- Stephannie (7/5): Value for money hotel in a good location for city connections & day-trips - The location of the hotel is excellent if you are mobile - right beside the train station, so perfect for city connections (Tokyo, Nagano, Kyoto) & day trips (Shirakawago, Takayama). It is also a short walk from the main areas in Kanazawa (e.g. 25-30 minute walk from the castle, Kenroku-en Garden & Higashi Chaya District). Great value for money. The breakfast area felt too small for the size of the hotel (sometimes you had to queue to get in). There was also only 2 lifts, so often you'd be waiting to get in the lift, this again didn't feel sufficient for the size of the hotel & number of guests.

The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The check-in process was a bit complicated and required quite a lot of paperwork and information.

- Chen-Chi (9/5): Good stay, good onsen - location close enough to Kanazawa station, good breakfast and onsen very noisy when it’s windy, seems the sound came from the door opposite elevator
- Marijana (9/5): Clean, close to the station, good room size, good breakfast - Room was nice and clean, and quite large with three separate spaces (bedroom, toilet and especially large wet room with bathtub and shower). You can fit an opened suitcase (with some effort). Breakfast was very good in comparison to other hotels in Japan (but not excellent). I was having western option, cornflakes with milk, jogurt and quite good latte from coffee machine. Getting to and from the hotel to the station was very fast (5 min without the suitcase). Just exit from the station through the West Exit (Port exit), look to the left and you will see an underground passage - just go straight forward without taking any turns to reach the hotel. There is an elevator at the beginning and at the end of the passage which is great if you are carrying luggage. At 8:30-9:00 it is almost impossible to enter the elevator because it gets very crowded. There where 5 of us at the seventh floor waiting for 15 min to enter the elevator! And when we came down to the restaurant we had to wait in line for additional 10 min to enter. The whole breakfast experience was very unrelaxing, with a lot of crowds and noise. The restaurant is nice though, with a lot of light and nice views to the street. The staff was also nice. I wish something would change, because I stayed in Hotel Vista in Hiroshima that has very similar design but was not so crowded.
- KA HIN CARMEN (8/5): Tasty breakfast - This is our second time staying in this hotel, the price we paid this time is more reasonable compare to our previous stay, so it felt more "value for money". Decoration of the hotel was very artistic, could tell they put in a lot of effort. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of Japanese and Western breakfast. Dining area was bright with big windows. Amenities available to be picked up from the main lobby is very minimal, quite disappointed that there aren't any tea bags or coffee in the room or in the lobby. Lift lobby on each floor is fairly dark, understand it's probably because they want to create a moody feel like an arty gallery, but as a lift lobby on each floor, it's feels more pleasant if it's a little brighter.

- Kathrin (8/5): Gute Lösung für einen kurzen Städtetrip - Das Hotel ist - wie alle Vistas - sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Es hat bequeme Betten und unser Zimmer war für den Preis und für Japan sehr gross. Es hat zu wenig Laundrymaschinen, wir mussten stundenlang warten, bis wir waschen konnten. Im Zimmer hat es weder Tee noch Kaffee und wir haben auch auf Anfrage nichts erhalten. Die Lage ist ok, aber schon nicht ganz zentral, es ist auf der "falschen" Bahnhofseite gelegen und sicher 8min zu Fuss bis da hin. Man konnte vor Ort kein Frühstück buchen.

Das Frühstück war nicht ganz unser Fall. Der Raum wirkte kühl und die Speisen waren pfad. Für diese Kateregorie habe ich mehr erwartet. Zudem wurde sehr darauf geachtet, dass man pünktlich den Frühstücksraum wieder verlässt.

- Monika (8/5): Very close to the transportation hub. - This hotel being just a stone’s throw away from the train station was a must for me, as I was traveling solo with luggage. It also made it easy to move on to my next destination. It is a bit further from the city center, but still easily walkable. The room was spacious enough, and having a separate sink with a mirror outside of the bathroom made it easier to get ready for daily activities. The bed was comfortable, and the linen felt clean and fresh. A big plus for having water bottles exchanged every day, ensuring you start and end your day hydrated. The buffet-style breakfast was good, although it did not offer many vegetarian options—still enough to get you ready for the day ahead. The konbini just outside the hotel was great for when you needed a little something on the go. I was unfortunately surprised that, as a person with tattoos, I was not allowed to use the bath area. I had hoped that in an establishment like this, with multinational guests, it would not be an issue.

Lovely hotel - Very good value for money Very clean, very spacious Loved the room gowns- comfortable No street noise even tough it’s on a main road Limited options for breakfast as I’m vegan but did find a couple of things to eat. Bathtub is a good size Would stay again Location is good, it’s just on the other side of the main train station meaning you have to walk an extra 8-10mins to get to the main attractions/sites, although the hotel is on the main road, very quiet and can’t hear any street noise. Personal preference, found it odd having the basin the room rather than in the bathroom.

There’s a convenience store nearby and plenty of coin parking around. Good value in the off-season. Kind staff. Unfortunately, my room smelled like a smoking room whenever the air conditioning was on, so I couldn’t use the aircon during my stay. The bathroom had a persistent odor, and even the air freshener didn’t help. There were no coffee or tea bags provided, and the breakfast was overpriced although it was a buffet. Also, the on-site parking is limited to small cars.

- chi en (7/5): 房間整理不錯，但旅客多，電梯要等很久，早餐很普通 - 飯店整體很新，房間大小剛好舒適，地點也離金澤站不會太遠，有行李的可以搭電梯走地下街去車站。 入住期間外國旅客很多，人多到連大浴場都不想去了，房間一進去有很重的香水味，悶悶的不太舒服，後來把窗戶打開，加開空氣瀘淨器才好一點。

- Athena (10/5): - This hotel was amazing. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. The room was a great size for us. Loved the bathroom. No laundry at the hotel only laundry service, had to find a laundromat.

- Satoe (8/5): コスパがよくスタッフさんも感じ良くていいホテルでした - 駅から近くてわかりやすく部屋が清潔感があり居心地が良かった。無駄な施設もなくスッキリしていて観光のための宿泊としては安いのでコスパがとてもいいと思います。 ４月下旬に宿泊しましたがエアコンの設定が冷房・送風・ドライがなく少し肌寒かったので厚着をしました。
