I’ve been holidaying at The Entrance for years, and this has been one of - Great location, beautiful views, lots of space in the apartment. Lovely outdoor balcony area. Overall it was a beautiful apartment and we were very happy there ❤️ There isn’t much to dislike here, it’s a lovely place. Just a couple of suggestions. There aren’t ceiling fans in the bathroom. Also, we had my elderly father with us, and he would have liked a grab bar in the shower, just to keep him steady.

Very clean and fresh , congrats to the team that maintains this property. Small things make such a difference, even though we brought some small comforts with us, they were already there and it was such a pleasant surprise. Zero things I didn’t like about this property.

- Jian (10/5): Exceptional - Easy access. Central location. Double underground car park spaces. Spacious apartment. Massive balcony with magnificent lake and ocean view. All accessories are provided. A little bit noisy at nights. Only one pair of keys. TV is a bit small.

The staff were great & came up to spilt the king bed to singles for us. Only thing was the clothes washing machine didn’t spin out & we let the girls know.

Cleanliness was great & facilities were awesome. Plenty of room for us & the size of the balcony was mindblowing.
We would definitely stay here again! There were a few small things like dripping kitchen tap, no exhausts in the bathroom. Single beds were very firm & no blinds/curtains in the open living area.

- Patrick (8/5): Very good - Great location. Views are fantastic. Close to shops and restaurants. The unit was well appointed. Bed's were comfortable. Safe off street parking. Only one set of keys. With 4 adults going in different directions and only one key made it very difficult. Also two carpark spaces one gate access button?
Wifi very weak, if one or more people were using it. No instructions on how to connect to it.
Hot water stop tap had been turned off under the sink. When turned on the hot water dripped continually.
Light bulbs missing from table lamps.
Bedside lamps in bedroom 2 were not connected to power. There is no power points.
Light switch to bedroom 2 is outside the door, one would wonder why.
There was a blocked drain on the right hand side of the balcony which resulted in huge pool of water laying there.
- Janet (10/5): Really enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay in unit 17 again given the opportunity. - Check out could be 11am instead of 10am to allow for the dishwasher and rubbish detail to be completed.
