Highly recommended. - This was my first time staying at a Best Western property, and it truly went above and beyond my expectations. Especially for the price, the value was excellent and the room size was surprisingly spacious. The staff were friendly, the room was very clean, and everything I needed was available. The location is also great, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and cafes, which made the stay very convenient. The pool is a bit small, but honestly it’s not a big issue since you’re in Bali with so many beautiful beaches to explore. Breakfast was decent, though it would be even better with a few more international options. That said, for the price, it’s completely fair. If you want more variety, room service is available with plenty of choices. Overall, everything was great and I had an awesome stay. Highly recommended. Nothing

- Peter (8/5): Friendly staff and good amenities but noisy surrounding with inadequate sound proofing. - The staff and the bed and beddings. General maintenance. The first room couldn't be cooled sufficiently with the aircon. One side of the property is very noisy at night and there is no sound proofing.
- Damján (9/5): Excellent base for visiting beaches, with great breakfast and pool - The hearty and various unlimited breakfast was excellent. Staff was very kind and helpful ready to assist at any time. There are many markets around it. The location was excellent as a base to visit the different beaches in Uluwatu. It is only a minor issue, but there are a lots of birds that can make the balcony a bit dirty, but do not overthink this point, it is definitely not a show stopper :)

- Paulus (10/5): Nice & comfortable, good value. - The staff & managment are very nice, they do not bother you unnecessarily but when you need sometihng, the staff is always available, swift and helpfull. Also they gave me some very deliscious fruits. The breakfast buffet is a good deal. I love the view from the balcony towards the North overlooking the mountains of Bali and even Java and Lombok are visible on clear days. There is only one coffeemachine at the breakfast buffet so you can have a waiting line if many guests want coffee at the same time. However this is not a real issue because they make up for it by having a kettle in the room so you can brew a coffee there aswell.

Unbelievably loud , chatty and slamming the door all day long, I couldn’t get any work done! Complain at front desk or warning them doesn’t work at all… some sounds they made was so big you’d thought there was an explosion ,Literally. I thought hotels were supposed to let people wind down and relax , not get on the guest’s nerves all day. Completely disappointing, won’t ever want to repeat the hell again, hope the hotel manager can do something about those staff, seriously

Расположение на центральной дороге, но нам дали номер с окнами на другую сторону, где кричали петухи, но силиконовые беруши помогли. Сам номер старый, грязноват, не похоже на 4 звезды. Кровати большие и удобные. До пляжей достаточно далеко на скутере.

Had a mix up with the dates for my booking and the staff were very understanding and helpful. Would definitely be back again! Air conditioning in the room was not very cool so it was quite humid.

- Shivam (1/5): Not happy - Not much Construction noises throughout my stay without any warning - no sound proofing which meant I heard hotel guests in the next room and in the hallway in the middle of the night. Balcony was dusty and dirty, and room was dusty too. The AC did not work filter until a technician had to come and clean out the air filter.

- Ali (9/5): Great hotel and budget friendly. If you are there take ur time to spend some time in the pool. - Rooms are very spacious and pristine swiming pool. Wise range of breakfast, girls at the egg station were exceptional. Nothing, however may suggest front desk reception could be more friendly and welcoming, not saying they were rude but usually in Bali you are greeted with big smile and makes you feel welcome anywhere you go, didn’t feel that here.

- Yunfei (1/5): 千万别住这家。 - 窗户隔音很差，外面噪音很大，空调和房间的空气很刺鼻，比卫生间还差。酒店应该是经常接待中国旅行团，自助早餐品类虽多，但口感和食物质量一点也不好。
- Creutzburg (7/5): Wij houden van hotel naar hotel, maar deze vanwege de drukte buiten valt af - Hotel ligt aan drukke straat, waardoor er veel lawaai. Vaak file en motoren met aangepaste uitlaten. Verder balkon heeft een gammele schuifdeur met enkel glas. Kamer wordt goed schoongemaakt, maar bij badkamers zie je regelmatig schimmel plekken. Met iemand van de Lobby over gesproken en men wil in de groep bespreken. Verder het ontbijt was uitstekend en het personeel die daar werken zijn heel aardig. Verder werd ik door een personeel met motor naar een moskee gebracht en na gebed weer opgehaald!! Toppie Zie verhaal hierboven.
- Ferry (9/5): Een heerlijk ontbijtbuffet wacht, na een fijne nacht - De kamer is schoon en opgeruimd. Geen nare geuren en vreemde geluiden. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en we kwamen niets te kort. De locatie was moeilijk te bereiken vanwege de beroemde Bali’s file.

Ik sliep aan de rechterkant van het gebouw, hierdoor hoorde ik de honden van de buren iedere avond tot s’nachts blaffen en de kippen s’morgens vroeg al kakelen vanaf 5/6 uur. Als mijn duren naar de toilet gingen hoorde ik de waterleidingen. Als ze douchen hoorde ik het water druppen. Als ze aanklopte/aanbelde op-bij de deur hoorde je dat ook. De drukte van de straat is soms heel lastig. Als ik wou oversteken moest ik daar begeleiding bij.

- Sareh (8/5): Good Hotel - The hotel offers good facilities for the price. The beds were comfortable, although there was a yellow stain on the pillow sheet. Breakfast was varied with several options. The hotel is located far from the beach, so taking a taxi is necessary, but the taxi fare is quite low and should not affect your decision. The room was cleaned daily, but the tea cup was not replaced. There were no extra items available in the fridge. A supermarket was nearby, and a large durian shop was located right across the street. Occasionally, very small ants appeared on the bedside table, but they were not bothersome.

Pas de serviettes pour les mains et les cheveux, juste une par personne. Très bruyant et personne ne fait rien. Piscine gelée. Spa fermé alors qu’il est stipulé qu’il est ouvert. Deux lits simples pour un couple alors qu’on avait demandé un lit double et en plus on avait notre fils dans une chambre à l’autre bout du couloir alors qu’on nous a mis à côté d’une chambre communicante, ça n’a pas de sens! Dommage que le personnel dise toujours oui mais n’intervient pas.
