• Gustavo (8/5): Estadia confortável, bem localizada e acolhedora - A pousada era confortável, bonita e muito bem cuidada. Embora não houvesse café da manhã, a localização era excelente, os quartos eram grandes e estavam sempre arrumados diariamente. Além disso, o staff foi extremamente solícito e nos ajudou muito. Acho que havia espaço para oferecer um café da manhã, mesmo que pago à parte. Além disso, a pousada tinha um pátio enorme e muito bem arrumado, mas sem nada para fazer. Poderia haver algum tipo de entretenimento na área comum.

I also happen to catch a day with construction in a room above me so, there was lots of noise. Also the walls are paper thin voices, showers and bathroom use seemed to amplify
• Domenge (7/5): - Me gusto la proximidad con el zocalo, Cathedral y Convento. El lugar es bastante tranquilo por estar en una ciudad ruidosa. El personal fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto para todas nuestras necesidades. Hay olor de caño en el baño. La cama esta muy chica para una pareja. El desayuno que se ofrece no es muy tentador.

• Wilfred (10/5): Appreciated the tour arrangements with pickup at the Hotel. Easy peasy. - Excellent Customer Service. Close to very good restaurants and downtown. Ricardo and Luisa were amazing. Ricardo arranged tours, taxis, and had a thorough knowledge of Oaxaca. Made it much easier for a first time visitor. The street can get a little noisy at rush hour but most of the main streets canbe busy.

My boyfriend has hurt his knee prior to our arrival and I emailed to see if it was possible to get a ground floor room. They really went above and beyond to accommodate this. The bed was huge and comfy. Location is ideal, next to great restaurants and close to the main square but the place is still quiet. I would come back.

• Jana (9/5): Perfect hotel for exploring Oaxaca - Loved the location and the entrance. The windows were a bonus, perfect for light, privacy and ventilation. The staff was pleasant, accommodating and helpful. Cleanliness was evident. Felt secure and peaceful. Another bonus was the rooftop patio with great views of the city. A small fridge would have been helpful.

• JJ (9/5): Superb Oaxaca base - The room was big, comfy and well-equipped. The bathroom was huge with a great shower. The staff were friendly, welcoming and accomodation. It's a super location too - walking distance from the best parts of town without being surrounded by bars. The room lets a lot of light in during the night.

La ubicación es muy buena, llegas caminado a todo lo turístico y fotografiable muy rápido, hay tiendas, restaurantes y parques cerca, la vista desde la azotea o terraza es hermosísima! Y si prefieres el transporte local, saliendo del hotel hay varias paradas, sin duda me volvería a hospedar. No es como que no me gustara, en realidad el Hotel es bonito.

Que cuando hacían limpieza apagaban el aire acondicionado, que está muy oscura (le hace falta un poco de iluminación pero abrir la ventana ayuda mucho) y que no tiene restaurante. Y que en uno de los días de la estancia durante la tarde no había nadie que te atendiera, no sé si fue por mucho tiempo pero dejaron sola la recepción y la entrada.

They really helped us translating to English when we needed assistance. They were very accommodating and went out of their way. They, helped us with our bags, booked us on a last min tour when ours didn’t show up, helped with our future travel plans. They really were fantastic. Our room unfort did not look like the picture. Wasn’t as fresh with the decor as the pictures. We found the bed uncomfortable sadly and the shower could do with a deep clean and drain clean. We were on the top floor and there was a very loud noise from the room underneath when they switch the water on which kept his work at random times of the night 3 AM/4 AM sometimes

I managed to book the wrong month, but the hosts were so kind about it all and the room was gorgeous. Would be back in a heartbeat. Excellent location, literally no complaints. Nothing!
