Whether it's a short stay or a few days, I've never been disappointed. The location is also ideal for my work trips, and I appreciate the quiet atmosphere after a busy day. Looking forward to staying here again on my next visit!

Staff could have made at least one point of contact. Trying to figure out everything through email/reading doesn’t really give you the hospitality experience. We missed out so called breakfast, free drinks.

Douglas on Third is situated in a well-maintained building and the rooms are comfortable and meet modern standards. The owners have put effort in the details. Self check-in was a smooth process, as was the check-out process.

- Margaret (9/5): I thought the place was very charming but a little overpriced for the value. - it was in a great location - located on 3rd st in McMinnville OR. very clean and nicely decorated. I booked the family suite because it had 2 bedrooms each with their own bath for my friend and I. But the rooms were tiny - no place to even put an open suitcase. The only windows in the place opened to a narrow slit of a courtyard and looked right into a room across (3 ft away), so the blinds had to stay closed and it was very dark in there.

The property manager was super responsive when I emailed for check-in instructions. Then being welcomed with a lovely room, restaurant recommendations, and free wine tasting was a super bonus. We were very comfortable and looking forward to staying at the Douglas again next time we visit.
