• Kay (8/5): Great place, great view and great price. - Best night's sleep I've had in a while. The bed was very comfortable. The room was completely clean, but extremely bare Bones. The door to our bathroom was swollen so it was difficult to open as it dragged on the floor. And the light in the bathroom was burnt out, but everything we reported to the proprietor, he had taken care of right away. Check-In was a breeze, and the gentleman that runs the place is amazing! Such a great location, it's quiet and has a wonderful view. About a mile or two away is a grocery store and small shopping center with a variety store. It was perfect for what we needed.
• DONALD (8/5): - Very dark upon arrival, hard to tell we were at the right place. Nice place but in the middle of nowhere.
• Maria (8/5): - The property manager was pleasant and efficient with the checkin and checkout process. He also managed breakfast in the morning ensuring guests needs were taken care of making coffees, cleaning up and replenishing food. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but the washrooms need work as the door didn’t close let alone lock and the shower is tiny. Also the mirror in the washroom was placed too high making simple tasks challenging and there were no other mirrors in the room despite plenty of wall space.

• Fredo (8/5): - Propriétaire sympathique et dévoué, le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus fourni mais ça va, bâtiments un peu vieillots mais en cours de rénovation, situé à 5mn de la mer

Malgré que nous ayons perdu notre clef de chambre le responsable nous a dépanné ,nous avons retrouver la clef le lendemain (et rendu). Merci .

• DENISE (6/5): Poderia ser melhor - O lugar precisa de renovação, mas como em vários outros hotéis anunciados aqui, esse estabelecimento oferece piscina, mas a piscina não tem condições de ser usada. O café da manhã deixa a desejar.

• Miranda (10/5): - If you are arriving for an overnight stay, its fine. Gianni was wonderful and accommodating to us. Very nice man. However, if you require internet, you will only get it in the breakfast area. Nothing in the rooms (our room). We asked for a luggage stand as the room has only a bed and 2 end tables and a chair, they don't have any luggage stands. Must put your luggage on the floor. There is no where you can go that doesn't require a taxi or a lot of walking. Fortunately Gianni asked the restaurant next to the property if they would take us before the 7:30 dinner hour. They were very accommodating to us.

• Daniela (10/5): Piacevole e inaspettata permanenza a Civitavecchia - Ci siamo trovati per caso a dover scegliere questa struttura , causa maltempo la nave da Napoli non è potuta partire in orario, e ci siamo fermati a Civitavecchia. Il responsabile ci ha accolto con gentilezza e disponibilità, abbiamo potuto cenare nel ristorante adiacente e la mattina ci ha preparato la colazione prima dell'orario stabilito , perché dovevamo imbarcarci presto. Consiglio questa struttura , per pulizia delle stanze, tranquillità del posto , ed inoltre e 'fornita di campi tennis, piscina.All'esterno delle stanze c'è un'ampia terrazza con vista mare.Il personale è molto disponibile. Se dovessi passare da Civitavecchia ci tornerò sicuramente.

• Mellissa (8/5): Great Host & good location - Host was lovely & very very helpful. Location is good, 5 minutes walk from beach. Breakfast is basic but OK Bedrooms were very clean. There is a swimming pool but I think this is a separate business to the hotel as when we went to use it we were asked to pay 7euro for a sunbed for half a day. I also think the pool is used for local children swimming lessons. Restaurant food was good & reasonably priced. However, we did get charges 3euro for a can of cola to take away (June 2019).

• M. (2/5): - Bei der Ankunft war es dunkel, auf dem Gelände gab es KEINE Beleuchtung. Die Rezeption war nur zufällig zu finden. Das Restaurant und die Bar waren um 20.30 Uhr geschlossen. Das Zimmer war extrem spartanisch eingerichtet, noch nicht einmal Gläser zum Zähne putzen waren vorhanden. Nach Rücksprache erhielten wir ein paar kleine Plastik echter. Nicht empfehlenswert.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Sufficiente per un pernottamento. - Si tratava di spezzare con il pernottamento un lungo viaggio. Per questo motivo ha il vantaggio di essere vicino allo svincolo autostradale di Civitavecchia Sud. La colazione un po' scarna. Rispetto ad altre simili esperienze ci è sembrato un po' più costoso della media.

• Paola (8/5): Una piacevole scoperta. - Posizione con stupenda vista mare e piscina. Colazione nella norma ma servita in terrazza panoramica. Camera e bagno spartani senza frigo-bar e senza Phon, comunque confortevoli. Parcheggio gratuito. Ottima accoglienza a e clima familiare. A metà strada tra S. Marinella e Civitavecchia, quindi posizione ottimale. Ci torneremo sicuramente!
• Patricia (2/5): Definitivamente não recomendo! - Internet não funciona. Fui reclamar e disseram nao poder fazer nada. Café da manhã? Uma piada. O hotel é mal conservado e não tem vafa suficiente para estacionamento. Não recomendo.
