Guest Reviews
- Ehrlich (10/5): - The host was wonderful
- Roger (10/5): Ours was a short stay but a great stop - The room was a good size, expansive; breakfast was delicious. The owner was most accomodating and pleasant.
- Martha (10/5): Looking forward to visiting again - All the above
- Uta (10/5): - Pat ist eine wunderbare und herzliche Gastgeberin. Das Frühstück war das Beste, das wir je bei unseren USA Reisen hatten. Die Pool- und Außenanlagen sind sehr schön. Nichts.
- Dennis (9/5): Very friendly place. We had breakfast with other couples sitting outside in the lovely garden. - Super home baked breakfast, different daily.
- Ann (10/5): Peaceful, beautiful, and very comfortable - The room was charming, comfortable, beautiful, and quiet. Even the AC was quiet! The garden in back where breakfast was served was lovely and peaceful. And the breakfast! My food needs were taken into account and every breakfast was thoughtfully and deliciously prepared and served. The bathroom was very attractive, the shower easy to use, and everything I needed was there. I feel enormously lucky that I found Mon Ami!
- Lisa (9/5): -
- Jean (10/5): Exceptional - All was nice. It was a great pleasure to share the breakfast with Pat. Her breakfast was excellent and different every morning!
Go to this marvellous house. We're at home!
- Lynn (10/5): Wonderfully relaxing and delicious getaway! - Excellent breakfast, very roomy for a B&B, Pat was a wonderful host, private entrance. Wish we could have stayed longer and tried out the pool and/ or hot tub. No complaints here.
- Heike (10/5): Best Place to stay in Tucson - This is truly a gem in the desert. Pat is a wonderful host and it goes without saying for someone who ran a French restaurant for years, a superb cook--the breakfasts are exceptional. We appreciated our room and the separate entrance--everything was spotless. The backyard veranda is spacious and secluded. The house lies east of Tucson proper, but all the major sites are within 20-45 minutes drive--we drove to the Mission, to the Mirror lab at the UofA, to Sabino Canyon, to the Arizona-Sonora Desert.
- Jeannine (9/5): We enjoyed our host, her beautiful home, our room, her delicious breakfasts, her friendship. - The breakfasts were delicious, and we were asked if we had any allergies or concerns; yes I do, and my husband has diabetes. We shared breakfasts with a interesting, delightful couple. Our room unit was very clean, comfortable, and had a seperate entry. The patio outside was lovely. We could park close and in shade. The house was beautiful, and this photo doesn't do it justice. Pat, the owner, was gracious and a perfect host, and became our friend. We liked everything.
- Kate (10/5): WE loved every minute, every great breakfast, the other guests and other nearby restaurants. - The breakfast was superb - different every day except for the colorful and delicious bowl of fruit. Can't think of anything that could have been better.
- Dennis (8/5): Very good - Breakfasts were awesome!
Private entrance was a plus. Dated.
- Ronald (10/5): Nice room, friendly host, super breakfast and great location - Nice clean room in a great location Nothing

