Dahna (1/5): Terrible experience from staff & owner - Was easy to walk to shops Photos aren’t anything like the actual unit. Unit wasn’t clean. Dead cockroaches in bathrooms & in sheets. Hair all over floor. Bathrooms not clean. Horrible stench throughout whole unit. Empty alcohol cans on balcony. Noisy from on street noise. . Were charged an extra $203 for cleaning due to apparently having a dog in the unit. Owner reported dog faeces on balcony after our stay. Numerous attempts to sort this out went unanswered. Owner would not produce photo of said dog faeces after being asked by us to show us the evidence. . Funnily enough we don’t even own a dog!! But were accused of this & asked to ‘explain how it got there then’ & money fraudulently taken off our credit card. . This has been reported as fraud
