• Kate (4/5): Nice view, but not worth the cost. - The location was great and bed was comfortable, kitchen well equipped The pool was not usable, there was water leaking down the internal walls that saturated my bag and everything in it and I sent an email and got no response. There was no information provided for checkout and when I left the keys in the unit I got a rude phone call when requesting information. Will not stay here again nor recommend to anyone else.
• Alyson (9/5): - A magnificent location with excellent lounge, bedrooms, bathroom and practical kitchen facilities. A great place to stay just north of The Entrance. It was challenging to climb the stairs from carpark to front door but worth it for the views. A lift would ease the burden of accessing the apartment.

• Greyrose (8/5): Beachside stay with some Tonka Truck action - Regency Court is right on the beachfront.It is a short 1k walk across the bridge to the main town. There was major construction underway to build the rock wall. This provided great entertainment and an insight into how rock walls come into being. There is a cafe down the road, a lovely park, and a bike ride as well. Several units in the building are being renovated. The windows were very misty, given the beachside location this is probably hard to manage. The carpark and access was a little grotty. While we enjoyed the heavy machinery some may have found it a bit noisy. Airconditioning stopped working in the main area and the sliding door was off its tracks.
• Joseana Del Valle (9/5): - The location was great and the place was comfortable. We had a great weekend. When the stay is during not trading hours, the management should let you know the instructions of the key safe as it is obvious you will get there on Saturday or Sunday.

• jørn (9/5): Great spacious and comfortable flat right by the ocean. - Great spacious flat right on the beach - couldn't be any closer really! Great kitchen with all needed and comfy sofa and beds. Wish we had had more time to sit on the balcony and just enjoy the water. The complex is looking somewhat tired and elements in the flat show signs of ageing from the salty environment - that is nature and therefore only mentioned so it won't disappoint.
• Haley (7/5): Property was great. East Coast Getaways property management was underwhelming and unprofessional. - Fairly easy once we found out where we were to collect the keys from. However, little information from East Coast Getaways on arrival was annoying. The lady who served us basically threw the keys at us and no extra information. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unit quality ⭐ Property management (East Coast Getaways) The unit itself was fantastic — very clean, tidy, well maintained, and with great views. We were extremely happy with the accommodation inside the apartment and would rate the unit itself 5 stars. Unfortunately, our overall experience was significantly impacted by issues that were not communicated prior to booking. The pool, which was a key reason for choosing this property, was green on arrival and deteriorated throughout our stay, making it unusable. There were also ongoing construction works, including daily early-morning noise from works in the unit below, as well as earth-moving works related to erosion of the sand bank behind the building. We contacted East Coast Getaways by phone early in the stay and left messages regarding these issues; however, no calls were returned and no attempts were made to rectify the problems. While we understand that some issues may have been unavoidable and are not the fault of the owners, we were very disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-up from the property managers, East Coast Getaways. These matters should have been disclosed in advance.

• Julie (10/5): Comfortable, clean and perfectly located. - Clean, quiet and comfortable. Perfect for a weekend escape. Staff were friendly and check in was smooth. View was amazing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
• Haifah (1/5): Nightmare Mix Up - The view of the locked door we couldn’t get in through. Absolutely ridiculous situation. When we went to collect the keys, they weren’t in the box! Called and texted for an hour trying to get in contact with literally anyone but no one replied. Finally someone called us back and we were told our key collection email was also accidentally sent to someone else and they’d taken the keys and had already moved their stuff in! They refused to leave! So we were forced to take the property they were supposed to have which was absolutely inadequate! Quality and cleanliness was not good. There were bugs and dust and an awful cigarette stench in the place. We even had one less bed and one person from our group had to sleep on the sofa! Absolutely ridiculous. Ruined the whole holiday! We’ve sent countless emails and messages and no one is replying or helping us! We will be leaving multiple negative reviews. Never have i ever had an experience as abhorrent as this!

The arrival information about how to get the keys was slack. I didn’t get any email with this information. Difficult to locate the place. Arrived and no keys. Wasted my time getting the keys as I had an appointment to get to. Sloppy Eastcoast getaways.
