THERE WAS NO PARKING. THERE IS A PARKING LOT 2 BLOCKS AWAY THAT IS IS PRICEY AND YOU HAVE TO GET UP BY 7AM OR 8AM TO PAY THE METERS OTHERWISE YOU ARE GOING TO SPEND 100 ON PARKING HAD I KNOWN ALL THIS I WOULD HAVE STAYED SOMEWHERE ELSE TRAVELING ALONE WITH A 2 SUITCASES AND A RENTAL CAR WALKING 2 BLOCKS WITHOUT ASSISTANCE IS A BITCH. A REALLY NICE “MANAGER” OR CO-OWNER TOLD ME TO PARK RIGHT OUTSIDE THE HOTEL AND THAT I WOULD BE FINE. I STAYED THERE ON MARCH 5, 2026 AND LEFT BY 9AM GUESS WHAT ON APRIL 18 I GOT A BILL FROM HERTZ THAT I GOT A $120 DOLLAR PARKING TICKET OUTSIDE THE HOTEL!!!!! I WILL BE CALLING CONDE NASTE TO REPORT THIS AND I AM NOT SURE WHAT I WILL DO ABOUT THIS “BILL” THAT WAS SO NOT ACCEPTABLE TO ME I’M FURIOUS. I WILL BE WRITING A LETTER TO BOOKING.COM AND TO THE HOTEL ITSELF. Even when we caught the housekeeper ourselves and started asking, she pretended not to understand what we wanted. Then she promised to come, but over the days no one cleaned even the floor. The only thing they provided upon our request were towels, which were very poorly washed and had a bad smell

The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance, including the beach, restaurants, cafés, a supermarket, and public transportation. The area is quiet and peaceful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication was excellent throughout, and everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

- ANABELLA (4/5): Pésimo!!! - La ubicación…después no tiene nada de bueno!! El hotel está sucio desde la entrada hasta el conserje necesita bañarse. Están haciendo un edificio al frente por lo tanto cortan la calle y no podes entrar entrada auto….los ruidos de la obra son terribles y recién están haciendo las bases,como para que saquen cálculos de no comprar estadía hasta los próximos 10 meses x lo menos. Es pésimo el lugar!!

Excellent wifi. Aircon that worked on both cooling and heating. If we can back to Miami would definitely stay again The facilities are dated, but everything you need is there. We had issues with bed - the bed base was broken. Opie arranged for it to be fixed, however didn't even last one night!

There wasn't coffee that worked with the coffee machine. Only the kurig type coffee and the machine only took filters and coffee grounds.

Neighborhood is good and restaurants and mall are nice too. The hotel itself and rooms doesn't look ANYTHING like the photos on the site, hallway carpet looks like it has NEVER been vaccuumed. towers had stains and tears on them. Absolutely depressing and dirty. The first room was ok clean, the second room, much better. This is NOT a "boutique " hotel, let alone three stars!!! This is misleading and shouldn't be allowed to be placed on the website as a rating. It is a basic effort place. the hallway at the reception were also not swept and didn't look clean at all. Very, very disappointing. Bathroom was stuck while my mom was showering and we had to call the firefighters to help, but by the time they arrived, the manager had already dismantled the lock, and stated that my mom had made it be stuck. On our first morning at the place! We also asked to have the room cleaned on our second day and were told it would be, it wasn't.

- Lia (1/5): - Nothing I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent stay due to severe safety, hygiene, and service failures by the accommodation. First of all, we did NOT receive the room type that we originally booked and paid for. Instead, we were placed in a completely different room with serious and unacceptable problems: 1. The air conditioning was not working, causing extremely stuffy, unpleasant and unhealthy air in the room. 2. The window lock was broken. Because the room was on the ground floor, the window could be opened easily from outside, which is a serious safety risk and made us feel unsafe during the night. 3. There were cockroaches in the room. This alone is unacceptable. Even worse: one crushed cockroach remained on the floor for three days, proving that the room was not properly cleaned. 4. The cleaning service was completely inadequate: • Towels were not changed • The bed was not made • The room was not properly cleaned We reported these issues several times. Only after 4 out of 6 nights were we finally offered a room change. However, even the second room was STILL NOT the room category that we had originally booked and paid for. So at no point during our stay did we receive the accommodation we were entitled to. This situation is absolutely unacceptable. We paid for a specific room and basic hotel standards, and instead experienced unsafe conditions, poor hygiene, and misleading accommodation practices.

- Marcee (7/5): Una buena estadía, no repetiría el lugar, ya que no es que tienen un preciazo como para decir, bueno paso por alto una s - Me gustó la ubicación , es el punto a favor que tiene Me parece que requiere un poco de más profesionalismo de la gente q trabaja en el lugar, sobre todo en la limpieza, es como que todo es muy amateur. El baño debería estar 10 puntos , tenía varios detalles de falta de limpieza profundos y de mantenimiento, como por ejemplo 4 baldosas bastante deterioradas, la ducha estaba muy bien, también punto a favor. En ningún momento de la estadía (8noches) nos linpiaron la habitación , ni siquiera una barradita rápida, los toallones tan solo los cambiaron cuando lo solicitamos. Otro detalle para nada menor es que se escucha absolutamente todos los ruidos de las habitaciones cercanas y pegadas, por ejemplo si alguno quería descansar más tiempo y las otras habitaciones se despertaban temprano , todos teníamos q despertarnos. Un detalle positivo es que nos prestaron sillas y sombrillas sin costo. Obi siempre se brindó muy predispuesto.

Peccato - la zona e la facilità di parcheggio L'albergo non sarebbe male, in parte è stato sistemato bene, ma c'è una moquette molto vecchia e sporca nei corridoi, che è veramente una cosa pessima considerato il costo dell'albergo.La sera del nostro arrivo abbiamo dormito in una camera che puzzava.
