Tiene heladera y televisor con cable. El baño es nuevo. Fuimos una noche al rooftop y comimos muy rico. En las habitaciones dejan botellitas de agua, café y snacks, incluidos en el servicio. Quiero destacar al personal, nos recibieron y nos atendieron muy bien. El último día nos guardaron las valijas hasta la hora de nuestro vuelo y al llegar nos regalaron botellitas de agua y nos dejaron utilizar el baño. Esta atención con los huéspedes hace que la experiencia sea perfecta. Nada. La estadía fue ideal.

• Arkadiusz Rafał (10/5): - Czysty, świeży i duży pokój z wygodnym łóżkiem. Obsługa hotelu bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna, pobyt był naprawdę udany! Przestronna i duża winda - w Nowym Jorku to nie takie oczywiste ;) Możliwość zostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu, a na kilka godzin przed wylotem. Wokół sklepy, kawiarnie, usługi gastronomiczne, dobre połączenie z miastem (metro). Z pewnością będę wracał do tego hotelu :) Żałuję, że pobyt tak szybko upłynął.

• Sanne (9/5): Aanrader in NYC - Hele fijne locatie, super schoon en vriendelijk personeel. Dichtbij goede restaurants en meedere metrolijnen. Koffie op de kamer en iedere dag nieuw water! Bed is toch net te klein en mijn man vond het bed niet fijn. Ik vond het wel heerlijk dus het is maar wat je voorkeur is.
• Lori (10/5): Would definitely stay here again! - Very clean! Rooms were soundproof and didn’t hear any noise coming from outside or next to our room. Staff is very helpful and kind! Subway is across the street and the area is easy to walk to attractions! The entrance was on a small side street.

• Mary (8/5): Once we got to the hotel, we really enjoyed it - The staff was amazing with the politeness and helping Us held down taxes and stuff like that What I didn’t like was I wasn’t able to cancel without being charged? I had people back out on me after I reserved the room less than 24 hours. I asked to cancel the room. Had to buy two rooms because I thought we were gonna have a bunch of people I was not allowed to cancel even one room and the rooms were supposed to be connected. I reserved the room in January. Because of this I didn’t have as much money for my trip and that was disappointing. I would like to stay longer, but I couldn’t because of not being able to cancel the rooms and go down to one room. I was very disappointed with that part of the hotel also and would’ve been nice if there was a continental breakfast or breakfast items and also wish there would’ve been a pool

• Florian (10/5): Einfach perfekt. - Also die Lage war eine 10/10 - man konnte zu Fuß einige der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen zb. Brooklyn Bridge, Wallstreet, Chinatown -einfach perfekt. Ubahn (Fulton Street) ist auch direkt beim Hotel. Das Hotel kann man für diesen Preis zu 100% empfehlen. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Vor allem das Personal war super nett und zuvorkommend. Einfach alles perfekt.

• Johanna (9/5): Prettig hotel voor een heerlijk verblijf in New Yirk - De locatie was fantastisch. Tussen 9/11 en Wallstreet. Metro ongeveer tegenover het hotel. Het personeel heel erg vriendelijk. Het is niet mogelijk om in het hotel te ontbijten. Er is niets anders te krijgen dan een zakje chips en een koekje.

• amy (8/5): Elegant chill boutique hotel, perfectly located and immaculately clean. - the location is perfect - close to almost all subway lines, TriBeca, Bkln Bridge, and Wall Street. the staff are reserved / chill - but very accomdating. no-one is shouting hello at you when you enter the space. it's more chill than that. the rooms are immaculate. very pleased with the hotel overall. the lobby layout is strange - perhaps it´s on purpose - but the design does not feel welcoming at all. the rooms are tiny, but this is typical for NYC. small building means the elevators take a bit longer - need to leave a bit of time if you are coming / going.
• Jeanette (9/5): Convenient location for what we needed. Nice hotel and staff, not sure if I would stay again only because of the water&# - The location was convenient. It was nice inside. The room was as advertised in photos, nice and it was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The water pressure for the shower and temperature control would deter me from booking there again. I read about that in reviews and hoped it was a fluke or had been remedied. The water temperature had to be very hot in order to get better water pressure. The front desk was responsive and someone up but they went to the wrong room. When we called back to follow up the front desk admitted the mistake and someone was up shortly but it was 11pm by then and we had early morning plans which was a bit annoying. The water pressure/temp wasn’t fixed so we just dealt with it so we could get to sleep and only had one more night stay.

• Andreas (9/5): Gute, ruhige Lage und sauberes Hotel. - Sehr gute Lage für diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten. U-Bahn direkt neben dem Hotel. Sehr ruhige Lage, auch im Zimmer sehr ruhig/leise. Täglich gratis Wasserflaschen. Fitnessraum kostenlos dabei. Freundlicher Service. Restaurant im Hotel. Für mich ein etwas zu weiches Bett. Täglicher Zimmerservice (Tausch von Handtüchern) sollte der Umwelt zur liebe nur bei Bedarf erfolgen.