- Dennis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lynette (10/5): Comfy, cozy, with delicious fair! Yum! - Pat’s food was outstanding! I did not mention, until a few hours before we arrived, that I only ate vegan food. Pat produced vegan fair, and it was absolutely delicious! Also, my husband, whom is not vegan, found his food tasty, each day better than rhe last. Thank you Pat! 😋 I can’t think of anything that could have been better.
- Linda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amy (10/5): It was comfortable and spacious room with a wonderful breakfast. - Lovely place and Pat was very helpful with my late arrival. Breakfast was delicious and fresh!
- Angelika (9/5): Great place to stay with wonderful breakfast! - Pat is a greatd host! She made gourmet style breakfast every morning. The room was very clean. The bed comfortable. It was nice to have a separate sitting area. The fireplace was a bonus since night time temperatures were close to freezing when we visited.
Location was very quiet, but still close to many restaurants and businesses.
- Linda (10/5): Always a pleasure. We stay here whenever we are visiting our family in Tucson -
- Sylvia (10/5): A traditional European B&B feel accomodations with superb breakfast and incredible service. Definitelya home away fr - Very quaint, calm, pretty garden area, amazing breakfast. Host was so sweet, warm and pleasant.
- Karen (10/5): wonderful - An unexpected treat, with home cooked French treats for breakfast - it was beyond our expectations!
- Sharon (10/5): Simply perfection - The room was very comfortable, as were the beds. It was a peaceful haven hidden amongst the busy city with easy access to Tucson Mall, downtown Tucson, Mount Lemmon and Saguaro National Park to name but a few. Our host was very congenial and helpful. She is an excellent chef and breakfasts were served in the garden/courtyard of the property. The variety was endless and the quantity was more than adequate. Quality was never sacrificed. There is a lap pool should you wish to access it, we didn't, but certainly enjoyed the quiet outside garden space. Actually there was nothing we did not like and would highly recommend to others.
- Timothy (10/5): Met our every need and laid the foundation for a wonderful time with friends in Tucson. - The owner, Pat, is a wonderful hostess, accommodating to our every request. Excellent location, delicious breakfasts, lots of room to spread out and relax on the property. Delightful garden area, full of local birds, butterflies, and beautiful array of plants.
- Mats (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was very good. The breakfast was exceptional. The owner Pat was very friendly. Inget
- Sheri (10/5): Pat was a gracious host and provided the most sumptuous breakfasts. - We liked the host, we liked the room, we liked the location, the outside seating area was lovely and we loved the food our host provided for breakfast. We liked almost everything about this bed and breakfast. The only thing I would ask to change is to provide toilet paper that is a bit thicker. Thin toilet paper is a pet peeve of mine.
- Tudor (10/5): Mona - Pat! Breakfast! The pool! The garden! The comfortable atmosphere!
- Jan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bonnie (10/5): Exceptional breakfast and wonderful host. - Mon Ami is a really unique place to stay - you get all the amenities of a hotel, but additionally, an AMAZING breakfast and very kind host with lots of experience in Tucson. This is my second time staying and I would go back any time! Nada! Loved it all.
- Julia (10/5): A wonderful relaxing B&B with competitively priced accomodations - Pat is a wonderful host who makes yummy creative breakfast. The quiet garden like setting for eating outdoors is lovely and the pool was a blessing too. Our room was large and cool. Although in a convenient busy area her B&B is in a quiet and safe location. Pat is also knowledgeable about the area sites & adventures. We would definitely stay again! Only Tucsons old rough roads

- John (10/5): Exceptional - Each breakfast was unique and outstanding.
- Christopher (8/5): A unique experience. - Breakfast was excellent, gourmet quality. We enjoyed the beauty of the landscaping, the large living space and the decorating. Mattress was a little lumpy. Saw a few bugs in the bathroom, but not unexpected for the desert.
- Patrcia (10/5): Wonderful host, great food, safe location with lovely garden. - The host, Pat, had made some scones which I enjoyed for breakfast. They were wonderful! She even gave me some to take to the airport when I left since I had to leave early. The garden is home to some great birds: hummingbirds, a visit by a hawk, goldfinches, verdins....a real treat. Pat is a wonderful host and made me feel very welcome. Also, I usually have trouble sleeping in a strange bed, but not here. Very comfortable! Everything was great. I can't think of anything I didn't like.
- Theresa (10/5): Exceptional - Pat, the owner was awesome. She's a great cook and we enjoyed chatting with her every day. The property was super cute and what we were looking for during our stay. Definitely better than staying at a hotel 😃

- Barbara (8/5): I would stay again should the opportunity arise. - Located in a quiet residential neighborhood the property was well-located for my trip. The owner, who ran a French restaurant in Tucson for several years, cooked a delicious breakfast each day. It was nice to have a suite, which had a private entrance, and a comfortable bedroom and sitting area. Nothing
- Mark (10/5): Lovely accommodation....highly recommended. - Amazing breakfast. Lovely room. Bed needs a new mattress.
- Lea (10/5): Perfect Getaway - Wonderful location and friendly host Nothing, all was great

We had full access to a beautiful backyard with a pool and pleasant seating at various places. The breakfast was extraordinary, reflecting both the tastes and skills of Pat, the host, who once owned a french restaurant. There was simply nothing that was not perfect.
