff the front desk in the evening so you have to swipe your room key for entry. I was left outside the hotel because the system malfunctioned. This happened twice. I requested compensation in the form of a free night and was denied. I was offered a late checkout…… which I found insulting. This is an overpriced hotel that I will never step foot in again.

- Tiffany (4/5): - There was a group of very young adults here the first day. We tried to be patient and understanding because it was a holiday weekend but by 11pm the party was still going, the door was slamming every few seconds, boys were fighting, a girl was passed out in the common area, and a few other things I saw but I’ll just keep the details to myself. I did take photos of the common area because we couldn’t believe this was being tolerated. It was upsetting I spent over $1000 to celebrate my father’s 70th birthday here, and we got no sleep. There was never an apology or an attempt to make things right for us- which is all I really wanted. This was our 5th time staying here (including pre-renovation) but I can’t see us coming back, sadly. The staff is kind overall, we just wish they handled this situation more professionally, and didn’t identify that we complained (I watched through the peep hole as they told the kids to keep quiet because we were complaining).

- Heather (10/5): Cute and Comfortable - What a great beach hotel. We stayed for a night for a wedding being held at the Brandt Beach Yacht Club. The location was so convenient for the wedding and the accomodations and staff were delightful. We are considering staying for a weekend during warmer weather.

A little bit of a hike to get to the mainland, but if you're staying on LBI, this is the place to be. Staff was super friendly and courteous, very helpful any time I saw them. 10/10 would recommend every time!

The people in the bunks were hot, the room had a floor fan but it did not oscillate . Otherwise it was a great room

- Caitlin (2/5): - If you are looking for a family friendly hotel, this is not the place to stay in LBI. There are numerous noise issues as the hotel has a lobby on the second floor where guests gathered and played pool until 4:30 am! Then at 6:00 am each morning they blast music in the hallways and the lobby. They apparently have no way to turn it down or to push it back to a normal time. Furthermore, the staff is wholly incompetent as they fraudulently charged our account 5 days after we checked out when we already paid Expedia before our trip began. Do not give any staff member your credit or debit card because apparently they do not use a proper authorization form like other hotels to be able to charge you. When we called to ask for a refund from their end because we already paid Expedia, the hotel staff double downed on their charges and refused to refund us. This went on for several days with us having to call them to try to speak to someone to help us. Each time they promised someone else would look into it and call us back, but no one did. The General Managers would not speak to us over the phone when we would call or return our calls. This went on for days until they finally got the ok to refund us, even though the hotel illegally charged us and this all could have been resolved on day 1. I would recommend staying at any other hotel on the island.

I think there was a minor issue with the housekeeping when we were there but once I mentioned it to the front desk they made sure that everything was done. One suggestion, it would be nice if the glass sliding doors to the terraces had screens. This way you can leave the doors open to get the nice night air. Overall everything was great and we’d def stay here again.

- LIDA (8/5): - This was our second time here over all it’s always clean and perfect location . Two things this time was that I booked through hotel .com . I was charged full amount instead of the deposit at the hotel . Also the night before there was a few teenagers that jumped in the pool at 2 am and used our towel that was on the balcony drying it woke me up . My kids were asleep so it was me and I woke my husband to check it out . Other than that I guess that was the worst .

- Renee (6/5): - The boulevard has so much potential. It is an updated boutique hotel but the wallpaper in our room was peeling off and no one seemed concerned. If I’m paying $450 for one night I’d expect some kind of response to that. Either moving our room or offering a discount to stay in the room with issues. The hotel also doesn’t have an ice machine or 24/7 front desk. The sister hotel that handles everything and that you can use is a 45 minute walk from this hotel which isn’t really convenient. The hotels roof top is gorgeous and I wish they threw a little bar up there even if they just offered a few things. Playing music by the pool and roof top as a volume people could actually hear would have been great too. We did enjoy our stay but I definitely think this property has so much more to offer than it is.
