(8/5): - die (Fußweg-) Nähe (schräg vis a vis) zum Flughafen Safe im Zimmer, Klima-Anlage, Frühstücks-Buffet war OK, gutes hoteleigenes Restaurant Das man die Übernachtungs-Kosten Wo im Voraus begleichen musste um eine Reservierung zu garantieren. Das man hinsichtlich eines am Vorabend angefragten Transports zum (Jetty) Fähr-Terminal abgewiesen wurde, solche Leistungen grundsätzlich nicht zu offerieren bzw. dass einem klar gemacht wurde, dass man in solch einem Fall leider auf sich allein gestellt wäre. Erst als meinerseits dann angekündigt wurde eine zweite vorgesehene Buchung zu stornieren, war man Bereit sich um den Transport (INR 500,-) zu bemühen
• Rohit (8/5): Good stay for a transit if you are looking for a short stay - I stayed at lemontree near airport portblair for one night as we had to catch the return flight next day. Great ambiance, courteous staff and clean rooms. I specially would like to call out Mr.Jha who was the security at the frontdoor, the warmth he showed in welcoming the guests and doing the small talk and making them comfortable is much appreciated. Food at the ground floor hotel is good and have some decent options. a lot of disturbance in the night and early morning with people running and shouting in the corridors.. i guess there were some unruly guests

• Ag-review (7/5): - Tge rooms were nice. A nice place to stay for an early flight. The prices were a bit higher than other better properties. The dinner buffet was quite limited.But the overall stay was fine. Dinner buffet. They can provide a free shuttle to the airport as it might be an issue if you have a lot of luggage to walk the 200m.

• Nimisha (6/5): It was ok overall - Property was good with friendly staff We stayed at your hotel for two nights with a one-day gap in between. During our stay, we noticed that while the travel agency or transport service is part of your hospitality, maintaining consistency and transparency in customer relations is crucial. On the first day, the hotel helped us book a taxi, and we were charged ₹350 per drop at a time . However, when we requested a taxi again the next day, the fare suddenly increased to ₹700 for the same service. This inconsistency in pricing reflects poorly on the quality of service being provided. What became apparent is that there were no fixed rates to begin with. When we inquired about shorter travel durations (just one or two hours), the pricing model abruptly changed. We were pressured into accepting a 3-hour package for ₹3000, and when we declined, the per pickup charge was raised to ₹700 — double what we paid earlier. Ultimately, we paid ₹1700 for a service that lasted just one hour.(approx 45mins) This kind of pricing behavior is unacceptable, especially when dealing with returning guests. It creates a sense of mistrust and reflects poor management. We expect better consistency and transparency in service, especially from a hotel that emphasizes customer care. Specially with a brand like Lemon tree cannot expect this kind off of behaviour. However it’s not aboutt the money I paid it’s about the fraud they do with people when they know we needed the cab and new to port Blair . Trust is everything it’s difficult to gain once you break it

• Debolina (5/5): 3 star level property with 5 star prices - The location and the staff are the only highlights of this property. The rooms are too cramped for the price they are charging. The staff were very courteous and helpful but besides that, the property was extremely overwhelming. The rooms were clean but too cramped for 3 people.
• Amrish (5/5): Not worth staying in this hotel. - Hotel's proximity to Airport Room windows face houses across the street. You have to keep the curtains drawn for privacy. Food is just passable. Airport's exit gate is just across the street facing the Hotel's IN gate. Distance not more than 20 mts. Hotel charges Rs 400 for airport drop. Its highway robbery, keeping in mind that Taxi charges from airport to city centre, 10 kms away, are Rs 250 only.

• Debashish (9/5): Offered us a comfortable transit from Havelock Island to Delhi - The hotel boasts of a prime location directly across from the airport. As a family of four, we stayed in one suite and one regular room, both of which were comfortable and well-appointed. The natural and artificial lighting in the rooms were both excellent. The food was delicious, and the service was attentive and efficient.

Hotel transport to the airport will still cost you a ridiculous 350 Rs even though it is 200 m away so don’t book this with the idea that it will be easy to reach the airport – time wise yes but not cost wise Ladies at reception tried their best to help and were friendly but when Mr Saumya Bhattacharya arrived, I can tell you I wasn’t impressed! He was so rude and fairly aggressive. Clearly has no idea about customer service, for this reason, I would tell you not to bother staying here Management is key to any property and I am sure this is where this property is going downhill!

• Surender (8/5): Overall comfortable stay and highly recommend to family or group travelors - Rooms are spacious and have a very good Lemon aroma in the corridors. Hotel reception area is beautifully decorated, and you will get positive vibes when you enter for check-in. Swimming was not operational, maintenance team was fixing the tiles and lights. Very small pool, 7-8 m in length and 2-3 m in width. Kids were excited to use the swimming pool on the last day of their vacation, but when they saw the pool, their faces were down. Hope Lemon Tree will work to extend the size of pool. Please work to fix the stinking smells near the main gate of the hotel.