• Vincent (3/5): Déception, hotel décevant - Pas grand-chose La chambre familiale maximum entre le 4eme et le 6eme étage, donc aucune lumière et aucun coin de ciel. J’ai pourtant fait la demande au préalable et on m’avait répondu « nous ferons le maximum pour une vue » tout en sachant qu’il n’y en aurait pas. La chambre est agée, rien de satisfaisant dans cette hôtel. Je l’avais choisi pour la note booking et je ne comprends en aucun cas la bonne note sur booking. J’ai hésité avec des hotels plus chères mais la note m’avait convaincu…malheureusement. Je n’y retournerai jamais et surtout pas en famille.

• Zsharmaine (5/5): Not a four star hotel - The bed was a good size and comfortable. The daytime staff were helpful and a few members of the team were friendly, welcoming and always willing to assist. Overall, the hotel did not feel like a four-star experience and was quite disappointing for the price. The room and bathroom were very small and felt cramped, especially for two people. Not all expected amenities were provided and we even had to request basic items like toothbrushes. The service was inconsistent, while some staff were pleasant, others, particularly at reception and during the night, were not very friendly or welcoming. There was also no assistance offered with luggage, which is something you would typically expect at this level. Overall, I wouldn’t consider this a four-star hotel and have stayed in much better places for similar value.

Delicious Apollo bagels, Whole Foods and many more food options in the neighborhood. WTC, Brooklyn bridge, Dumbo, Chinatown walkable. Totally recommend!

Room was absolutely spotless every day. Like everyone says location is brilliant for getting around. Just want to mention all the reception staff how lovely and polite they were, every day it was good morning, and welcome back every time you went out. Must do a special shout out to Jose. Such a brilliant young man and really nice to talk to , thanks again Jose , and to everyone. Hope to be back very soon. The only place I would stay in New York

Great location and not to mention the price was one of the least expensive options and I felt like I was at the Ritz! Wish I could have had an early check in but that was out of everyone's control.

• Adil (10/5): - This hotel was one of the most positive highlights of my visit to New York City. It is no nonsense, no facilities that you won't really utilize, has excellent location, close to subway? check. close to markets and convinience stores? check. Close to many options for dining? Check. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and staff were exceptionally kind. I want to thank Mr Jose and reception staff for their always welcoming manner and their wish to assist their hotel residents. Also before I forget, the hotel was kind enough to replace tea, coffee, and water bottles each day. Usually in New York hotels one of the biggest problems is waiting for elevators but not in this hotel. The only thing that could perhaps be written is the lack of hotel breakfast option, but really that is no downside in a city like New York where the whole point is to dine outside.

• ventureouttours (10/5): Comfortable and stylish stay in Lower Manhattan - We stayed for 3 nights at this stylish and comfortable hotel downtown. We wanted something convenient to both Midtown and Brooklyn; this was the right location for that. It’s also just a 5-minute walk to the Freedom Tower / World Trade Center. Staff are cordial and helpful. The room decor was stylish. Well designed and comfortable with nice amenities including robes and slippers. Ask for one of the higher floors. You’ll get more light. Good breakfast options nearby. We didn’t see the rooftop lounge.

It is one block away from the Fulton street station which is very convenient. The staff was very helpful about finding my lost earrings that I had left behind and mailing them back home to me. • J8547RKalanw (10/5): Excellent hotel, superb location, wonderful staff. - We have just returned from a 5 night stay at The Artezen Hotel. Firstly the hotel is in a fantastic location, close to Fulton Street subway station, away from the noisy madness that is Times Square! The hotel is spotlessly clean and comfortable. It is within walking distance of many attractions. Reception staff very friendly especially Edmund and Diane. We received great help from the very friendly and informative Concierges, particularly John and Jose. We dined a couple of times in the Hide Rooftop bar and received great service from our hostess, Julia. Food and drinks were excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel if travelling to New York . • littlelukedon (8/5): Nice hotel in good area - Nice clean hotel which always smelt lovely when you walked through the front doors. Lovely staff. Room was very small which did not really bother us but no where to put two large cases. Very clean. Not sure what the facility fee is for and had to ask for a couple for items not left for us. In a great area for seeing New York and plenty of great little delis and bagel shops for breakfast. Only disappointment was my 60th and my husband and travel agent notified them and not even a card to say happy birthday. First hotel we have stayed in to ignore a special birthday etc. I presume you have to pay extra for this.

• Sarah (7/5): Not All We Hoped For - The room was clean and concierge was amazing The TV in our room didn’t work the first night. The staff partly cleaned our room. When I ordered white wine, it was not chilled. Hoping for so much more.

• Edit (8/5): - Room is equipped with everything, quality amenities, fridge, coffee maker, bottled water, snacks. You can also screenshare in the room, whoch makes watching movies very easy without having to log in to your account in the room. Room was also quiet, despite close proximity to stairs. Heating worked well, too. Staff was kind, I would not say that their behavior was extraordinary. But they always strived for meeting the expectations. Room was a bit dark during the day but it did not matter much as
