• Fitzgerald (8/5): Great stay. Would come back! - Great location and size for a small family. A few pests in and around the property. Cockroaches at night and wasps during the day.
• Nikolas (3/5): Good location, good communication and good view however run down old and unclean property - Close to shops and the view of the lake Not clean, linen was stained and dirty, run down and needs TLC. Windows old and don’t lock, kitchen old and oven dirty old and rusty. The fridge was old and unclean with exploded coke can in the freezer that we needed to clean. Communication was good and responsive and secure back yard which made it pet friendly.
• Bree julie (1/5): Disappointed is an understatement - Location was lovely Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The air conditioning did not work properly and at times not at all, and was far too small for the space, making the house extremely uncomfortable. It became so hot (34° inside) that we ended up sleeping on mattresses in the lounge room and ultimately left after just two nights to book alternative accommodation elsewhere. When we raised our concerns, we were told no one had complained before and no solution was offered. While the house is small and a bit poky (though still cute inside), the lounge was uncomfortable, the toilet continually ran despite us attempting to fix it ourselves, and the oven was not working properly — it took over two hours just to cook chips and nuggets for the kids. We paid just under $1,800 for five nights and felt our concerns were largely dismissed. Overall, this was not the experience we expected for the price.

• Margaret (9/5): If you are not looking for luxury you will enjoy this place. - Location was great. Very helpful managing agent. Pet friendly. Had a restful time even if the weather didn’t co operate. Old and a few things need attention.

• Monique (8/5): Absolutely beautiful location, very close to the water, perfect for kayaking, walking/running along the water side p - Beautiful location The bins were quite full already upon arrival so when it was time to clean up after ourselves they ended up overfull.

• Belinda (8/5): Will definitely be back again - The place was really cute and just enough space for what we needed, our dog loved the space in the backyard and finding a couple of balls left there. The view was so so lovely, its right on the water and the lockbox checkin was really easy. The kitchen utensils and supplies were a little old, it looked like second hand leftovers from grandmas house and some of the mugs and plates had little cracks in them. z The bathroom could do with a makeover too.

• Patricia (4/5): we are on a 12 week vacation from the UK visiting family, we have 10 properties booked, sadly because of poor customer s - thee location, the view, the space in the property. customer service extremely poor following a flooding incident on our 3rd day / the emergency numbers provided were out of date and the out of hours number went to vm / thankfully we had helpful neighbours. the purpose of going self catering is to be able to cook at the property. this wasn’t possible as the cooker was rusty and the oven wasn’t inviting to use. so we had to eat out more than we wanted, which was an added expense.
• Marie (4/5): small cottage with beautiful views, however amenities could be improved. - water views The condition of the facilities was quite old, kettle, washing machine and dryer were not working. Kitchen utensils and cookware provided were old and not in useable condition (non stick surfaces severely scratched and nylon utensils part melted). Staff were not very understanding about the inconvenience and low standard of amenities and demanded access to property during my short stay even though it was clear the broken equipment would not be replaced by the time I was to leave. They have also held onto the NSW government 50 dollar stay voucher value and not taken it off the price of the rental that was paid in full via booking.com. Shower did not fully drain after use, smelled strongly of urine.
• Gabor (10/5): loved it very much! only minor inconveniences... but overall a grearcplace to stay :) - great location, funny board games :) loved the place regardless the weather there were not enough towels & no dishwashing liquid on arrival. also the light in the kitchen was not working. this was not mentioned prior arrival which made the washing up a bit hard on the first day
