• George (1/5): the cleaning lady just took us to the wrong car park so we had to find it ourself again ourself it just like no one care - The properly was a mess and you couldn’t even find it as there was works on our roof so there was work men all over the place. there was open cans of coke left outside on the balcony so firstly we was given the wrong address to collect the keys so we had to drive another 40 minutes to collect them, once we had collected the keys there was a new address we had to find which was only 5 minute drive once we arrive to the address there is apartments everywhere so we wasn’t exactly sure which one was ours as the numbers wasn’t clear so I rung the number from our booking which was *34659641661 who was really rude and said no one else who stays every has these issues and left us to find it on our own. there was work men doing works on some of the apartments so I got out the car to see if he knew where it was but didn’t speak any English but he was able to help us find apartment. the reason we couldn’t find it is because the work men was blocking the entrance to our apartment block was they were fixing the roof The next morning we are woken up to extremely load noises from the work men on the roof it was so noises and just not what you want when your on a relaxing vacation. I was texting the man above as there was a leak also from the ceiling from the rain but he wasn’t answering us this day. The 2nd morning in this apartment me and my partner was woke up with parts of the ceiling falling down on us while we was asleep, it could of been really dangerous and one of us could of been hurt badly. I went screaming to tell the work men what had happened who came rushing into the apartment to look. the guys working stunk of alcohol and tbh from then onwards I was just petrified of staying there the noise sounded like they was literally trying to put the ceiling though this was supposed to be a relaxing holiday for us with a pool. The guy moved us to a different apartment 5 minutes drive he said it would be same size as current one but nicer and newer he sent us photos and it all looked great. we had packed our things from the old apartment and we was told cleaning lady was due to meet us at the new apartment to show us where we are going.
